An anonymous benefactor is putting together a charity event at The Corral in Yonkers with all proceeds going to small business and families that suffered losses durning the attack on the UN and the distractions meant to keep first responders elsewhere. It's time for the city's heroes, both big and small, to come out and say cheese for some photographs and autographs. Daytime hours will be a child friendly event - no alcohol served, but once the sun goes down it's time for whiskey, mechanical bull rides, line dancing and doing the two-step. Come dressed in your best cowboy/girl duds! (No ass-less chaps please, looking at you Wade). *Everyone is welcome. While I might not be present for the entire day, the scene will remain open until I go to bed. Drop by as you please and just have fun with it.
