Come out and join Rescue 1 and Beacon High School for some funnel cakes, fish ponds, face painting and other carnival fun. The block in front of Rescue House 1 and Beacon High School will be blocked off for the event, as well as a block on either side. It's good old fashioned carnival fun on a miniature scale. All proceeds will go to the families of first responders (FDNY & NYPD) that were killed or injured in the line of duty during the attacks on the UN. Show your support for the Red and the Blue; the often unsung heroes of NY City. *Open to all! Scene will run from the time I start it until I fall over dead in bed.
