There were a string of unsolved murders and missing persons that happened about twenty years ago (Early to Mid 2000). Recently it has been discovered that most, if not all, were Mutants. It's time to find some bread crumbs and get to searching for those that are missing or who is responsible. OOC: This is aimed more for the Mutant crowd, but all are welcome. The first scene is basically a meeting to let folks know that there is a situation and what can be done to help if you want!
