Predators prey on the week and vulnerable. Following the arrest of one of the area's more notorious gangs, The Scorched Skulls, the lower hanging fruit is moving in for the kill. But with all sides having a trick or two up their sleeves, the turf war may prove too much for the city's Finest to control. Threat Level - Medium to High This is for street level characters at this point. If there's interest from some of the higher level's, I'll adjust accordingly.
