Synopsis: The Doctors Richards come to talk over about the Gen-Twelves and Gen-Thirteens. There is science and needles!
Cast of Characters: Sarah Rainmaker, Reed Richards, Valeria Richards

Sarah Rainmaker has posed:
It's been not the best week or so for Sarah Rainmaker. The back and forth of 'she has to get ou tand do something' versus 'that makes her a target' and her general unwillingness to want to add to the prolbem.. But these are if not her friends then people who were in the same thing she was caught up in. With litlte informaiton and little to contribute short of flying around the city, Sarah isn't able to do much of anything.
So this has just lead to increasing irritation from her, not that she interacts with anyone at the Towers much. So she's currently just sitting over at a table, skimming her way through a series of pictures of things taken from a melee a short time ago that Bart showed up for with some of DV8.

Reed Richards has posed:
Old Man Richards enters the cantina brusquely, dressed in his eponyumous blues, with a crisp white lab coat over the top. He has some sort of data retrieval unit in each hand and on in an oversized pocket. His lips are pursed in concentration. As he persuses the data he has, chewing on his lip, considering, "He looks up, Ah Miss Rainmaker. Just who I was looking for. How have you been?" Someone has been working on their interpersonal skills.

Sarah Rainmaker has posed:
Sarah Rainmaker would look up and over at Reed, then realize he was talkinga bout her, then quickly go to rise up and stammer, "Ah, hello Doctor Richards. How can I help you?" Normally when Sarah goes in this kind of awe it's upon meeting soemone like Donna or Diana. The smartest man on the planet? That definitely qualifies in an entirely different way that yields the same result.

Reed Richards has posed:
Old Man Richards smiles and considers the question. "Well, I am looking into the matter of the missing Gen-Actives, your help with the Data could be invaluable. A detailed scan of your cellular make up, cross refernced with the metahuman matrix and overlaid with the information we already have will allow us to refine our search parameters and even more it may give us an idea of why and where these gen-actives have been targeted.

Sarah Rainmaker has posed:
It takes a moment over for what Reed is saying and then a quick nod over at Reed, "Of course Doctor Richards, Cait, I mean Caitlin.. Ah, Fairchild.." Caitlin doesn't get called by that much either.. "Probably has some data in the system I'm sure there would be no issue with you having access to. Please, run whatever tests you need to." Something she can feel like will -help-. Finally. By her tone of voice something she desperately needs.

Valeria Richards has posed:
Val is peeking around the Tower herself when she comes in. Costume hidden and ready to go inside the cobfines of a pair of rings on her middle fingers while plain old jeans and a ringer style tee in white with blue at the collar and sleeves and a numeral four on her chest cover her for legal sakess. "Umm, hi? So that was what you were muumbling about back home. Missing folks? Sarah, Hi, I'm guessing we're your gumshoes today?" she says and tries to piece together her own recap. "So anyone in specific you want found?" she asks pretty much landing on the case by fluke.

Reed Richards has posed:
Old Man Richards smiles, and shrugs, "I do keep my day updated on the Family servers. There have been missing children, children with powers, so I am looking into it. Just like I track the missing mutant cases as well as I can." He nods, "Much of that data has been circulated, the nature of the data, the subjects and the way it was collected is highly problematic and governmental agencies and even most private entities are not looking to hide what ever they have, too afraid of being caught with the data, caught keeping it quiet and have their silence mistaken for negilgence or malfiscence. He nods considering, "Yes, I am familiar with Miss Fairchild and her work." He smiles easily, "So, yes, I thought you specifically might be able to assist me." he nods, smiling encouragingly, "Have they taken blood in the last week?"

Sarah Rainmaker has posed:
Sarah Rainmaker would glance over at Valeria, "Ah, hello." Remembering the very scary girl from the brief stay in the museum and giving a polite nod. "And just tell me whatever I can do to help." Sarah doesn't like being poked at by things. But this is for the greater good. "In the last week? No. Is that what you need?" As Reed would go on about just hwo the data was taken she would give a firm nod.

Valeria Richards has posed:
Val nods her head and lets her father do most of the professional side of the conversation go on. "I'll go over what we have already later. Second set of eyes and all that." she states and nods her head. "Biggest brains on the planet!" she says iin her best attempt to reassure Sarah .

"Caitlyn turns up at the GIRL labs every now and again last I checked. So someone should nudge her to maybe give you a call."

Reed Richards has posed:
Old Man Richards nods, "I don't wish to make you unduly uncomfortable, with all you have been through. I would not need very much. He Pulls a small lancet from a pocket. No more than a micro droplet really. I can get a full panel from this, and from the records the Titans have on hand. The thing is that is you were submitted to similar processes as these others there maybe traces in your blood that could help us isolate and locate them. At least that is my hope." He offers the lancet, to Sarah for inspection.

Sarah Rainmaker has posed:
Sarah Rainmaker would shake her head, "I trust you both. And I haven't hte slightest clue what to do with things. And take what you need." She would go to hold out a hand then for him to take a droplet; however it would work. "And you both have a reputation for being the smartest individuals." Reed particularly. Valeria Sarah just knew enough about to be intimidated by!

Valeria Richards has posed:
"Well, we have one name crossed off the list. So who does that leave us with?" Val looks down at her wrist where a smart watch looking device flashes up a little holo display and through haptic controls the blonde woman flips through files. "Percival Chang, eidetic memory, pressured into slacking harder than Uncle Johnny. Roxanne Spaulding. She's got a nice flair for style." she mutters to herself. "Robert Lane, replicating uncle Johnny's powerset. Anyone else should be top of the list?" she asks to Sarah.

Reed Richards has posed:
Old Man Richards smiles, "Not at all." Reed would take Sarah's hand in his own gently, his hands actually shifting in size to match her own. "My daughter is quite accomplished in her own right." Reed smiles and lists any number of fascinating accomplishments, "cobbling together a phantom zone projector at 8, using things around the house to convert your hvac into an orbital survival node, and <thwipp> serving as a distraction while her Father extricates a micro-droplet of blood. " He smiles weakly and produces an alcohol wipe and a unicorn and rainbow themed band-aid. "Thank you. We can't do this without you Ms/ Rainmaker, your contributions are invaluable."

Sarah Rainmaker has posed:
This would have Sarah looking over her shoulder at Valeria in confusion, opening her mouth and then rapidly going over to try and shut it as she would make sure to go quiet. "There are.. Several. I don't know how many were rescued. Or how many weren't." HEr experssion is quiet. "I know those two by reputation." By 'reputation' she means 'Grunge'.

Valeria Richards has posed:
"To be fair I'd have just poked you with a needle and been upfront." Val states with a smirk and a chuckle. "It was amazing stuff when I was a precocious and scary kid. I'm twenty so a supergenius I may be. Everyone's back to thinking Dad is teh main brain. And I get to do all the fun stuff under the radar and the most public spectacle I have to deal with is the odd tabloid article about whatever salad I had wearing whatever outfit because I actually left the house. So much easier to do my own work now. It just scares my friends because I have as many old superweapon level device hidden away as Dad does." she states. "Mom thinks I should get out more."

Reed Richards has posed:
Old Man Richards pockets the lancet as it goes into analysis mode, humming as he slips it into a pocket "Are you familiar with Gen 12?"

Sarah Rainmaker has posed:
Sarah Rainmaker would look at Reed, "Of course I am. They were the parents of myself and several of my.. Friends." Friends. A word that still sounds strange to use. "They were experimented on to try and give them powers, to varying degrees of success. It was found that most of theilr children had a far higher probability of development so Ivana targeted many of us for further.. Work."

Valeria Richards has posed:
Val nods her head as she lets more exposition go on and makes plenty of mental notes as she furrows her brow. "Supersoldier shenanniigans again. Subsquent generations. Do Gen-active children count as mutants?" she mumbles and punches some notes into her wrist computer. Luckily there's no annoying beeps or boops from the thing. "You'd think after how much trouble folks went through to snag Franklin. Or some of the Summers or El kids, they'd figure out that it's a bad idea to go after the kids of super powered individuals. Rather fits the definition of insanity."

Reed Richards has posed:
Old Man Richards shakes his head, "No more than we do, though I am a bit confused as to why Sarah's generation developed as Gen Actives while Franklin developed as a mutant... it perhaps warrants investigation. That was part of the reason that we established our sort of mutual aid society, a move to endanger any of our children was seen as an attack on us all and responded to in kind. To this day it remains the one thing that no group will allow to slide." He turns to Val, "An attack on you is a declaration of war, that will not be tolerated." Val should remember more than a few times that showing up unannounced at her GodFather's castle necessitated an immediate call to Uncle Johhnny or Ben if not directly to Mom and Dad. As well as a few times encountering panicked villains who didn't know they were encountering the progeny of the FF before hand and fled the field of battle one the knowledge was cleared. Reed drops the subject and moves on, "Yes, are they all accounted for? I don't imagine they are without resources, they have been doing this longer than I have and some of them are equally as skilled in their way.

Sarah Rainmaker has posed:
Sarah Rainmaker would nod at Reed, "That goes far above what I can comprehend beyond how the experiments went." She admits it. Genetics were about as incomprehensible to her as many other fields. "My impression of Ivana is that she feels such concerns are well beneath her." Sarah takes a few moments to put those words into form, managing to give them a coherent tone that mostly suppresses the shiver of conditioned fear, of memories, of those things she had done to her.

Valeria Richards has posed:
"Then yeah. She's nuts and hasn't had the lesson beaten into her. We should do that some time soon!" Val suggests with a smile to Sarah to reassure her. "Dad and my uncles also thought boys asking me out was an act of war by the way. But we can easily aim that fear right at Ivana's skull." she points out. "We'll make sure she learns that you are waay waaaaay above her paygrade and that retirement is seriously in her best interests.:

Reed Richards has posed:
Old Man Richards is a scientist, a Father, Husband, hero, explorer, humanitarian, so many titles, so many roles all in direct contrast to this woman and the rage that fills him now in response to this woman is in direct contrast with the sorrow he fills for her victim. He reaches out to take Sara's hand gently, his smile pained, "She will never harm you again, you have nothing to fear." Sue is good at this stuff cause Sue is scary, she has Momma bear down to a science and invisible force field freak people out, it's why Mime's are so creepy. But Reed is just stretchy and he's spent four decades cultuvating a veneer of approachability. But there is steel in his voice not loud but implaccable, and Doom is genuinely afraid of him. "You have my word, I will help them end this." He turns to Val, "I was a saint to them all. Just like I will be to your girlfriend."

Sarah Rainmaker has posed:
Sarah Rainmaker would accept it over as her expression would go blank, "It's not me that I'm worried for. It's for the others that she's taken." She would close her eyes, "Two of my.. S iblings. Matthew and Nicole. They're with her. I don't think willingly. But she's just remade them totally and utterly and tortured and.. Whatever seh did to them. They'll do anything for her. I'm afraid.. That they're just the tip of the iceberg. I'm worried what happens to everyone that she's gotten ahold of."
That's a good cover for her hiding her shiver at memories and those things she can only dream of that Lynch and the rest of Team-7 got her away from.

Valeria Richards has posed:
"Dad! Jeez!" Valeria manages to go a very bright red that might actuallly give Johnny Storm a run for his money when he mentions girlfriends that don't currently exist.

"Dad is otherwise right, we'll find your siblings. If they need help after for like counseling. Physical rehab. Housing. We know people. We can make sure you're all taken care of." she reassures.

Reed Richards has posed:
Old Man Richards purses his lips, "Not the first mind control we've broken. Certainly not the last." He nods, and considers, "Then I best get cracking." His pocket pings and he smiles brightly laying put a protein profile in three dimensions in mid air and tilting it on axis to see it all at a glance, "Fascinating, yes, I'm already seeing trends and progressions from what I've seen in the 12s, this is excellent." He nods taking notes, "Excellent, yes, let me get back to it. Sara, don't be so hard on yourself, you did the best you could and you're here to learn to do better. Val, feel free to hang out with your friends. I will see you at home."
