Synopsis: Monet and Betsy have a quick talk.

Monet St. Croix has posed:
Monet St. Croix is currently sitting along the balcony overlooking the backyard. The Moroccan woman is sitting on a chair, with her legs crossed. Some spiced wine is over to tehs ide of her, heated over as she takes an appreciative sip of it

Betsy Braddock has posed:
Arriving on the balcony herself, Betsy offers a nod to Monet as she takes a moment to admire the view herself. "Lovely outside, isn't it?"

Monet St. Croix has posed:
Monet St. Croix would glance over at Betsy and give a nod, "Yes it is. I hope that you're finding it peaceful as well, events asthey have been." To the other tleepath

Betsy Braddock has posed:
A slow shake of her head. "I could do with less wxcitement,"murmurs Betsy. "But that is our life, no?"

Monet St. Croix has posed:
Monet St. Croix would nod, "It is." she would lcose her eyes in thought of things. "Sometimes, perhaps. But if we are not pushed, how do we define our age?"

Betsy Braddock has posed:
Betsy laughs softly. "That is one way to look at it, to be sure." She grins. "What have you been pushed into lately?"

Monet St. Croix has posed:
Monet St. Croix would look over at Betsy, "That depends if you truly wish to hear ornot or to remain in this little void of 'life without excitement' that we have for the moment."

Betsy Braddock has posed:
Betsy Braddock considers that for a moment. "Try me." She runs her fingers through her hair.

Monet St. Croix has posed:
Monet St. Croix would shrug, "Very well, I went along with a gropu of Amazons attempting tos top an anceint beast formed of magic the size of oneof New York City's boroughs attempting to end the world."

Betsy Braddock has posed:
Betsy Braddock blinks at that. "That's...a lot." She laughs. "How did it go?"

Monet St. Croix has posed:
Monet St. Croix would shrug, "The others threw it into the sun. It was quite.." Well, when one is an insect compared to a god? What is the word?

Betsy Braddock has posed:
Betsy Braddock grins. "Sounds like fun. And what did it teach you about yourself?"

Monet St. Croix has posed:
Monet St. Croix would close her eyes, "That I am totally and utterly inconsequential."
