Thomas Blake has posed:
Thomas Blake wakes up after a very late night... of house repairs and clean up. He was starting to run short of liquid cash. There were a load of hidden expenses to this place: like the sub basement for Rasputin. On the plus sign, a tiger growling was a great burglar alarm. He gets up feeling a little woozy. There are several bandages on his hands, from a hammer that might've been cursed. The hot tub is still packed up. On the plus side, it is always nice to wake up to a warm body next to you. In his case it is a 600 lb. Siberian tiger, snoring peacefully.

Thomas lets him sleep and ponders breakfast.

Saeko has posed:
It had been a time since he'd seen her, perhaps there was a wondering that she had returned to the Amatsu-kami for who-knows-how-long... Saeko was nothing if not an unpredictable being. Yet, as Thomas dealt with the difficulty of rebuilding and the pondering of breakfast he'd smell...something. Warm scents, bread and meat perhaps? Sweet things added as he'd enter the kitchen to find a table laid out with a small feast and a familier 'human' currently dining on a strawberry.

"You're not allowed to eat any of it without making an offering, you know that right?"

Thomas Blake has posed:
Thomas Blake raises an eyebrow. He's still wearing his work pants. He fishes in the pocket and produces a fiver. No? No. He leans on the table next to the fox spirit provocatively. No!? Maybe later. He grumps over to the refrigerator and procures eggs. He begins frying them as only he can. That doesn't take long. He plates the eggs and sets them before Saeko.

"You came here for more eggs. Don't lie. Inari said, "Saeko-san why do you not bring me any of those wonderful eggs lately. Anyway, I did four. Two are for you." He sets the plate down and steals a kiss, then lingers for a hug.

Saeko has posed:
The money might have worked, but watching him move around was...at least amusing. Only after they kiss does she lean into his touch, a lift of the next strawberry from her plate offered up to his lips before she drums a fingertip on his shoulder. "I see you have found a place for yourself, no?"

Thomas Blake has posed:
Thomas Blake looks around, accepting the lean, still hugging. "This was my family's summer house. It has some pleasant memories, and the usual kind. I finally paid the back taxes on it. Then I remembered the people of Happy Harbor were given a lot of reasons to dislike the Blakes. Wild parties, domestic disturbances, you name it. My father was always quick to pay people off, though the ill will remained. Anyway, it's mine now and Rasputin's. The townies were saying the place was haunted. I want them t keep thinking that and stay away. I have an in ground pen for the tiger, just waiting for the hedges to grow a little more to let him in there. It's good to see you. Everyone else comes and goes."

Saeko has posed:
"I'm still here," Saeko speaks lightly, licking her fingers clean after he takes the strawberry before she looks over the spread of the table. "Well, the very least I can do is offer you some company and something to eat, no?" she questions lightly and then giggles softly. "If you like."

Thomas Blake has posed:
Thomas Blake rests his chin on her shoulder. "Thomas like. Thomas like. Sorry the place is still a wreck."

Saeko will feel a familiar furry and massive bump on her hip. Thomas shifts his stance a little and scolds, "Go get your own kitsune, you're such a great hunter. This one spoken for. You gotta see this one. I just think of going out to get a burger and he's in the back of the van waiting."

Saeko has posed:
A little shift, the Kitsune lowers a hand to stroke against Rasputin's brow and then turns her head to peck Thomas' cheek. "Then eat, gain some strength. It looks like you have quite a bit of work ahead of you to bring this place up to what you wish it to be."

A beat, she shrugs lightly. "At least you do not have to worry about imps running around."

Thomas Blake has posed:
Thomas Blake releases Saeko, planting a kiss on her neck in passing. He pours a dry food into a massive bowl for Rasputin, who does a credible job of stalking it. Thomas butters a roll to start, puts some fruit... bacon! He manages to leave thee strips for Saeko and Rasputin. "You can have one strip Rasputin... you know what it does to you!" The tiger regards him sagely then returns to his kibble.

He eats the bacon, lustily, winking at Saeko, admiring her beauty, both of form and within.

"Catman! Catman! Come on out Catman! We want you!"

He starts a little at the cheer. "I figured they start passing out pitchforks and torches. I didn't think a lynch mob would form /this/ early!"

Saeko has posed:
Not above partaking in the feast she'd conjured, Saeko gives a little sigh as she hears the angry knocking at the door, turning her gaze towards the direction. Her arms cross under her bust before she makes to give a little pout.

"You would think that they'd wait for breakfast first, no?" she murmers before plucking another strawberry for herself and making to stand. "It's simply rude."

Thomas Blake has posed:
Thomas Blake hyumphs towards the front door. At some point in mid hyumph, he grabs a large shotgun. "I don't expect to use this. It's just for effect. So... shirt or barechested?" He is bare chested as it happens and without waiting for a reply he strides to the front door, whipping it open.

Screaming erupts from the font of the house.

Saeko has posed:
There had been intent for the fox to use a trick of her own, but Thomas seemed to want to resolve things more...traditionally. A little shrug from Saeko and she moved, making to follow along with her arms crossing under her ample bust and a look of amusement on her face.

Thomas Blake has posed:
Blam! Door opens. Thomas Blake strides out. He cocks the shotgun one handed working the slide by swinging the gun about before cradling it in both arms across his very heavily muscled, and scarred chest. He squints, the sunlight in his eyes. Let them gawk. They wanted Catman, they got him. Stupid townies!

"Squee! It's really him! We love you Catman! Eeee! You said he was wearing a muscle suit! Hah! I want to have his kittens. Hey Catman, look over here! Catman, can we take pictures with you! Where's the tiger!"

"What... the... fuck?" Thomas says. He notes a bunch of people holding up Theme of the Crime Banners, some pictures of him, and Rasputin.

Saeko has posed:
That was...unexpected, Saeko's intention to conjure tricks or dangers to scare a mob away fades with a little look of amusement before she steps back inside, laughter bubbling in her throat. He was a womanizer, she knew that much, but now? He had to deal with the dreaded issue of fangirls!

Thomas Blake has posed:
"Oh who's she Catman? People said you were out with Aurora, is that true? Sign my boob, Mr. Blake. IS she on going to be on your show?"

"... form an orderly line," is the gruff reply. He sticks the gun back in the foyer, taking a moment to shoot the giggling Saeko a look of death. He whispers, "You're enjoying this entirely too much. Rasputin, want to meet the townies?"

Hell no. The tiger returns to his breakfast, possibly all their breakfasts. There is bacon.

Thomas exits. There are murmurs, the flash of phone cameras, more squeeing. It takes a little bit but he comes back in, shuts the door and leans back to slide down a wall.
"I rather fight lions and demons. I rather fight a lion-demon Batman." He sighs.

Saeko has posed:
"You know you're going to have to move," Saeko questions as she makes to lounge, the tiger given a little scritch before the fox turns on the spot and makes a beckoning with her finger, summoning a muffin to float from the table to her hand. "or find an offering good enough for us to deal with their memories, or you're never going to have peace here again. I wager some are already thinking about climbing through a window."

Thomas Blake has posed:
Thomas Blake gets up. "Mess with their memories? They're fans! And I do a couple of Theme of the Crime episodes each season. I'm not going to make the show suffer. No, I'll get a lock and fix the front gate. Set up security. This won't go down again. Besides... they'll be fixating on Nightwing or someone else next week. They just threw me... I'm not used to people cheering me. Cheering for my wounding, maiming, death yes. Signing a girl's belly is a new experience. You want me to autograph anything on you?"

Saeko has posed:
A little click of her tongue and she shakes her head lightly, taking another bite of her fruit and pointing to herself. "As much as I'm sure you'd like to sign some form of ownership onto me...maybe not today."

Thomas Blake has posed:
Thomas Blake frowns. "I couldn't afford to keep you. Anyway, you already got your claim on /me/." He points to the fox tattoo on his shoulder. He puts his arm around Saeko's shoulders to beep her nose. "And man, you kitsune have commitment issues worse than superheroes." He beeps her again and yanks his hand back, careful of those pearly whites.

"People like me. Well, they like the part I play, which is not quite me. You like the real me, bloodied hands and all."

Saeko has posed:
A little smirk, Saeko grins at that, leaning into the shoulder with the tattoo decorating it and then grinning lightly. "I mean, not so much. It's more that mortals have a bad habit of short lifespans..." she trails off before making to gesture to the man's own face. "But you're right, it is Thomas Blake I like, not a reflection of him."

Thomas Blake has posed:
Thomas Blake nuzzles the kitsune. Any words right now would just be unnecessary.
