Date of Scene: 25 June 2022
Location: The Inner Sanctum - Hellfire Club
Synopsis: No description
Cast of Characters: Tessa, Blake Riviere, Sebastian Shaw

Tessa has posed:
Tessa is seated at the boardroom table of the Hellfire Club, even though no meeting is currently taking place. The woman is nonetheless in her Club uniform: corset, thong, boots, gloves, choker, hair up in a Victorian bun. Her cloak is neatly hung on a hook by the door.

Tessa has a laptop computer open in front of herself. Also in front of her are a phone and a tablet. All three of them have the kind of cases that generally get marked for military grade equipment. The laptop looks like it could survive a grenade thrown right at it, so long as the case is shut. Tessa works at all three devices, cycling through them with such fluidness that it's unnatural.

Blake Riviere has posed:
A new title, a new outfit, Blake was once more in the club room. Her role one of protection and intelligence both, the woman in the black corset, thong and classic Hellfire club attire had made one little adjustment to her attire: a deep red stone almost like a drop of blood against her own pale flesh headed down to her cleavage. Unlike Tessa, her'd continued to wear her hair down rather than in that bun, ironic given she'd favored it when she wore the gown. Still the vampiress stepped out of the dark, her own technical abilities perhaps far less interesting as she taps away at a smartphone.

Tessa has posed:
Tessa doesn't look up from her manipulation of the devices. "Miss Riviere," she says, her tone its usual icy and neutral thing. She closes the laptop, which makes a chunky locking sound as it shuts. Only then does Tessa turn her head, to take in the sight of the vampiress. "I've meant to ask: do you have any special needs that must be accommodated in a living space here, beyond the obvious?"

Blake Riviere has posed:
"Are you asking if I require shielding from the sun or a coffin?" Blake jests lightly, moving to take as seat for herself and shaking her head. "I have no such requirements, beyond the creature comforts anyone might reasonably seek, and company when the mood strikes. I can even eat and drink as you might, though it is merely for the pleasure of it. Anything but blood is like...eating rabbit. It fills the stomach, but offers nothing that I truely need."

Tessa has posed:
Tessa gathers her devices. She leans down to retrieve a designer carrying bag for them, and begins methodically placing each gizmo where she likes it to be kept. "I was more curious regarding... folk tales, perhaps. Whether you would require soil from a specific location, or if a water main buried in the ground beneath your room would count as running water, and so forth." Tessa stands up once her case is packed and locked. "The experience you shared with me is... one I am still processing."

Sebastian Shaw has posed:
"As always, Tessa anticipates my offers and requests." The Black King strides into the room and moves to take a seat at the most elaborate chair in the room - his Throne.

"You have proven yourself to me in ever regard, Ms, Rivière. It is not every member of the Council that we consider worthy to _live_ with us."

He settles into to watch the meeting, trusting Tessa to handle all of the details.

Blake Riviere has posed:
"I can understand," Blake muses, her dark painted lips quirked to a smile. "I do not advertise my weaknesses, but...no, I do not require such things. Taking dirt everywhere sounds tedious, running water? Well, I shower and even skinny dip now and then..." she offers lightly with a wink before topic switches to the mention of the shared experience and Blake smiles lightly. "Of course...I am all too happy to assist you with your curiousity."

She looks up at Sebastian's arrival, perhaps playing the part of not knowing he was approaching or perhaps truely unaware. "Ahh, Mr Shaw...a pleasure to see you again. Tessa did quite an amazing job with my measurements, no?" she smirks before nodding lightly. "But I appreciate the trust in me."

Tessa has posed:
Tessa turns toward Sebastian as he enters, and dips herself slightly into a formal but not especially deep bow. "Mister Shaw." She motions for Blake to follow her as she walks toward Sebastian's throne. "Allow Mister Shaw an opportunity to appreciate the fine detail work up close," she says, completely deadpan.

Tessa moves to stand to Shaw's right, always the loyal Black Herald. "My curiosity regarding your nature is expansive. I've not had the opportunity to study it beyond what's written in books. How does the process of becoming work?"

Sebastian Shaw has posed:
"As always, Tessa knows what I like." Sebastian settles into the seat as he sees her approach, and in spite of how often the view is afforded him Shaw takes a moment to admire the way she wears the Hellfire Club's signature outfit. Much can be said about him that is less than positive, but no one can say that he does not put proper (or improper) effort into making people feel appreciated.

He looks to Blake, seemingly rather interested at the prospect of taking a closer look at all of the ... details.

Blake Riviere has posed:
"It differs species to species," Blake muses lightly. "The vampire we dealt with, those you saw me deal with. They are...more infective, it is what allows them to spread as they have. Each person they bite has a chance of becoming one of them. Others it is more mystical, almost ritualistic. Others are outright changed by spells and pacts." A little chuckle, she shrugs her bared shoulders, indeed turning to face Sebastian and leaning forwards lightly to let him inspect the craftsmanship. "As I said, black is far more my color."

Tessa has posed:
Tessa lifts her brows as she listens to Blake. She knows exactly how to stand so that Shaw can appreciate her at his leisure. "And what species are you, Miss Riviere? I know that you're responsible enough to avoid any... outbreaks." She affects a faint smile. "I agree that black suits you, Miss Riviere. As it does us all." Says the woman wearing purple.

Sebastian Shaw has posed:
Different rules apply to Tessa. They always have, and always will. She asks for so little that Shaw always gives her what she asks for. And more, whenever possible.

He leans forward to admire the ... handiwork ... on display. "Excellent," he says, before reclining.

He smiles up at Tessa. "Go on with your proceedings. I simply wish to remain within your company."

Blake Riviere has posed:
"I am something more," Blake chuckles lightly, "I have heard some refer to me as a 'Draculina', but that term is simply trying to draw parallels to things they know." A little nod as she settles back to lounging, tilting her head to the side with a laugh and tracing her fingertip down towards the gem that sat just above her bust. "Perhaps, but I have quite enjoyed these two colors."

Tessa has posed:
Tessa smiles a bit wider. "Perhaps as we work together further, you might afford me further insight into the truth of things." She motions for Blake to stand closer to her, offering an arm to place around the 'Draculina's' waist. "Mister Shaw would appreciate a further demonstration similar to what you graced me with last night."
