Synopsis: Morrigan and Sam speak with Alexander about a certain beheading. Things go well!
Cast of Characters: Morrigan MacIntyre, Sam Wilson, Alexander Aaron

Morrigan MacIntyre has posed:
One Alexander Aaron had gotten called to the Prinicpals office. It's something that no one really wants to get called for, but, maybe it was just a chat to see how the last semester of school was going. Morrigan is settled behind her desk and she seems to have the new guidance counselor along for this chat.

Sam Wilson has posed:
Sitting to the side of the desk, Sam Wilson has his notebook out, making a few dutiful notes. Glancing over to Morrigan, he gives the principal a swift and encouraging smile. She's got this, he's just here to help where needed.

Alexander Aaron has posed:
Of course when Alexander had left class to answer the call, shouldering his backpack into place he got the ubiquitous call from the other youths saying simply, 'ooooooooh.' To which he, of course, rolled his eyes and lifted a hand in a wave to Mr. Robinson, giving the history teacher a nod and murmurs, "I'll be there directly."
And off he went with the needed blue hall pass in his pocket, though his hands were in there too. Today was like most others, white sneakers, blue jeans, and a t-shirt though today the shirt showed an image of Van Gogh's Starry Night, except there are giant robots in the background of it.
A few minutes, three roughly, and he'll appear at the office, strolling past the individuals in the front area and waving a greeting to the receptionist and then after a moment or two... being shown in.
And there he is in their doorway, hands sliding out of his pockets as he nods to Morrigan, a glance to Sam, but then back to the principal. "Ma'am."

Morrigan MacIntyre has posed:
Morrigan gives Sam a smile, then she's bringing up things on her tablet and preparing. There's a look up when Alexander appears in the door and she smiles, "Mister Aaron, please come in and have a seat." she states as she rises. "I'll get the door. Please make yourself comfortable." she tells him. "If it is alright Mister Wilson is going to be joining us today." she gives a nod to Sam who is seated off to the side.

Sam Wilson has posed:
Rising from his seat, Sam is dressed in a simple white button up with a blue tie and dark slacks. "Nice to meet you, Mister Aaron." he offers in greetings and extends his hand. "I'm Samuel Wilson, the school guidance counselor." And known high-flying superhero, which may hopefully be a point in Alexander's favor if he's here in support. Once hand shakes are done, he'll return to his seat.

Alexander Aaron has posed:
Moving quietly he enters fully and unslings his backpack from his shoulder, taking a seat in one of the suitable guest chairs and setting down his pack between his feet. He remains there with his hands upon the straps and when Sam is introduced he gives a nod to the man then accepts the hand as well. "Sir,"
His hand shake is firm, but not aggressive. Very business-like, three pumps and done, "Good to meet you."
Then he returns to his chair and nods to them both.

Morrigan MacIntyre has posed:
Morrigan gives a smile to Alexander, "First, I am sorry to drag you in here out of the blue. I hate interrupting the day. So please forgive me on that." she states. "Secondly, If you wish to not talk on the situation I am going to bring up, then that is your right and I won't push." she tells him. "There was an incident that was brought to my attention where a...I believe it is a Satyr gets his head removed after an argument of some kind." she looks to him.

"Can you tell me what happened?" she asks him.

Sam Wilson has posed:
Returning the handshake and taking his seat, Sam listens for now. His attention between the two after he had watched the video and he glances aside to Morrigan in thought, before giving a nod of his head at the request to find out what happened.

Alexander Aaron has posed:
    There's a nod, "Yes, ma'am."
No hesitation there, Ms. MacIntyre enjoys a place of authority over the youth placed there by his father's declaration so she enjoys a deference that is rarely given to most. So he obeys with a nod.
Though after he says that his eyes distance a bit as he ponders word choice, probably ordering the events in his mind before he replies. "My family can be difficult." He starts. Which may be an understatement.
Then he takes a deep breath and elaborates. "There's tension between two of my uncles. One has been asking me to help him with a problem with the other..."
But then he catches himself and murmurs, "You see, with the..." He looks at Sam as if not sure if he knows of his background. So he hedges with his words as he murmurs, "With my family, they've these... rules, with how they're supposed to interact. And one is giving an homage to another, but it's sort of..."
He stops, clearly unhappy with how he's explaining it. So he just sums up, "Two of my uncles are jerks and dragged me into it. I made a choice to at least go sort of look into things for one. Which made another angry at me... and he sent the Bacchanal to try and convince me otherwise."

Morrigan MacIntyre has posed:
Morrigan listens to Alexander as he speaks on things. There's a frown upon her face as he explains things, "So this was a provoked attack." she nods to that. "Do you need help with your Uncles? I'm not sure what I could really say to either of them that they wouldn't laugh at, but, if you think it might help." she offers. "I..." she looks to Sam, "We wanted to talk about the video with you. To see if there were things that lead up to it." she states. "I wanted to get your side of things." she adds.

Sam Wilson has posed:
"Alright. So a family matter. Olympian, Asgardian, Babylonian?" There's clearly more to Sam than what meets the eye, if Alex hasn't recognized one of the public members of the Avengers. He's paying attention though and nods to Alexander. "However you feel best to explain things, even if it may be rather contrite."

Alexander Aaron has posed:
The youth's features shift a little, a ghost of a smile toward Sam as he nods, "Olympian, sir." But then there's another nod given, his brow furrows. "It was..." Alexander pauses and he tilts his head toward Morrigan and then Sam, as if trying to gauge the two of them as he tells them. "I could most likely have handled it better. Could have... perhaps defused it somehow. But with beast creatures like that they usually..." His features shift a little as he looks to the side, then back, "When they get let off their chain they tend to go wild. I was figuring that it wasn't just direct confrontation that they were wanting. That they wanted to create a spectacle. I thought it best to try and end it quickly."
A breath is taken and he murmurs, "Their leader addressed me in Greek, told me to not interfere with the celebration. I told them to..."
He stops, likely not wanting to swear in front of the principal so he says, "I told him impolitely no. They attacked."
Then there's a pause as he uncurls a hand, "I know how bad it looks. And how my counter-stroke comes across on the video. It was just... muscle memory. Didn't like decide I was going to make things very gross."
He finishes up a little faster, "Fight ended, I tried to tell one to take a message back, but he said his master saw everything and... yeah."

Morrigan MacIntyre has posed:
Morrigan gives a nod to Sam's words, "What Mister Wilson said." she states. Then she's sitting back to listen to Alexander. A frown upon her face as she does, but, it's not due to him. It's due to his Uncles. "Is he intending on coming after you?" she asks him. His safety was a concern of course. This wouldn't be right if it wasn't.

Sam Wilson has posed:
Samuel, perhaps to someone's surprise, comes to Alex's defense. "It's hard... very hard, to change what you're programmed to do." he admits. "When you're trained to strike to kill, striking only to harm or defend can be one the hardest things to do. It's like asking a soldier not to shoot at the center of mass when that's what they've been trained to do day one in basic training." he offers, glancing aside to Alexander from his notes. "You're young, and you let the heat of the moment get to you in what sounds like a glorified gang family style fight."

"The celebration they were having." he decides to ask. "What type of celebration was it and what type of threat would it have been should it have been allowed to continue?" It could give Morrigan an insight as to what was happening and help Alex's defense. He just wants to make sure that she has all of the information she needs. "Perhaps it would be good also to explain it all to Miss MacIntyre, as far as your family ties go?"

Alexander Aaron has posed:
"I don't... think so?" Alexander's response likely isn't as reassuring as Morrigan might wish, but then he adds, "Early on my father declared some limits to their interacting with me. So if they extended of themselves to harass me while at school they'd anger him."
That said he then turns to look to Samuel and listens quietly as the man speaks. A small nod is given in understanding with what is said regarding soldiers and training. He doesn't interrupt.
Then he asks questions and the youth is quick to answer as he murmurs, "They were likely freed given promise to be able to run free and exult in reality. A... sort of frenzied time. They were at best going to break a lot of things and..." He looks at Sam, then back at Morrigan, then back at Sam as he replies. "And accost women aggressively. But they weren't meaning that celebration. There's... another they were meaning."
He pauses, apparently not wanting to discuss that other celebration. Instead he presses on and turns his attention to Morrigan. "My uncles, Dionysus and Hades, have a small feud going. The Olympians, in an effort to survive over the course of history have developed a system of interacting with each other. It's a lot of rules and complications regarding what social and martial actions are allowed and when. There's a umm, point of order between Dionysus and Hades that Hades has asked me to look into. Dionysus does not wish me to do so for if I do investigate, I am free to act as I wish. Since I owe no loyalty to either of them."

Morrigan MacIntyre has posed:
Morrigan gives a look to Sam, he brought up a good point really and she doesn't mind letting the counselor talk. She then looks back to Alexander and there's a smile to him, "Thank you...for explaining all of this. I hate to dig into all these personal details." she tells him. "You only have a month of school left, so at this time we're not going to take drastic actions with this situation." she tells him.

"We're going to talk with a few others, but, your situation was something that provoked you into acting. You didn't cut someones head off willy nilly. That's the thing that we have to take into consideration. I'm guessing this wasn't supposed to be filmed and I've not had any other issues with you that have been reported." she tells Alexander.

Sam Wilson has posed:
Samuel offers a nod of encouragement. "And if you need someone to talk to, our doors are open." he offers to Alexander as well. "Is this a situation that could spill into the school?" he asks, looking to get an answer on that.

Alexander Aaron has posed:
Another nod is given, then Alexander murmurs quietly, "I'd understand if it might be best for me to not attend further. Though if possible I'd appreciate any steps taken to minimize the impact on my going to ESU next semester. If that's possible. But if needs be I understand as well if an example needs to be made or for a zero tolerance approach to be taken."
The blond youth spares a look towards Sam, perhaps gauging the man's responses then looking back to Morrigan before he murmurs, "I don't believe so, sir. Though... if I do something to get the anger of either of them I couldn't say with one hundred percent certainty that they would still respect my father's wishes."

Morrigan MacIntyre has posed:
Morrigan gives a look to Sam, it's thoughtful though someone might say there is something else there. Or maybe it's a trick of the light! She then looks back to Alexander, "I don't see a reason that we need to make you sit out of school, Mister Aaron. I think that you were put in a situation where you reacted and I just ask that we try to take steps to work on that." she tells him gently. "I don't want to mess with your classes or finishing your senior year. We're understanding that this is an isolated case. Others that have been disciplined did so because they were wanting to show off. You were not as far as I can tell." she points out.

"Do you need anything from us? I don't want to violate privacy but we could see about unseen security or something of that nature." she offers.

Sam Wilson has posed:
With Morrigan getting all the information she needs, Sam sits back to let her handle things as he goes back to jotting down notes on the pad of paper in thought, the Avenger pressing his lips into a firm line.

Alexander Aaron has posed:
Shaking his head slightly, Alexander murmurs, "I don't believe so. I can sometimes get a feeling when things are about to happen. If I start to get that feeling while on school grounds or the like I'll try and let someone know and then get clear."
He looks up and peers between the two of them. "I'll try and minimize exposure and all. Maybe take some absences near the end of the semester to lower the number of days I'm here."
That said he takes up his backpack and starts to rise but pauses as he asks, "Is there anything else, ma'am? Sir?"

Morrigan MacIntyre has posed:
Morrigan gives a look from Sam to Alexander and she smiles, "If you do get that feeling, please let us know. I can help quite a lot." she tells him. REALLY? What could Morrigan do?! She wasn't saying!

"Take some study halls and things like that. It won't hurt really." she nods to this. Then she's rising, "No, Mister Aaron that's all we wanted to speak with you on. If you need any help or just need to talk let one of us know. You have a good evening." she offers to him.

Alexander Aaron has posed:
"Thank you," Alex's smile is there, respectful, polite. And then he's stepping back and away toward the door with a nod for them both before he turns and adjusts the hang of his pack before stepping on out of the office and back to the school proper, returning to his day.
