Synopsis:	Two socially awkward girls have a picnic.

Monet St. Croix has posed:
The Embassy's roof was where the two had first interacted significantly. So Monet had chosen it playfully for their 'anniversary'. She had been researching purportedly what normal social interactions required for these things.. And had settled on a picnic lunch.

Kara Danvers has posed:
    Supergirl feels...well, strange, doing something so...ordinary, while in her Supergirl persona. "So...I'm curious what you have for all this." she says, as she walks lightly on the roof, looking about.

Monet St. Croix has posed:
Monet St. Croix would shakeher head, "All of my etiquette books stated this sort of scenario was appropriate. Given our.. Limited experience, it seemed appropriate." As part of the 'give Kara some usual human experiences' routine. The two have a lovely view even as M has packed a picnic lunch (by 'packed' we mean 'had things flown in from Europe by a personal chef)

Kara Danvers has posed:
    Supergirl laughs a little. "We both are so very bad at this." She looks to the picnic basket. "I'm betting you didn't cook a single thing in there."

Monet St. Croix has posed:
Monet St. Croix would nod, "Of course not. That would take a considerable amount of time." She smiles over at Kara. "This allows us to have a lovely meal and not have to spend so much time preparing for it."

Kara Danvers has posed:
    Supergirl considers. "There's supposed to be a blanket, I think...did you bring a blanket?" She asks, refraining from X-Raying the contents of the basket so far.

Monet St. Croix has posed:
Monet St. Croix would err, "I.. Did not. Do you think you can procure us one from inside quickly?" She was new at this! And reprimanding herself for a simple mistake. She had watched those movies how many times?

Kara Danvers has posed:
    WHOOSH. That's the great thing about Kryptonian speed. She's a blur, as she darts away, and then back, with a big blue blanket. It's not the normal gingham checkerboard, but it'll have to do.

Monet St. Croix has posed:
Monet St. Croix would smile, "Efficient. I'm glad that you can remedy my forgetfulness so easily." She would glance down at it. "And some exceptions have to be made." She would tentatively hand the picnic basket over. "IF you would care?"

Kara Danvers has posed:
    Supergirl spreads out the blanket, and takes the basket. She moves to carefully sit, folding her legs under herself. She /is/ in a skirt, after all. Then she opens the basket to see what goodies it contains.

Monet St. Croix has posed:
It contains quite a great deal of goodies. Made by world class chefs, prepared and put in sealed things to keep them hot and fresh. M had carefully selected them based off what she knew of Kara's favorite foods. "I.. Hope that it is appropriate."

Kara Danvers has posed:
    Kara looks at the food, impressed. She starts setting it out for them. "Come on, sit down. Help hold the blanket down." she beams. "Never done a picnic, I assume."

Monet St. Croix has posed:
Monet St. Croix would shake her head ,"No. My.. Circumstances did not permit for such an idle thing. I had too much to do with my tutors." she would move to take her corner of the blanket to help unfold it.

Kara Danvers has posed:
    Supergirl sighs a little. "Your childhood feels really sad sometimes." she says, as she starts to make plates for them both with the various goodies.

Monet St. Croix has posed:
Monet St. Croix would nod gently, "So was your's. We can make up for some of it together. I was merely alone. There are worse things." She would reach her hand over to squeeze Kara's hand gently before going to the food.
