Cast of Characters: Monet St. Croix, Razili Darnell

Monet St. Croix has posed:
The balcony presents a lovely view over of the backyard. The hills, covered in snow, the lake in the back frozen over. THe forest lovely and glistening with dew and icicles. Monet St. Croix is otherwise sitting out and enjoying the quiet spectacle sometime mid afternoon.

Razili Darnell has posed:
Crunch, crunch, crunch. The sound of footfalls in the snow is hard for anyone, even an invisible girl practiced in stealth, to hide. However, Razili doesn't seem all that interested in hiding, wearing uggs, a winter coat, mittens, and a knit cap. She steps through the powdered water and stops next to Monet. She doesn't say anything at first, just letting the quiet peacefulness speak for itself.

Monet St. Croix has posed:
Monet St. Croix would glance over at Razili, crossing her arms, "What brings you out here?" Her solitude is interrupted, and she might almost be annoyed, but she can't really fault anyone else for coming out here to enjoy the view, much as she appreciates having the isolation. This doesn't show on her face, however

Razili Darnell has posed:
"People were looking at me," Razili says. She pulls a pair of glasses out of her pocket and slides them onto her face. They have no lenses, but it helps other people know where Razili is looking. She looks over at Monet. "Are you waiting on someone?" SO many mutants could fly. Razili was honestly jealous, but really, all it meant was that the front gate was not the only direction someone might approach the school by.

Monet St. Croix has posed:
Monet St. Croix would shake her head, "No. And what does them looking at you have to do with anything?" She can tell where the girl is just fine. The joy of having telepathy and someone that's not operating in total stealth essentially makes the girl as visible to her as anyone or anything else.

Razili Darnell has posed:
Razili's coat shrugs. "I don't like people looking at me," she explains. A lot of mutants had instincts and secondary abilities that nature put in place to serve their primary power. This could be that. However, it could also be children being unnecessarily cruel to each other, even subtly. High school girls were truly the masters of the backhanded compliment.

Monet St. Croix has posed:
Monet St. Croix would shrug over, "Very well then. I might suggest in that case that you might decide to go around without wearing anything to help evade that. Or if you must wear something of unstable molecules to go about in."

Razili Darnell has posed:
"I don't need to go invisible," Raz explains. "It's rude." Plus, the others wouldn't know when you were walking away from them. However, going without gloves DID let Razili flip people off a lot more than anyone realized. "Wearing explosives sounds like a bad idea, anyway."

Monet St. Croix has posed:
Monet St. Croix would shrug, "Unstable molecules. They permit things to go beyond them. What Mrs. Richards wears that permits her power to go about her."

Razili Darnell has posed:
"Oh," Raz says. She doesn't know as much about all the supers as she could, but she knows that one. Like an invisible girl wouldn't know about The Invisible Woman. People won't shut up about the similarities. Every grown up seems to think that Razili is the kind of mutant that just needs to learn to control her powers. In her eyes, she doesn't have powers to control. She's just...the way she is.

Monet St. Croix has posed:
Monet St. Croix would glance over at her, "So, if you're looking for a way to remain truly hidden and not exposed, then that's something you can look into. There are some within the Institute that would have access to it. Speak to one of your teachers."

Razili Darnell has posed:
"I'm okay," Razili explains, shaking her head. "The more stuff I have to carry with me, the more I have to replace if I have to go invisible." Going invisible is something the girl had been doing since she could remember, and without a safe place to stash her stuff, she often lost things. She knew where she put them, but they would walk off without her.

Monet St. Croix has posed:
Monet St. Croix would shrug over, "Very well. It is merely an option." She was just offering a suggestion after all. "And there are other ways to help render yourself not noticable as well if you're looking to be even more ignored."
