Cast of Characters: Emma Frost, Sharon Smith

Emma Frost has posed:
Emma Frost was setting over in the studetn gardens. The greenhouse warmed over in the cold, so it was a place to relax just out of the chill some. So Emma Frost is settling down over in one of the areas after she had been wandering for awhile, looking down for somewhere to sit tdown and read. On a bench that she could relax some on. Thinking that no one was around her area and that she was mostly alone.

Sharon Smith has posed:
Sharon Smith crept up quietly behind Emma, but once close, her presence was absurdly evident. Besides the big fluff of purple hair peeking over her shoulder, there was the feeling of a cold, human nose pressing against her neck. Catseye was trying her best to wear her human form more often. Unfortunately, her human vistage didn't necessarly equal her acting more 'human.' Most normal people would have just said 'hello,' but the odd mutant seemed to greet by sniffing her instead.

Emma Frost has posed:
Emma Frost would let out a playful jump, "Hello Sharon. You were particularly sneaky today. I hope that you've been well. Found nproperly warm places to nap lately? Some good food to have? Any more interesting clothes to wear?"

Sharon Smith has posed:
Sharon Smith 's familiar sniffing lasted an uncomfortably long time, as if she'd found something particularly new or interesting about sniffing Emma's neck. Her questions were left to an awkward silence. Eventually the silence was broken by a "Snort, Snort." The girl was giggling against her neck at some myserious, inside joke.

Emma Frost has posed:
Emma Frost would glance over at Sharon, "So, have you noticed it?" She would gesture over to nearby some plants of catnip, blooming over despite the weather or any sort of issues. "And I'm glad that you find things rather amusing out here. It's good to see you happy and relaxed." Emma didn't mind how Sharone xpressed herself. She'd long since come to adore it, even without always understanding it.

Sharon Smith has posed:
Sharon Smith folded her arms over Emma's shoulder, using it as a resting platform as she stared off toward the catnip. "I ate it all" she lied, staring back at Emma with an exaggerated, wide-eyed look. "You can't smell anything with this face." she complained, pinching Emma's nose. "Why does it have a nose?" she asked philosophically

Emma Frost has posed:
Emma Frost would mm over, "I suppose that you could have. You seem in good spirits." Emma's tone is as always highly amused. "So what did you eat that made everything smell so flat? I do wonder if only so I can amke sure that Ororo doesn't plant anymore of it."

Letting out a squawk as her nose would be pinched but taking it in good spirits.

Sharon Smith has posed:
Sharon Smith made a home on Emma's lap. It would have been a more comfortable gesture if she was in the form of a small cat, but the full grown human woman had a good deal more weight. Her weight was slightly increased by the number of layers she wore. She had on a hodgepodge outfit of clothing. The variation in sizes and colors hinted that most of the clothes were probably not hers. "Ah. It's because you are a bird" she claimed after the squawk. "French fries." she answered plainly about the last thing she ate.

Emma Frost has posed:
Emma's not got the slightest idea now as to what Sharon's schemes are. Just that she has a girl setting on her lap then over as if she were some sort of recliner. "All right. I suppose I'm not quite that good a bir dthen. And who did you acquire your french fries from?" This was what they were all to Sharon. Things to amuse herself with!

Sharon Smith has posed:
Sharon Smith did her best to get comfortable on Emma's lap. She tried several poses, from sitting up cross legged on her to laying across her lap. It was a slightly awkward adventure considering her size. "Small wings." she agreed, trying to peek behind her before giving up to smirk at her question of where she'd gotten french fries from. "It is... a secret" she boasted, giving a light, almost mechanical laugh of "Ha, Ha, Ha"

Emma Frost has posed:
Emma Frost would settle back, "All right. I suppose I'm a poor bird and even less fo a perch." SHe's not asking what the girl's reasoning for this is. SHe's learnt that all that will do is make Sharon stalk it out even more. "I see. And you're very good at keeping secrets, aren't you? You're a very sneaky one."

Sharon Smith has posed:
Sharon Smith draped rather lazily over her lap, hanging half off of her as she stretched. "Poor bird." she parroted, poking at the tip of Emma's nose. "You'll never learn my secrets." she boasted proudly. "But you can try."

Emma Frost has posed:
And no, she won't ever learn Sharon's secrets. "Alas, you have forever outmaneuvered me and shown me my place in the world." Emma would admit, fingers giong up to lightly stroke the human Sharon behind teh ears.

Sharon Smith has posed:
Sharon Smith would have purred, but her human voice only let out a relaxed 'muuur' as Emma petted over wild, purple hair. "Silly bird" she sympathized. "I did not think you were supposed to pet humans." she pointed out with a hint of curiosity. She retorted by reaching up to playfully scritch her fingers under Emma's chin

Emma Frost has posed:
Emma Frost would shrug over then and allow the scritch to go on, even if it risked mussing her hair, "Well, I suppose we're not supposed to. In that case I can stop if you'd like. You are trying to learn proper behavior after all."

Sharon Smith has posed:
Sharon Smith apparently got 'eye-rolling' down as a human gesture. "Proper behavior." she said with a groan. She 'endured' a bit more scritching before finally sitting up Emma's lap to face her. "Hello Mister Misses Frost." she greeted, doing her best to mimic a deep, proper sounding voice. She even shook Emma's hand for added effect. "How is business? Did you enjoy your muffin?" she randomly added.

Emma Frost has posed:
Well, at the very least Sharon's learned enough that she can snark with the rest of the mansion. That's a strong improvement in the last year or so. Emma would smile. "I suppose I'm doing well. Business is good. And I did like my muffin."

Sharon Smith has posed:
Sharon Smith carried on with her horrible mimic of a deep voiced business person. "Very good. We'll get taxes and get our meetings in order, and drive cars." She comically put together as what seemed to sound like 'proper' human activities. She snickered sheepishly at her own aweful mimicry.

Emma Frost has posed:
Emma Frost would just shake her head over, "Why, you seem to have a very specific idea of what human activities are, Sharon. I take it this isn't from your learning. Are you enjoying much of the time watching tv then?" Emma would tease her.

Sharon Smith has posed:
Sharon Smith 's shoulders slumped. "It is boring" she decreed about TV. "But I watch people." she explained. She leered close to where her nose was almost mashed against Emma's, narrowing her eyes to add. "I am always watching." she said in a whispered tone.

Emma Frost has posed:
Emma Frost would nod lightly, "Yes, I'ms ure you do. And what then do you think of us ever so boring pinksins when you watch us, Sharon?" Emma's admittedly rather curious here.

Sharon Smith has posed:
Sharon Smith looked up and around as she contemplated what she thought of humankind in general, or perhaps she saw something out of the corner of her eye. After a moment of distracted looking around she finally came up with an answer "You all talk too much." she decided. "Talk, talk, talk..." she mocked with a snicker

Emma Frost has posed:
Emma Frost would laugh quietly, "Verywell. That does sound somewhat accurate. I suppose that qualifies me over amongst those that talk too much then. Do I happen to bore you then with how much I chatter away at, Sharon?"

Sharon Smith has posed:
Sharon Smith rested a hand on Emma's shoulder. "You are ok" she consoled her, as though talking too much was an affliction that simply couldn't be cured or helped. She patted her cordially to ease the nonexistant pain.

Emma Frost has posed:
Emma Frost would lean back, "Why thank you for the breadth of your generosity, Sharon. You are such a forgiving girl. So thank you for your magmaninity."

Sharon Smith has posed:
Sharon Smith misinterpreted, perhaps on purpose. She pursed her lips to blow a cool breeze over Emma's face in retort, shaking her head side to side to ensure full coverage. Her breath, as anticipated had a feint smell of french fries.

Emma Frost has posed:
Emma Frost would just shake her head over and let out a sigh, "I suppose it looks like that those lessons in hygiene haven't kept up. And yes dear." She would keep her eyes locked with Sharon's in amusement. "I do get it."

Sharon Smith has posed:
Sharon Smith narrowed her eyes. "I have taken a bath." she proudly stated, but didn't exactly elaborate as to when or how often. She didn't seem terribly filthy, but 'unkempt' was a fair description. Her blue eyes didn't waver from staring back, and had a wild, predatory intensity to them, as though she were waiting for Emma to make a move.

Emma Frost has posed:
Emma Frost would just shake her head over, "Very well. I trust you on the matter." She would continue to maintain her gaze with Sharon. "So what then do you plan to do with your afternoon, Sharon? Nap in a sunbeam? Stay here to catch the birds? Get more french fries?"

Sharon Smith has posed:
Sharon Smith says, "So trusting" she mused, tilting her head from side to side. She glared back, keeping her eyes locked, as if competing in a staring contest. "It is a secret" she whispered with a coy smirk."

Emma Frost has posed:
Emma Frost would mm-hmm over. "Why yes. You do seem to be rather taken with teasing those of us that are so foolish as to trust you." It is a staring contest. And Emma is more than happy to meet it. Teasing.

Sharon Smith has posed:
Sharon Smith 's mouth went agape, her hand lifting to cover her mouth as she gave a look of mock shock. Her expression was far too exaggerated to be believable. "You think I lie. I am always truthful. I take the best baths! Should I prove it?"

Emma Frost has posed:
Emma Frost would smirks, "Oh, I'm not asking you to prove it, dear.. I'm enjoying challenging you." Emma putting up that she was completely going to win this staring contest!

Sharon Smith has posed:
Sharon Smith lifted her nose, giving a smirk. "I will prove it" she stated. She ended the game of the staring contest with the same fickle ease that she started it, looking up at an invisible shower as she rubbed behind her ears. A dry, pre-bath scrub? She looked back to Emma with a wild stare before shrinking suddenly into a pile of clothes. A familiar black cat lept free from the abandoned mess of scattered clothes and swiftly darted away. It was certainly an efficient method for getting undressed. She was also a difficult thing to keep up with. It was made worse considering she didn't say where she planned on going for her incredible bath exhibition.

Emma Frost has posed:
Emma Frost would just shake her head and look over at the pile of clothes for where Sharon had used to be. Emma would debate going along after her, then rapidly decide that chasing her through th gardens would only come back to haunt her. So, moving to shift the eclectic pile of clothes to the side, hse would move to pick up her book that she had originally come out with.
