Undercover Phil rescue!
Date of Scene:	11 April 2023
Location:	New York Docks.
Synopsis:	Hydra losses again! Though Phil is left in an akward outfit.

Phil Coulson has posed:
It is late, about six when the alert goes off at Shield HQ. It starts, as a flashing light on a desk for a moment before the automated distres signal goes out to the shield agents. The messeage sent would be 'Agen Coulson needing assistance, currently undercover, and an address in New York docks. At the same time at the docks, hiding behind a large stack of metal crates Phil stands in Green and Yellow with a small device with a blinking red light on it now that he has pushed the button. Around him he can hear, "Find him! He is here somewhere!" as he moves further into the docks to hide better stuffing the folder he came here for into his Hydra suit.

The docks this afternoon has been invaded by Hydra the submarine inside of a building with water access right now to keep it out of sight. There are a few Green, and yellow wearing people, but also agents that are just dressed as normal dock workers, but everyoe out of the hundred people at the docks is related in some way.

While that sounds like a lot of people, the area of the docks is huge, and they are all seperated looking for Phil who currently had his cover as Hydra agent blown as he used the wrong amount of fingers to display a number to a paranoid Officer of hydra, and as his cover couldn't handle that much scruteny was forced to run away. Given time they will find him, but for now he was hidden in a large place with lots of places to hide, so Phil just hopped he could hold on till reinforcements got here.

James Barnes has posed:
Some people are impressed when Captain America drops from airplanes into the water; but the Winter Soldier doesn't even need the water! Or the airplane! He just leaps out of a helicopter that's flying too high to be heard, one hand launching a grappling line to a nearby lamppost. It's the vibranium in his arm that makes sure it doesn't just pop out of its socket as he swings in and launches himself forward, stealth-kneeing a Hydra agent in the jaw and then landing into a tuck-and-roll, swinging his shotgun -- (he also has a rifle and two guns and three knives) -- out and blasting another one.

He rises to his feet and puts his wrist near his mouth. "Agent Coulson: your location, please. Extraction imminent."

They're going to be in even bigger shit when the one with actual _super powers_ lands.

Jessica Drew has posed:
Hands to either side of the open helicopter door door, Agent Drew watches Barne's descent for a moment to give him clearance then leaps in a graceful arc behind him. A thin filament of webbing stretches behind her and disappears as she lands, one hand lightly touching the concrete.

<<Agent Barnes at your six.>> she reports tersely, waiting on Coulson to give them his position.

Phil Coulson has posed:
There is no location given, but as your closer the signal it does show how far away it is. As Bucky can see it is a food 10 Yards away, and safely kills two agents he gets no response on the radio. As it does work for anyone he does call it is easy to figure either Phil had to give up his ear piece, or it is broken. Now good news is the two agents jumped by Bucky are down, and not getting up, bad news though is a landing like that gets attention. He would hear a yell of "Ruckzug! Ruckzug!" or retreat in German, as the giant doors that close to the water in the building behind them explode out and a large submerine is already taking off leaving the ones here to fend for themselves.

Of course this doesn't help Jessica, or James as three more turn the corner opening fire at the two with automatic weapons. They look like normal dock workers, but obviously german descent, they yell "Sterben!" at them as they shoot. Their accuracy isn't that good though so their 'surprise attack' is wild.

Hearing all the gunfire Phil smiles, and pulls down the Hydra outfit part that went over his head, tossing the goggles on the ground. To fit in he had to pass their monitering systems so could not wear anything transmitting which included an ear piece, the box only okay as he had it turned off at the time. He knew it would make it harder for him to find as he couldn't contact the agents, but now that his face could be seen he was sure they wouldn't friendly fire him.

As Phil is heading towards the gunfire he hears "Stoppen." from behind him in a low voice, and sighs maybe he was getting too told for this, as he did not hear the sneaky agent come in from behind him. Raising his hands Phil says, "Your already in a good deal of trouble shooting a Shield agent isn't going to work out well for you." though thankfully for Phil the plan wasn't to shoot him. As he was lead with now someone pointing a gun towards him closer to the others.

Jess, and James though under fire, could see the dot that was the signal is heading forward slowly, Not running just a slow walk heading this way.

James Barnes has posed:
It's the crack of Bucky's shotgun that really gives away his position. It's unfortunate for the Hydra agents that knowing where Bucky Barnes is and being able to do anything about it are two completely different things.

He shoots another Hydra agent in the knee and then spin kicks another right into the harbor, sending him flying and skidding across the boarded walkway.

Bucky's been shot at a lot in the past. He uses his metal arm to get in the way of the bullets, moving side to side, never giving a good target. At least one or two bullets graze him, but he slams his elbow into someone's sternum and heads for where Phil is giving him the signal.

Jessica Drew has posed:
Gunfire greets Jessica as she ducks behind a group of barrels. Already Bucky is in action. Unslinging the P-90 from her shoulder, she eases around a barrel in a crouch to add her contribution to Bucky's. Her target goes down.

Three converge on her from the right, she rises and neatly point blank shoots the closest.. Another receives the P-90's stock in the face, knocking him into the third Hydra agent. In the blink of an eye, Jessica is airborne in a revolving kick, propelling them backward. Neither of them rise to reengage.

She is close behind Barnes on Coulson's trail.

Phil Coulson has posed:
As Bucky smashes down people are flying back from shots, splashing i n the water trying to swim with a few broken ribs one looks really happy as he grazes Bucky, though is unable to celebrate as an elbow to the sternum cuts that short just falling insead to lay down for a moment and try to catch his breath through the pain. Others heading to the action quickly find themselves victom of a P-90 doing the dance of death as hit by multiple bullets or fall face crunched from Jessica's kick... that is when they land. The two run in, and it does not take long to find their target... A Phil standing out in the open with his hands up in the air with a smile. "Oh they sent you two?" he chuckles as relaxed now as he usually was.. "Seems I have.." but is interupted as the person behind him in Green and yellow yells to shut up, and points the gun at him standing close behind him.

Phil sighs, and looks at Bucky in the eyes, "I have what we came for. Wrap this up will you."

The rest of the agents of Hydra around seem not to think it is a good idea, so while this is happening people are now fleeing. Seeing their friends, and allies dismantled by those two have made them re-think the numerical advantage. It is a mess of people just running all different kinds of ways, the ones not so bright just swimming away instead as there really is just more water out there. The submarine is gone by now taking off into the water, and submerging so it was not coming back anytime soon. Thankfully it was not the plan though maybe another day.

James Barnes has posed:
"Drew, get Coulson out of here." Bucky is more than willing to cover their escape. Besides, he's pretty sure even with all her super powers, he's still the better swimmer, and he can always just launch himself into the harbor and get out.

Bucky winks at Phil, patting him on the shoulder as he blasts another Hydra agent in the foot and flips his shotgun, sending it flying as a projectile into the back of the head of another goon.

"Steve says 'hey'."

Jessica Drew has posed:
Typical of Hydra to abandon agents to enemy action. And it would be typical of them to shoot rather than take prisoners. Jess takes the P-90 out of action, unholstering the ICER at her hip.

"I suggest you lay your arms down and play nice," she says, gesturing with the gun.

Bemused at his relaxed air, "Phil, did you get your package? Want to take a ride?"

Finger to her ear, she calls in the helicopter, "Agent Drew at drop off point. We have two, maybe three for pickup."

ICER still aimed at their potential prisoner, "Barnes, looks like it is your show now. See you on the flip side."

Phil Coulson has posed:
The man with the gun pointed at Coulson looses faith as he drops it as no-one seems to be paying attention to him the casaul nature of the people here freaking him out. He looks about to run as Jess pulls the Icer so doesn't. As Bucky goes, and starts picking people off Phil sighs, "Not what I ment.. Sorry." he says as he lucks to Bucky, and smiles as he gets a hand to the shoulder. "You know I have your card too right?" he says with a chuckle. "Thank you for the assistance.. You as well Agent Drew though I think both of you are going to need to take the covert lessons again." he adds with a chuckle as he looks around at the bodies.

Reaching into his Hydra suit he pulls out a folder. "Here.. Take this, and him back. He prob doesn't know much as they left him, but any can help." he asks Jessica, as he turns to James. "And you.. while you are rather special agent, you are coming with me to explain to the local law enforcement what happened here." he chuckles a bit. "Maybe show you what others need to do when you make a mess like this,." though he adds it more thoughtfully then critically.

As Phil leads James, and lets Jessica get back to the prisoner Phil chuckles to himself. "And did either of you bring pants?" can be heard as the night continues on.
