Location: Liberty Island
Synopsis: Sofia asks Hercules for his advice
Cast of Characters: Sofia Maroni, Hercules

Sofia Maroni has posed:
The Statue of Liberty is an inspiring sight at any time. At night, however, the statue is simply breathtaking. Sofia sent a message to Hercules, asking him to meet her on Liberty Island tonight. Nevermind that the island was closed to visitors a couple hours ago. Both know that such simple rules do not apply to them as they do to mortals.

For her part, the blonde flew to the island on shimmering wings. She stands upon the railed walkway around the torch's flame, wings partly furled as she gazes out over the city.

Hercules has posed:
Hercules was already there when she arrived, having gotten there somehow and apparently early... though as she swoops by she may not see him standing on the top of the statues crown. When she lands below he grins, waves.. and leaps. The air rushing by him as he descends before landing on the stones below with a cap of sandle on stone and a slight bend of his knees to absorb the shock of landing. "Cousin, good eve. you pick such lovely views for when we meet. What is it that I can do for you?"

Sofia Maroni has posed:
Sofia Maroni steps up once he lands, offering a casual embrace and a kiss upon the cheek. Sofia is dressed casually in jeans and boots, her top a halter with an open back to allow freedom for her wings. "Thank you for coming, cousin. I have questions, and I was hoping you could help guide me." She rocks back a step, wings furling and then fading as hands find her hips. "Tell me what you know about the heroes of this place and time. I know one, Captain Steve Rogers, but I would know more if I am to join them."

Hercules has posed:
Hercules returns the hug with one arm around her waist and a firm squeeze that has her lifted slightly from her feet before he releases with a smile. He furrows his brow slightly at her question though, "There are many heroes in these times," he says after a moment. "Captain Steve Rogers is among the best of them, as far as the definition of Hero, even if he just a mortal."

Sofia Maroni has posed:
Sofia Maroni tilts her head, a small smile touching her lips. Aphrodite's daughter is a pretty good read of people, especially when it comes to boisterous cousins. Yeah, she knows he's just talking in circles. "So you're saying that I -should- join them? Or that they have enough heroes already?"

Hercules has posed:
Hercules shakes his head with a small rumble of laughter, "No, cousin. you can never have too many heroes. I am saying that you do not need to join them to be one. They like to form groups I have seen, but you do not need to be in one to do good. It helps with finding parties afterwards though."

Sofia Maroni has posed:
Sofia laughs softly at that, reaching out to rest a hand upon his beefy shoulder. "Yes, and THAT is something where I can count on your expertise." she replies. "I have offered my services to them, but without making any commitment. We will see what they do with my olive branch."

Hercules has posed:
"They would be lucky to have you talents." Hercules responses, "and I will be sure to let you know of any festivities I find as well," he adds on with a grin, "In fact.. I was having a gathering at my rooms again this evening. You should

Hercules has posed:
"They would be lucky to have you talents." Hercules responses, "and I will be sure to let you know of any festivities I find as well," he adds on with a grin, "In fact.. I was having a gathering at my rooms again this evening. You should come by. I should get back to them."

Sofia Maroni has posed:
Sofia Maroni rolls her eyes and smirks, stepping up to give Hercules an embrace. After rising onto tiptoes. The wings come out again, unfurling as she steps back. "Perhaps will join you for the second or third round of room service, cousin." In a lower voice, she adds. "And thank you."
