Cast of Characters: Peter Parker, Mary Jane Watson, Cindy Moon

Peter Parker has posed:
Another warm summer evening, another training session at the King's Landing Scrap Yard. Spidey is already there, and he has a cooler with food and drink.

He has also sent out a missive over the Spider-Comm system.

<Meet and greet and stuff to eat at Training Area Two.> Wirth requisite waypoint. <If you can make it, sing out.>

He bides his time by working on the "kata" Owari has taught him. This ninjutsu stuff is really coming together, but he is discovering the occasional variation that he can utilize with his enhanced physical abilities.

Mary Jane Watson has posed:
Mary Jane Watson is still getting used to the whole 'hero' thing, but she's been doing stuff on occasion. But when the offer comes out for training with Peter... well, she's got her motorcycle now, and rides it over towards the junkyard in question. Parking a discrete distance away, she takes off the helmet, shaking her hair loose as she keeps the jumpsuit on.

With that, she saunters over, the sword sheathed and strapped to her back, while a pair of batons are hooked in at her hips. She waves over towards Spidey, giving him a grin, "Hey there, that's some pretty fancy moves."

Cindy Moon has posed:
<<nan jibeul naseotji kornorae naoji, lalalalala lalalalala...you said sing!>> Silk answers with a quick k-pop rendition on the spider-comm system, so apparently she's in, as she swings along the way to the King's Landing Scrap Yard. Would be real easy for Spider to tell when she draws near, just as it is for her to tell she is nearing his position. It never stops being weird.

The closer she gets, she starts to get a visual on Spidey's action and laughs on comm <<you do martial arts? We should totally sparr, I do Tae Kwan Do!>>

Peter Parker has posed:
Spider-Man stops and nods to MJ. "Hey there. Yeah, it's..."

Then Silk comes in and he feels the urgent need to drop an info dump.
He sets up a private chat with MJ and Silk on the Comm, then says, "Hey, Silk. Uhm, before we start...and you get any closer...I feel I should clue Red here in on some important info."
MJ's icon shows up on the Spider-Comm system as "Red Sonja."

"Red, Silk and I have a...complicated condition. The basics of it is a kind of pheromone that causes...arousal...in both of us. The closer we are to each other, the more powerful it is."

Mary Jane Watson has posed:
MJ arches a brow at /that/, then gets a wry grin, "You don't want to know what Sonja's suggesting about that tidbit." She waves over towards Silk, "You can call me Red Sonja, if you want. Or Red, or Sonja, since... well, secret identities and all that."

Well, she's not taking it too badly, at least, though now one has to wonder what exactly Sonja is suggesting in MJ's head...

Cindy Moon has posed:
<<wow! Wowowowow! Wow! Don't go around saying stuff like that, Spidey, you don't know that's what it is,>> Silk clearly sounds very nervous and more than a little embarrassed at what Spidey shares with Red Sonja.

Swinging in, Silk lets go of her web line and flips over to a perfect gymnast style landing. Her head turned to focus on Sonja, she gasps, <<you're Mary Jane Watson! We went to school together! Is everyone in Midtown High special?>>

Peter Parker has posed:
Spider-Man needs to take a moment. He's...maintaining composure. He looks at Silk and tries to banish the errant thoughts about how shapely the costume makes her FOCUS FOCUS FOCUS!

<It's...the best theory I have, Silk, until other evidence comes along. And...I am also mentioning this because...well, MJ and I are a couple again. I felt she had to know, so she would understand...what is going on...>

He takes a deep breath, through the mouth. Not the nose. NEVER the nose.

<Red Sonja...meet Silk. We have similar abilities, but she has her own methods when it comes to webbing. And before you ask, NO, it does not come out of her butt.>

Mary Jane Watson has posed:
Mary Jane grins over at Silk, "Yeah, guilty. Should have worn the helmet I guess, but... didn't think anyone would actually recognize //me//." She shrugs a little sheepishly, "I think Harry and Ned are safe as far as not having powers, otherwise... um..."

She glances over at Peter, giving him a wry look, "Now I really should tell you some of Sonja's thoughts about things, for that comment." She winks at him, then looks back at Silk, offering the new arrival a hand, "Actually I have a 12,000 year old warrior maiden living in my head right now. It's... complicated." Complicated definitely //does// seem to be a Midtown High thing, if nothing else.

Cindy Moon has posed:
<<What the...why are you doing this to me, Spidey? You just stopped dating Supergirl...you're...argh!>> Silk leaves it at that, not pressing any further about the issue, as she turns to look more closely at MJ. <<Don't tell anyone, but I'm Cindy Moon, if you even remember me, been awhile,>> Silk shares on Spider Comm with MJ just so she doesn't feel the only one outed. "I remember you because I was always jealous of how beautiful you look."

Cindy kinda stares at MJ when she explains about a 12,000 year old warrior princess in her head, but just kinda nods as if she accepts it after all.

Peter Parker has posed:
Spider-Man sighs...and adjusts his stance. Seems he might be a tad discomforted.
<I didn't want to keep it a secret from you, Silk. Especially with whatever we are dealing with. MJ is...well, I never thought I had a chance with her, after I screwed things up. But I was wrong. I...>

A pause. <...uhm, exactly WHAT is Sonja thinking?>

Mary Jane Watson has posed:
Mary Jane blushes a bit at Cindy, "Wow, Cindy? I remember you, and you vanished sophomore year! I always thought you were pretty cool..." She might be blushing a bit more at the beautiful comment, too, particularly with what Sonja is telling her in her head.

Then at Spidey's question, she glances over at him, arches a brow, and gives him a certain smile. Channeling a bit of Sonja for it, but it's definitely the kind of smile that Spidey can feel, no pheremones required. "No beating yourself up, Tiger. Past is the past." With that, she winks once at him, then looks back to Cindy.

"So did you get bitten by a radioactive spider too? What happened???"

Cindy Moon has posed:
<<You're way more a player than I gave you credit for, Spidey>> Silk gives that much to Peter, wondering about his record with girls, some way out of his league, and in such quick succession too. It's a wonder he's alive.

Silk does press her finger to the red buff covering her mouth, "it's Silk if you're gonna talk out loud," she points out, prefering to keep revealing of secret identities to the Spider-Comm thing if possible. "Well, I was the girl insisting to play hockey with the boys, I guess that made me stand out a bit." She then turns to focus entirely on MJ, "So...how does an ancient warrior princess comes to live inside your mind?" She seems to have less interest in what Sonja might be saying in Mary Jane's head, assuming it's best she doesn't hear.

Peter Parker has posed:
Spidey takes a few steps back, for his benefit and Silk's. He has no idea what is going through Silk's mind with their close proximity, but moving back seems like a good idea for both of the women.

<I wish I was. I struck out with Gwen...and then Supergirl went badly. So my track record is more of an anime protagonist than a 'player.'> A wry chuckle at that.

Mary Jane Watson has posed:
Mary Jane gives Peter a wry look, "So /that/ is why you wanted me to dress up like Asuka..." She winks at him, then looks over at Cindy, nodding, "Silk, then. Cool name, I like that."

She hmms, and then pulls out the massive greatsword strapped to her back, "Sonja was trapped in the blade, or rather her spirit was. When I came across it, she leaped into my head... apparently I'm a very distant ancestor, or something." It's a pretty impressive sword, not exactly movie style but something that's intent on Serious Business. She does a few experimental swings with it away from the other two, showing off a bit of form before sheathing it back.

"Prefer not to break that out for obvious reasons, which is why I got the batons." She pats the weapons hooked at her waist, looking far more comfortable with the idea of less lethal implements.

Cindy Moon has posed:
Cindy, an anime fan, does giggle at the way Spider-Man puts his track record, albeit she refuses to accept it. That's too good a caliber of girls for him to date. "Thanks, I didn't want to just be another spider," she peers at Spider-Man with a 'look' and then turns back to face MJ. "So he had you dress as Asuka? Did you do your own cosplay or did you buy a costume?" Then the blade is drawn, and Silk flips backwards, landing on tiptoes, "wow! Where did you find that thing!?

"So you all do martial arts? Never pegged you for the types, neat."

Peter Parker has posed:
Spidey chuckles. <Well, I met up with an actual ninja. She's actually an Honorary Spider named Owari. She's been teaching me ninjutsu. I'm picking it up quickly, but I've been seeing...potential variations that I could use that a normal person can't. If her icon goes active, ask her if she would eeither like to teach you or approve me teaching you.> He paused. <I realized I was fighting mostly with instinct and some boxing techniques my uncle taught me, but I needed something more refined, something where I can make myself more effective.>

Mary Jane Watson has posed:
Mary Jane nods over Cindy, "Well, picked up the base costume but I did some tweaks to it, make it a bit more authentic. Gonna be honest, that's not entirely my thing but well... I do take requests. Plus it was fun." She winks back at Peter with that.

"The sword... well, it was on display in a museum. When I got close to it, it... called to me, somehow. Not sure how to explain it other than that, but I picked it up. And the next thing I know, I'm in a chainmail bikini running for my life." A sheepish shrug, "Bikini didn't seem all that practical for fighting, so I decided that was the time to talk to Spidey about... well, everything. And Sonja knows a lot more about fighting than I do, but I definitely would like to learn."

Cindy Moon has posed:
<<You did!?>> Silk looks a bit surprised that those are actually real and like, exist. <<I'd be curious to test your ninjitsu with my tae kwan do,>> Silk offers a challenge to Spidey.

But then MJ steals all of the attention. All of it. "Chainmail Bikini? What!? That doesn't even make sense! It won't protect you from anything!"

Mary Jane Watson has posed:
Mary Jane laughs, "I know, right? I have no idea how she made it work..." She pauses, tilting her head, "Yeah, okay, maybe it was a style thing back in 10,000 BCE, but we have different standards today. You don't mind the motorcycle!"

She then grins at Cindy, "Sorry, she literally is a second voice in my head. But tae kwon do? I'd love to pick up some of that too... I mean, the knowledge she brought with her is pretty cool, but I'd love to get some more for myself."

Cindy Moon has posed:
"I don't think she knows, to be honest," Silk offers with a grin, the very notion defied every sense from a martial perspective. "Well, maybe it meant to show she's so sure of herself, she doesn't need any armor at all?" Silk shrugs, it certainly sounded better than the other option. "Motorcycles are cool, of course I don't mind it." Silk grins at the offer of skill exchange, "it's a date then! If you'll excuse me, I think I should move on for now...." she says very nervously, her eyes veering ever so slightly towards Spider-Man with a redness taking over her visage, before she thwips herself a line and swings away.
