Wally West has posed:
Its amazing how much time can fly when you're having fun.

Just today, the Flash managed to stop not one, but two bank robberies, helped the police force solve a crime, AND managed to run to Titans Tower to drop some stuff off before now he's chilling up in Queensland park, dressed in his regular civilian clothes, that being a red T-shirt with simple jeans and running shoes.

He pulled out his cellphone and he decides to send Bart a few texts, asking the younger speedster to meet him in Queensland Park.

Now...he waits. Too bad Wally perceives time very relatively. One moment, he can literally see the bullet as it leaves the gun and be there before its even halfway to the target. Now...now he just perceives people being people.

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen is a lot like wally with how he sees time. He will tell Wally be there asap and it will actually take him maybe five minutes to get there. He does to most people about appear next to Wally, but the other speedster will seem him run in and skid to a stop "Sorry it took so long, I had to finish my chores, and took me forever to talk Jay into letting me use my speed to do them. When I told him it was to come see you he said it was ok, and says "Hi." He is wearing a t-shirt with the Road Runner on it, and Beep Beep on the back of it. "How you doing?" He will ask.

Wally West has posed:
Wally saw Bart coming from a mile away.

Not literally, but he saw him coming, so unlike perhaps some others, he's not surprised at all when Bart super speeds over to him. "Woah woah! Easy kid, you'll break your ankle coming at speeds like that. Plus, Be careful about using your powers in public!" He tells Bart in a somewhat scolding fashion before he pats the spot beside him.

"Heh, don't worry about it. Old Garrick can be a bit of a pill sometimes when it comes to powers, but he makes a good point. Don't rely on them -too- much, ya know? Heh, tell the geezer I said hi too, will ya?"

He stretches out on the bench though. "Pretty good, pretty good. All things considered, but I wanted to check up on you and see how you're doing. Fitting in well?"

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen will move to take a seat on the back of the bench feet hanging off the back side of it. "Yea, I think so, got some friends, I hang around with, need to check in with a couple of them." He says perhaps a bit wistfully. "Schools out and Jay and Joan are suggesting I get a job for the summer before I start school. I thought about doing a delivery service, but heard that has turned out bad for some." He seems more relaxed Wally can tell that he can talk normal now, not longer having to count to a hundred to himself between each word. "How about you, how are you?"

Wally West has posed:
Wally nods lightly to Bart as he speaks about his friends. "Well good. And I notice that you're speaking normally. I know it can be difficult with speed to forget that you need to slow down for everyone else to catch up, but you look like you got it down flat. Knew you could." he says with a friendly smile for Bart before his attention is on a kid who barely makes a frisbee catch before he chuckles.

"Well, you could do a delivery service. I mean, I own a delivery service, but I mainly just do it by myself. Plus, best not to mercantilize superheroes too much. But, I'm doing good Bart."

Small pause.

"Are you still at that school? Uh, Happy Harbor?"

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen hmms a bit at something perhaps he knows something about the delivery service, but this time he keeps his mouth shut on it, "I start college in the fall, but I still have some friends there, and they are pretty schway about letting graduates come around at least for a while. Joan thinks I should go to college and get a degree, but I aint sure, I mean, things go so slow." He is tapping his heels against the back of the bench fast but not quite super speed yet. I heard some folks take a year to back pack across Europe, but well, I don't think it would take me that long ya know?"

Wally West has posed:
Wally nods lightly. "Wow, big boy school. Look at you! It was like just yesterday that you popped out of the space-time continuum." He laughs a little bit before he elbow-nudges Bart lightly. "You could just -run- around Europe, but I agree that it can be a little boring when you do it by yourself. Speaking of...how's your super speeding coming along? Are you tapping into the speed Force? are you feeling drain? the speed force is very strange, so I want to make sure there's no...malfunctions, so to speak."

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen shrugs his shoulders and says "Aint had any oddness when I use my powers." He looks around and making sure none are looking and with concentration, he will vibrate his hand and pass it trough the bench with no ill effects. "I mean I still aint quite sure how to get to the force itself, but I aint felt anything off." He hmmms and looks over to a hot dog stand, and pulls out cash from his pockets starting to count it.

Wally West has posed:
Wally nods slightly to Bart as he speaks. "Good to know." He does watch though for a moment, before he watches Bart phase his hand through the bench. "Vibrating the molecules in your hand, very nice." He compliments Bart just a tad, before he nods lightly. He catches Bart's attention shift to the hot dog stand, before he offers him a twenty-spot.

"Here, go get yourself and me something." he smiles. "-at a normal pace-." he tells Bart.

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen chuckles a bit and will take the money and heads over to order them food 1 drink each and as many hot dogs as he can buy. He knows Wally and he both can pack away the food. He taps his foot a bit while waiting, a little to fast, before he catches himself and slows back down.
