Location: New York
Synopsis: Peter gives Tandy take out
Cast of Characters: Peter Parker, Tandy Bowen

Peter Parker has posed:
20 Ingram Street in Queens. It's a quiet side street in the burg, arranged with houses build during the war and during the post-war boom. Families have lived here for generations. Old houses with satellite dishes, a few of them with StarkInd solar panels.

The street is quiet, but a few kids are shooting hoops at the far end of the street, chalk drawing out a half-court on the primary street.

Tandy Bowen has posed:
Tandy Bowen is walking up the street, frowning a little in confusion at the idyllic landscape and the picturebook activities. Kids laughing. Hoops. Playing tag. No drugs or gang members or hookers or thugs. Not anwhere. She stands at the corner looking at the neighborhood and she shoves her hands into her repaired jacket, stitched by Spider-Man. She contemplates turning around, not really fitting in here in this neighborhood. Maybe changing her mind, Tandy continues up to the address Spider-Man gave her. She knocks on the door.

Peter Parker has posed:
An elderly lady opens the door. Just like that. No pause at the peephole. No bars on the windows. There's even a chair swing on the porch.
"Oh...hello, dear," the old lady says, tilting her head. The open doorway reveals smells - fried chicken, old wood, fresh air. And maybe, just maybe, the smell of something chocolate. Or is that wishful thinking?

Tandy Bowen has posed:
Tandy Bowen looks sorta surprised this old lady answers the door and she says, "Oh hi," she says softly. She gets a waft of that cooking and adds, "Uh I was looking for Peter Parker. A friend of his told me he lived here..." she explains, "Maybe I have the wrong house."

Peter Parker has posed:
The woman perks up at the mention of the name. "Oh! He's downstairs in his lab." She presses an intercom button on the wall. "Peter? I think the young lady you told me about is here." She smiles to Tandy. "If you don't mind waiting a moment. Have a seat on the swing, dear. He'll be with you shortly."

Tandy Bowen has posed:
Tandy Bowen squints as the lady buzzes Peter and communicates with him, maybe thinking she would leave him a message next, or to engage a teleporter to bring him down. "Right," she says and walks over to the white swing. She nudges it with her hand and it squeaks. She sits down.

Peter Parker has posed:
A few seconds later, the front door opens, and a teenager with brown hair and eyes with a flannel shirt, baggy jeans, and tennis shoes steps out onto the porch. He smiles sheepishly and says, "Hi...you must be Tandy? I'm Peter Parker." He extends his hand.

Tandy Bowen has posed:
Tandy Bowen looks up at Peter the Teenager, "I'm Tandy," she answers while shaking his hand, "How...do you know who I am?" she wonders, and rocks in the swing. SQUEAK SQUEAK. "Did Spider-Man tell you?" she asks.

Peter Parker has posed:
Peter smiles slightly. "Yeah. He and I tend to help each other out. I help him with the tech, he lets me know when I can get pictures of him so I can keep the lights on and the water running in this place." He sits down next to Tandy. "He gave me a description and said what to look for. He's pretty trustworthy."

Tandy Bowen has posed:
Tandy Bowen smiles and nods to what he says, "He helped me out and...fixed my jacket. He's awesome at sewing," she tells him and chuckles, fingering the buttons on her jacket.

Peter Parker has posed:
"Yeah. Sort of a survival skill." Peter looks around. "Are you looking for shelter for the night, or do you need it for longer?"

Tandy Bowen has posed:
Tandy Bowen shrugs a little, "Yeah well, I don't want to put you guys out. That's your Mom? Who answered the door?" she asks, "I have a little mattress at the Church. It's not so bad if I can get there before they lock up."

Peter Parker has posed:
Peter smiled sadly. "My Aunt May. She and Uncle Ben took me in when my parents disappeared. I was four at the time. I think it's safe to say they were my de facto parents." He looks around. "Well, we could get you a hot meal and you could stay the night. It is getting kinda late. But if you think you can have a full meal and get back in time, we won't keep you."

Tandy Bowen has posed:
Tandy Bowen glances at the sky and then looks at Peter, "What time is it...?" she wonders, "Well maybe if I leave now and there's no people on the subway. I have a little bit of what Spider-Man gave me," she explains.

Peter Parker has posed:
Peter checked his watch. "About 6:15 PM. If you can give us five minutes, I can make to a doggie bag. Will that give you enough time?"

Tandy Bowen has posed:
Tandy Bowen stands up quickly and nods, "Alright, thanks, yes that'll work," she tells him and then adds, "You're coming right? You don't have a curfew right?" she asks.

Peter Parker has posed:
Peter blinks. "Well...I suppose I could come with you if you want me to. I have an experiment running, but I'm just monitoring it now. I can do it remotely." He stands up. "I'll be right back. Don't go away."
Peter steps into the house, and he can be overheard chatting with Aunt May.
A couple of minutes later, Peter comes out with a takeout bag and a tall screw-top bottle. "Iced tea and lemonade. My favorite drink."

Tandy Bowen has posed:
Tandy Bowen GRABS Peter's hand and takes off down the steps of the little house, "Come on!" she lets out, "We can't be late!" she adds as she runs off tugging Peter.
