Scott Summers has posed:
Scott has been busy with... stuff. He took Emma and Alex to Alaska for a weekend and they didn't return in the best mood. So, he went back to study, program evil DR sessions and prepare for the next course. Typical Scott, but with an extra of leave-me-alone-to-brood.

Since Lorna has know him for years, that is fairly normal. He copes with bad luck by working harder.

At least he is not pestering her about the killing of Magistrates. That is a bonus. But today he messaged her about talking a bit about current events. Which likely means Genosha and the bottles.

Lorna Dane has posed:
Lorna had been dealing with a great many things it would seem. She was rarely at the Mansion, mostly on Genosha.. or recently visiting Atlantis. Not that many people knew that part yet, but the rumor mill was running full strength in the Mansion and it would only be a matter of time.

She sat at a table, typing away at a tablet, updating the information that they had on the Atlantean story of whatever it was that was a threat. At least, she'd started to. Doug would doubtlessly have to go in and update it with the translation of the text he'd read. She had also sat down to work on her files for Genosha as well.. but that entry was far shorter for now.

A sip of her room temperature coffee earned a wrinkle of her nose, but she ignored it and continued on with what she was typing. Her fingers tapping quickly over the fold out keyboard she was using.

Scott Summers has posed:
"Good afternoon," greets Scott, sliding into the room. Wearing jeans and a grey t-shirt instead of a more formal outfit, he looks deceptively normal. "I got a report from third parties about an attempt to restore part of Hammer Bay two days from now. I imagine Magneto will be back among us soon."

He looks elated at the idea, really. "I can get a squad to set up a perimeter. I am surprised there has not been any serious attempt against the bottles yet."

Lorna Dane has posed:
Lorna glanced up as Scott entered the room, and she paused in typing to sit back in the chair she'd occupied. She crossed her legs, wearing a simple T-shirt and jean shorts. "Hey, long time no see. Guess you've been busy as I have." She mused, and she shrugged at Scott's words.

"It's an attempt to resize some of the people. We have to do it in sections. The thing used to resize Mutant Town was damaged and what we're working with now is ... far more complicated than Mutant Town. There are six bottles after all." She mused.

His comment that there hadn't been any serious attempts earned a purse of her lips. "The Acolytes tried to destroy the bottles apparently... led by Fabian Cortez. He seemed to have gone crazy.. and well.. he's under lock and key now."

Scott Summers has posed:
"Cortez is a maniac," agrees Scott. "Although destroying the bottles... why?" He always suspected Cortez had a clever plan behind his apparent crazy rhetoric. Maybe he gave the man too much credit. Good he is in a jail now. Actually, good news lately all around, it makes him nervous.

"I was thinking in Reavers or maybe Purifiers as primary threats," he admits. "Security needs to be tight, and if the Acolytes went crazier, then we will have to send a team."

Lorna Dane has posed:
Lorna shrugged and nodded again, looking faintly distracted as she glanced at a notification on the tablet. "Security is as high as it can be right now. And Genosha is formally working with our allies on it as well. Atlantis sent patrols to monitor the sea, and give us a heads up. Doom has offered more supplies. I know there are issues that come with those strings, but I'll take it for now." She mused, and exhaled a breath.

"The Brotherhood has been on Genosha actually to help with security as well. Oddly enough Creed was part of the group to stop the Acolytes." She added, and shook her head after. "He's been back here though to try to goad Logan into another fight.."
