Synopsis: Military tech VS Hyperion. Bad move, criminals.
Cast of Characters: Wilson Fisk, Hyperion

Wilson Fisk has posed:
4:00 pm Midtown:

A bank robbery is normally run in and run out. Bang bang, if needed, nothing fancy, but Franky wanted to make a name for himself, ex-military discharged three months ago for stealing on the base. Frank and his unit all kicked out; you got Frank Tesla, Jack Montello, Billy "Hammerfist" Naprioshi, Yoshi Natsumi. Two of them running along the side of the tank with their MI-16s, and fully decked out in armor, the other two are inside of the tank, as they are driving right towards the bank, going to break through the vault with this bad boy, that gets the plans and the layout, this is the right spot to ram!

Hyperion has posed:
Now why would anyone be trying to rob a bank in the modern day and age? And why do it at 4pm? Maybe if rush hour might prevent the police from responding immediately.... oh well.
Mark Milton was downtown, spending some of the money he was given for wardrobe to get some street clothes to wear over the bodysuit.
But the sounds of a tank rolling down the street has a -very- distinct sound. Granted, this is not -his- Earth. "Excuse me." he says to a clerk at the store. "Are multi-ton tracked vehicles normal on city streets?" he asks.
Yeah. He heard the tracks from a ways off. Stupid super hearing. Or is it Hyper hearing? Yes we will call it that from now on.
At the confirmation that this is not normal, Hyperion finds himself in the middle of the street in costume... those street clothes he was trying to buy left behind in the changing room. He took the time to hang them up carefully before stepping out. But there he stands, in black and gold.
He doesn't have hands on hips. He isn't laughing. He just stands in the way, black bodysuit, gold girdle/belt and cape plus boots.
He does speak up though. As the tank and the solders come close enough, he says, "I don't suppose I could convince you that this is a bad idea and talk you into standing down... for your own safty?"

Wilson Fisk has posed:
The big gun of the tank does not go boom; it is not something people can ignore, it is a loud crack of the air, as that large shell is flys upwards to hit that superhero square in the chest, 50 caliber machine gun rounds following it as that tank is in battle mood. The back-up plan was for the other two to rush forward hidden in the combat gear, and blow it with those c-4 chargers, not a bad move right as they rush forward, placing them on the wall of the vault, as they rush back behind the tank, readying themselves to push boom! That tank had to have gotten him right, damn heroes of NYC. .

Hyperion has posed:
The question is.. which NYC? Hyperion sighs as the cannon roars. He doesn't even evade as a shell that goes past him might hit someone or something else. His eyes don't miss the movements even as the shell impacts his chest.
The explosion makes him disappear for a few moments. But when the smoke clears... the only real change is that his eyebrows are lower... closer together. Displeasure on his facial expression.
"Last chance." he says as the guys charge forward. "I do not want to hurt anyone. If you force my hand though...." and his eyes begin glowing orange. Threatening. But then he notices the C4.. and his glowing eyes narrow. Nope. This is time to NOPE the heck right out of that. He vanishes... and then comes to a stop one foot in front of the tank, hands pressing the C4 to the hull of said tank. "I'd avoid detonating those charges if I were you." he adds.

Wilson Fisk has posed:
Well, too late they pull the remote, and boom! One of the would-be robbers, noticing the c-4 on the tank, screaming out. "NOOOOOO!" But his Arakanese, accented voice is speaking too late, as it all goes wrong for these idiots again.

Metal rains down from above, no more tank, no more c4, no more bank heist.

The four would-be robbers, two inside knocked cold, the other two thrown against a wall also out cold, the sound of the police sirens coming, that kind of firepower, draws the cops. The swat, and maybe a few shield agents.

The hero has maybe two minutes before they arrive. Still, for a superhero, that is all the time in the world, the smoking tank, lying there and given the nature of an alley, for the ramming no innocents are harmed, just so much smoke spiraling into the air.

Hyperion has posed:
When the police arrive, the would-be criminals are laid out, respectfully though. Each with a sticky-note attached to their foreheads giving a summary of their injuries.
Odds are there -were- a few witnesses who saw the golden cape. I mean it's New York right? Explosions happen and people with smartphones move -towards- the noise... because they are New Yorkers, which means idiots who charge towards disturbances and superhuman activity with cameras out.
But by the time the police arrive, Mark Milton is buttoning his new shirt in the changing room. He is not comfortable enough with -this- particular public yet.
