Synopsis: Rogue and Piotr chat it up
Cast of Characters: Rogue, Piotr Rasputin

Rogue has posed:
Sometime after the mission, Rogue was back in the Blackbird hangar, staning beneath one of the wings of the jet on a lift that raises her up under the portside engine manifold. The Belle has some music playing on her phone which is attached to her belt and she's doing some maintenance on the jet's hardware.

In her gold and green suit, the X-Woman is humming to the music, as she cleans the jet out with a special multi-tool, her jacket is off and laying on the side of the lift she's standing on top of.

Piotr Rasputin has posed:
Piotr Rasputin walks into the hanger and begins to circle around the Blackbird looking for the source of the music before he finally comes across Rogue back there. "Since when did you become the shop junky?" he calls out over the sound of the music.

The large Russian smiles, "I thought this was Forge and Beasts way of relaxing." he adds after a moment, a hand running through his hair, he wouldn't know the first thing to do with the superjet.

Rogue has posed:
Rogue continues to hum and work on the jet from beneath it up to the point where she hears the voice questioning her. She stops then and glances over to see Piotr, flashing him a grin over her left shoulder. "Since I absorbed Carol Danvers and there-by learned me a whole buncha shit about planes, especially the high tech ones like this." She states, giving a little tap to a metal piece of the ship with the multi-tool she's holding.

"This here is one'a the most advanced jets in the whole damn world, too, and through Carol... I've become a bit of a fan." She says with a smile toward the big Russian. 'what are you up to?" She then asks him, as her eyes go back up to her work.

Piotr Rasputin has posed:
"Not much." Piotr admits, "I just thought I'd see what is going on." he admits, "See who might be out and about and here you are." he smiles a moment. He moves position so he can better see what she is working on specifically, not that it means much to him.

"Ah, I forget about how much you may have absorbed with your mutant power." he acknowledges. "Pieces of it all, spliced and making you whole." well, thats a positive way to look at it.

Rogue has posed:
"Here I am." Rogue confirms as she finishes up on the panel she was on, then reaches up to push that part of the very high-tech engine back up in to the housing with the rest where it is locked in to place with a hydraulic hiss and click.

Rogue turns then and steps to the lift's controls to bring it back down to the hangar floor, leaving her more head-level with Piotr who gets a smile. "Used t'be a lot harder to keep the Carol side'a me from takin' control. She's pretty pushy, that one." She tells him with a sly grin as she steps off of the lift and walks over two or three steps to the tool-chest to put the multi tool away within it.

She looks back over to Piotr then. "That was a pretty wild mission we went on, hows Kitty doin'?" She asks next.

Piotr Rasputin has posed:
"Kitty is very strong, she is doing ok I think." Piotr explains, "But you know that already yeah?" he says the obvious with a slight smile. "Yes, that was a wild mission, so many wish to do so much harm and for what?" he sighs and waves a hand.

"AH, it just continues to show me the important of each moment we have in life, and the importance of the family we have created for ourselves here."

Rogue has posed:
"Amen t'that, Sugah." Rogue says as she closes up the tool chest and turns around then to walk back to the lift to pick up her gloves and leather jacket. "And you're right, that girl is a trooper. I gotta ask her how she got herself captured though, that's gonna need a serious deep dive inta some hardcore teasin'." She states, glancing over to Piotr to grin at him.

She puts the gloves in to the pockets of her leather jacket and then looks at the tear on the sleeves that it go from the broken fence, which gets a sigh. "Gotta get this thing fixed again. I'm goin' through these jackets like they're chocolate kisses."

She picks the jacket up and puts it over her shoulder, then smiles at the Russian. "You wanna learn about jets?" She asks him. "Have you ever learned how t'fly this thing?"

Piotr Rasputin has posed:
"She mentioned she was hit with a dart of some sort before she could phase." Pete explains with a chuckle as she mentions teasing. "I am sure there will be plenty of teasing to be done no doubt.

"Me? Fly the Jet?" He actually looks surprised at even the idea of it, as if noone has ever even mentioned it to him before. "I uhm...usually am canon balling out of the bottom of it into deployment. I have never even considered flying." he admits clearly. He doesn't exactly say he isn't smart enough to fly, he knows he's not dumb but still...its not his usual forte.

Rogue has posed:
With one hand on her hip now and the other holding her jacket over her shoulder, Rogue just smirks up at the taller Russian. "You could totally handle this thing. Really it's not even that hard, it's just a matter of memory t'get the basics done. It's filled with so much... alien tech, that it's hardly even an Earth-vehicle anymore."

She glances up at the vehicle in-question and then back at him to show him a smile. "I'd be happy t'show ya sometime. You could take it on one of the tunin' flights. That's where Forge'n I get it fixed up, primed, and then take it out t'test the systems, make sure they're all operational and... doin' what they should be doin'." She says with a sly grin.

Piotr Rasputin has posed:
Piotr Rasputin considers for a few moments, his gaze moving up over the Blackbird. He exhales for a moment and then nods, "Yes." he smiles, "I think that would be nice...it could be fun for me, and its practical...you never know when a mission could go sideways and I'll have to fly." he decides.

"Amazing blend of alien tech and our own. We are lucky to have such toys." he adds with a light chuckle.

Rogue has posed:
"Well the jet does have a pretty advanced AI autopilot that can be engaged if needs be." She explains to him before cracking a grin at the Russian. "You really gotta come t'one'a the weekend trainin' sessions." She teases him before turning and walk toward the open ramp of the jet.

Forge is on the far side of the hangar, visibly working at one of his computer stations, not really within casual conversation range.

Rogue looks back to Piotr then, standing at the foot of the ramp. "And you're right, we got quite a few badass toys around here. Though I still choose t'stay the hell outta the Cerebero area. That big damn room just makes me dizzy."

Piotr Rasputin has posed:
Piotr Rasputin laughs a moment as she mentions how Cerebro effects her, "Well, its more for Jean and the Professor anyway, yeah?" he comments idly. "I think its all a bit overwhelming as well. I'm more...hands on." which is obvious giving his abilities.

"A little training will be a good idea, weekened training or just a session with you or Forge. Its time I get some training in." he agrees then.

Rogue has posed:
Rogue gives a lopsided grin to the Russian, along with a light nod of her head. "That's the right spirit t'have, right there." She replies to him. "Come on then, I'm gonna go round up some dinner, you feel like some food? Work up quite an appetite, doin' the stuff we do." She states as she starts to walk for the door of the hangar, glancing over to Forge, but he's lost in his own tech-y world!

Rogue looks back to Piotr then. "Ya ditched us in the woods. Ya missed me flyin' that tree back t'the house." She says to him then.

Piotr Rasputin has posed:
"Food would be great." Pete agrees as he decides as he moves to follow along after Rogue. "I missed the fun and the flight?" he wonders lightly. "Well, I suppose I can't be around for all the excitement, better to be around to keep you out of trouble." he says with a light chuckle.

Rogue has posed:
Rogue just laughs as they walk when she hears him say that last bit, just replying to it at first by shaking her head. "Good luck with that." She says back at him, looking over at him on her left side as they stride toward the doors out toward the hallway that leads out of the hangar. "I'm not easily kept outta trouble, cause trouble is how ya know you're havin' fun." She adds with a smaller smirk.

Piotr Rasputin has posed:
"Fun. Fun is acceptable." Piotr responds with a grin.

"We can have fun." He adds then as he follows along with her. "Noone will fault us for that, yeah?" well some may.
