Monday! In the park!
Date of Scene: 07 December 2020
Location: Central Park
Synopsis: Working in the park turns into workout at Titans Tower. Testing limits of combat and food.
Cast of Characters: Irina-As17, Heather Danielson

Irina-As17 has posed:
Irina-AS17 was currently in the process of hunting, her assingments mostly consisted of finding a few particular types to test her genetic progress against. It was tough, since they were few among millions. As such she found it was easier to lure them out towards her instead. At the moment a trio of stereotypical thug types were sprinting across central park with her hot on their trail. Her progress is only halted when the fourth member of the group is caught and starts getting savagely beaten. "YOU MAY RUN BUT YOU CANNOT ESCAPE MY JUSTICE!" Her voice echoes through the night followed by a ferocious chitter.

Heather Danielson has posed:
The park on a Monday afternoon. Post lunch workouts are great! I mean Heather did eat something like seven stuffed burritos. And her shape isn't maintained by sitting on her ass. So she's going for a run in the park. Not wearing her super-duds today. Just a pair of stretch pants, and a sports bra / tank top like thing under a windbreaker. It's not like the cold is really going to bother her once she works up a sweat.
But with the outfit in all black, and wearing a black baseball cap with a bright white T for Titans on the front of it, she's semi-incognito. Except for the folks who do superwatch. Paparazzi types and such.
But yeah, so she is running at an accelerated pace, faster than most people can go, mostly because she can recover fatigue almost faster than it builds up, and she heals her strained muscles as they are strained. But up ahead, a group of toughs runs across her path. "What the hell?" she asks as she slows a bit and diverts to watch. "Whoa!" she calls out as she charges towards them. "Somebody explain things to me?!" she calls out.

Irina-As17 has posed:
Irina-AS17 could be seen in the far distance in the form of a black, armored form currently struggling along the grass with someone else. As the thugs run past her one of them turns, recognizing her. "That chick is freaking crazy, she's gonna kill Kevin, man! You gotta help 'im!" The hero would be able to see he is severely battered and injured and seems to have a broken arm, faint sounds of struggling and a guy shouting can be heard from the distance. Her fighting style mostly consisted of methodically dismantling people with rapid strikes, so before moving in for the kill she was rapidly striking the man on the grass while pinning him.

Heather Danielson has posed:
"Okay. So why is she saying it's Justice?" asks Heather as she reaches a hand out to the guy talking to her. "Tell you what. Come with me and let's get this straightened out." she says as she begins dragging the guy.. we'll call him Bobby.. over towards Kevin.
"Oy! You got him! He's beaten! You can stop now!" she calls out as she approaches. "No need to beat a dead horse, or a broken Kevin!"

Irina-As17 has posed:
Irina-AS17 lifted her head a bit, staring at the woman with a squint. There was no real costume, so there's some visible disappointment in her face. She looks back at the guy below her with a frown and rolls him off to the side before standing up. She takes a few steps towards Heather, staying silent as she scans the woman with a look of doubt. "You...are a hero. Yes?" She asks with some uncertainty, figuring she must be due to the simple fact she came to help.

Heather Danielson has posed:
Lifting her free hand to waggle it back and forth, Heather then points at her hat. "Titans. Probationary member. But a Titan nonetheless. You planning to let me get a medic to make sure your punching bag there is going to live?" she asks.
Then she lifts her hand to her bluetooth, activating voice dial, "Dial Nine One One." she says to it... still holding Bobby in her firm grip despite him wanting to be anywhere but here, and struggling to get there.

Irina-As17 has posed:
Irina-AS17 smiled at the woman, looking down at the man on the ground then at the one Heather brought along as he scrambles to get his buddy away. "No. You'll have to fight me for him." She says after a moment, her expression going back to being firm and stoic as she always tried to keep it. As soon as she says that she lurches forwards, her body accelerating in a few quick, short movements before she focuses into a full running motion. As she approaches she rapidly dives and tries to sweep the woman's legs, though such a maneuver was unlikely to work since she essentially only had the strength of a very large but entirely normal man.

Heather Danielson has posed:
Inclining her head, Heather says, "Huh?" now totally confused about all of this. She was holding Bobby's arm... but her legs get swept before she can even think about all of this. She lets go of the guy's arm as she drops to the ground on her ass... quite dignified, eh?
She finds herself on her butt, looking up to the woman. "So. Feel like explaining a bit more? You're not making sense." she says as she starts to get back to her feet, but not launching any attacks yet.

Irina-As17 has posed:
Irina-AS17 grunted a bit, she was definitely taking it better than the thugs before. Bobby quits his squirming and struggling and just rushes to his buddy to drag him away. "I'm afraid I can't. We must fight, that is all." She tells the woman simply, comforted by the fact she had actually prepared a response for t his sort of situation. There's a blurring flash of her arm as she reaches to try and grab the woman's hat off her head, in order to provoke her into fighting.

Heather Danielson has posed:
"I mean, I am not against doing the right thing. But I prefer to know -why- there is a fight." Heather exclaims as the hat comes away, painfully tearing at the ponytail that was poking out through the hole in the back.
"Hey!" she calls out. I mean pain isn't really that painful to her. But it -is- the principle of the thing. So she shoves forward with both hands, palms outward, fingers pointed towards one another in a classic pose out of Tai-Chi. I means he's got some -basic- martial arts training, but it's not like she's a Kung Fu master.

Irina-As17 has posed:
Irina-AS17 had one best defining feature, and that was agility. The speed at which she could move her limbs pushed just past human limits, though the rest did not really hold up too well excluding reflexes. She drops the hat once the attack comes, having to lean heavily on her animalistic physique due to a largely absent martial training. When the shove comes she slides backwards with a loud plasticky sound of her kevlar dragging over the ground, a quick backwards step, then her body curls into a crawl, going under the woman's arms. As a reprival she curls her fingers into a half-palm and chops at the side of Heather's knee. "Just know that I am doing what is right." She replies firmly.

Heather Danielson has posed:
"Fighting someone who is trying to help oth..." begins Heather as that chop strikes her knee, and the joint is hurt... actually dislocated painfully. A sickening pop can be heard.
She grunts in pain, interrupting her own words. "Okay. Fine." she mutters as she steps back... taking the weight off of the wounded leg and shaking it to line it up and then shoving the foot into the ground to pop it back into place even as it heals.
"I'm trying to be nice, but you are not making it easy." she mutters as she adopts a more defensive stance and says, "Bring it."

Irina-As17 has posed:
Irina-AS17 blinked at the woman's reaction, the dislocation lasted much less than she expected, it gives her a bit of pause before she continues. She skips backwards once, then advances with quick little bursts, coming up within reach of Heather. This time she goes for simple strikes at the woman's body launching a pair into her side, once more with her usual exaggerated speed and lackluster force. It was how she mostly fought, getting quick light strikes in and avoiding until her opponent couldn't fight anymore.

Heather Danielson has posed:
It must be weird fighting against someone who just takes the beating as if it was normal. Someone who doesn't try to evade or block even a little bit. Heather is sizing up her opponent here. She's smart enough to not flail helplessly. What she does is watch as best she can... and then after two or three strikes to her own body.. she fires off a forceful jab when she thinks her opponent might be right... there.
The fact is however, that she is leaning into the strikes she takes so that she is not knocked back or on her butt once more. But her movements -are- rather slow compared to Irina's. But the force behind them makes them just a bit faster than might be expected.

Irina-As17 has posed:
Irina-AS17 narrows her eyes upon the incoming fist, it's a lot more forceful than expected of a normal person, but she was dealing with a hero type so that wasn't exactly unexpected. Still she hasn't quite adjusted to the woman's strength yet. Rather than getting hit and crumpling on the ground normally she skips herself in the same direction of the punch, coming off the ground briefly. She buffers some of the speed with the backwards motion and lets it shove her away once it impacts her armor, getting a choked chitter out of her.
She lands with a skid, marking the grass a bit. With a frustrated grunt she approaches once more, this time more conservatively while she recovers, which comes in the form of a quick forwards kick at the woman's lower midsection, a fast straight kick, strength her foot out and pulling it back in like a spring.

Heather Danielson has posed:
"Why are we fighting?" asks Heather as that punch half-connects. She watches the landing, the skid, and shakes her head, "God, the groundskeepers hate when this happens." she mutters.
But then the opponent is coming back in. She presses forward again... absorbing the impact as she tightens her muscles. She's not bulletproof. Her body is no more durable than any other eighteen year old girl. It's just that it heals stupid fast, and the strength in the muscles lets her resist a lot of pure force.
"Seriously. Stop this and -talk- to me!" she exclaims as the strike hits her midsection and drives a lot of the air from her lungs. She still doesn't really want to go full speed, full power here. She hates hurting people.

Irina-As17 has posed:
Irina-AS17 growled a bit, a rumbling chittering noise coming off her lips. Her fingers clench and all her muscles tense as she pushes her body, causing her heart to beat exceptionally fast in her chest. "As I said, I cannot say." She replies with a shake of her head, the tight fitting armor creaking a bit as her muscles flex. She breaks into a frenzied assault, doing rapid bursts around Heather as she keeps skipping in and out at the tips of her feet and throwing wild punches all over her form without much aim. Considering this was her last resort she was already planning her escape, as she had the lingering feeling this woman was not going down so easily.

Heather Danielson has posed:
Oh, down is easy. It's keeping her down that is hard. The assault from all directions makes it difficult to brace against the force from any one direction. This has the added effect of making her fall onto her ass once more. But she has learned from that happening to her more often than not. She's not super fast, but she learned breakfall techniques. So as she topples backwards, she tucks into a roll that puts her back on her feet almost the moment she falls.
As she does this, she lashes out with a few flurries of her own. She has trained against young Amazons who have reflexes far beyond hers... and what she learned was weird... trained strikes, disciplined maneuvers... they have less chance of hitting than just wild flails. But even better... large objects tend to be more difficult to dodge. So she is battered and bruised.. the visible bruises already healing and fading, and one cut over her left eye having vanishes altogether. She reaches for a bench.. and is about to pick it up off the ground when she is struck again and knocked -over- the bench. "Look!" she calls out as she lies there, not trying to get up again. "I'll call you the winner if you'll tell me why the hell we are fighting!"

Irina-As17 has posed:
Irina-AS17 raises her eyebrows as the woman reaches for a bench, audibly breathing a sigh of relief once the woman falls over it instead. She does seem deeply frustrated that the woman's body was healing so swiftly, her eyebrows furrowed together, dripping with sweat from her body heating up. She stops in place, staring at her hands for a moment. "It seems my offensive power is lacking." She tells herself, though saying it in a loud and clear voice as opposed to a mutter.
After that she looks back over to Heather. "No, you are the winner if I cannot take you down. Those are the rules." She replies matter-of-factly while starting to walk backwards. "This means the fight is finished, I cannot beat you, therefore you are the winner, I've already pushed my body to its limits. If you absolutely must hear a reason, that is why." She looks expectantly at Heather, waiting to see if she was going to let her go or not.

Heather Danielson has posed:
Lying there, Heather pauses a long moment and then sits up. She curls her legs and wraps her arms about her knees, "Hey. Can I at least have my hat back?" she asks. "I didn't -want- to fight in the first place... and I still don't want to. All I want to know is why we -had- to fight at all? It doesn't make -any- sense." She says, still seated so as not to present an aggressive posture. "Please?" she asks more softly.

Irina-As17 has posed:
Irina-AS17 narrows her eyes upon the woman for a moment, the had is retrieved and accurately hurled like a frisbee, landing upon her head with a great deal of motor coordination. "I must discover my limits, it is quite simple." She replies, still not seeming too thrilled about the idea of talking about it, and clearly leaving a lot unsaid. "The rest is unnecessary information. Now I must go. Unless you wish to stop me." She then adds quickly, starting to turn away and rapidly slide towards the trees to disappear.

Heather Danielson has posed:
Waving a hand, Heather shakes her head, "I couldn't stop you if I tried. I mean maybe I could throw a small car at you, but something tells me you wouldn't be there when it hit."
She lifts a hand and her brows raise, "You know, there are safer ways of testing your abilities, your limits. We actually have a training facility at the Titans Tower that I'd -love- to use to help you out. If you ever wanted to like show up and knock on the door.. and -not- try to kill the first person who answered that is."

Irina-As17 has posed:
Irina-AS17 tilts her head in a way that is mildly reminiscent of a cat or other kind of curious animal. A quick interested chirp leaves her lips. She peels herself away from a tree she was about to scale and turns towards Heather again. This time she's staring at her with a deep frown and a very ponderous expression, not like she's just confused but like she's trying to really read into her intentions. "Why offer me this?"

Heather Danielson has posed:
"Because you didn't kill anyone. You were pursuing someone in the stated objective of pursuing justice... and also, I would imagine that if we could help you find your limits, then -we- might also learn about them to a degree. It's a win, win... plus.." she shrugs her shoulders as she looks down. "Damn. I liked this jacket." she mutters as she notices bloody holes in it from hard strikes and such.
"But I wouldn't be doing this job if I wasn't trying to -help- people... " she offers as she slowly approaches, hand held out in greeting. "I'm Heather, codename Knockout."

Irina-As17 has posed:
Irina-AS17 grumbles a bit, her whole demeanor changing from the moment she realizes she hadn't prepared for this. She was very clueless as to social situations in general and it made her very nervous. She opens and clenches her fingers in a fidgety way as she thinks. On top of that there's clearly something very conflicting within her which seems to be giving her a hard time, this was the second time such a situation was happening. It went entirely against what she knew to expect. She slowly raises her sight back towards Heather and nods. "I must continue fighting. I must keep progressing. That is my requirement."

Heather Danielson has posed:
"Sure, but at -least- do it in a controlled environment where one missed shot, badly aimed punch, or whatnot... can't hurt a bystander, eh?" asks Heather. "I'd be glad to help -you-, but you need to agree that it'll be on those terms, where bystanders can't be injured or killed. The job I do is to -protect- others, not to just fight for the sake of fighting."
That said, she steps back to give a bit of space.

Irina-As17 has posed:
Irina-AS17 lightly leans her head to the side, staring up in a thoughtful way. The idea that the ends justify the means had been thoroughly hammered in her head, but this seemed like an acceptable trade. She nods once more, lightly shrugging. "I don't have anything against normal civillians, so there is no reason to get them involved." She shuffles a bit in place, seeming to have another nervous episode as she tries to figure out how to move from here, scanning through what she knew of sociability in her head. "Yo- uh." She says, rubbing the side of her helmet. "Uhm. Alpha. You may call me that. It should work."

Heather Danielson has posed:
Smiling warmly, that smile that teen boys swoon over... but Alphas may not even recognize as such, Heather nods her head, "See? Was that so hard?" Of course it was... but she's oblivious. Midwest teen girl with money. First world problems, right?
"Now, you'll want to take the Hyperloop to Metropolis to get to Titans Tower, unless you have alternate methods of transportation. Me? I can't fly, can't teleport, can just kinda run at normal speed, so I use the train." she offers.... rambling a bit now that she thinks she's made a new friend. Sigh... naive innocence at its best.

Irina-As17 has posed:
Irina-AS17 looks around a few times, figuring there wouldn't be a line of buildings all the way there. "I jump a lot." She replies vaguely, she also did a lot of climbing. She does leave out some info about her real way of long range transporation, though. "Where is this...loop?" She questions with a light frown, she's never had to use, or known to use, public transportation before.

Heather Danielson has posed:
Grinning widely, Heather shrugs, "It's downtown. They installed a line at Union Station. That's where I pick it up. It's pretty affordable too, and only takes a few minutes to get all the way to Metropolis. It's pretty stupid fast."
But then she makes a weird growly sound of her own. But it doesn't come from her lips. It emanates from her tummy, "Damn." she mutters, "You hungry? My treat!" she says as she points to a hot dog cart in the distance.

Irina-As17 has posed:
Irina-AS17 looks towards the spot the woman was pointing before looking at Heather again. She seems a bit puzzled but nods. She slowly approaches the cart, leaning in close, it was the first time she actually got this close since she usually kept out of view and away from people. She suddenly reaches in and starts fiddling with eeverything and trying to grab some ingredients out of it like an actual raccoon. "I like this smell."

Heather Danielson has posed:
"Hold on, wait a sec. This guy makes his living from this cart." suggests Heather, giggling as she tries to keep Irina from grabbing and touching everything.
But then she looks to the man and smiles, "I'll take four of your best. Everything on'em except for onions." she looks back to Irina, "I hate onions." she adds with a shrug as she reaches into a fannypack and produces a debit card to pay, "Oh, and two cokes please." she adds to the guy.

Irina-As17 has posed:
Irina-AS17 blinks a few more times, before nodding slowly. She was not sure how this worked as she's never had to buy food before, but she was aware that people had to work jobs to sustain themselves with money, even if she'd never used it. "I..see..." She says with a bit of uncertainty, waiting for the girl to finish making the transaction. "I've heard of this coke before but I've never tasted it. It seems very strange."

Heather Danielson has posed:
"Well, don't take this badly but you seem a bit strange yourself." offers Heather as she slides her card into the guy's reader. Then she smiles and tucks it away before she accepts two plastic twenty ounce bottles of coca-cola. One is held out towards Irina.
Then the vendor goes about assembling the four monster dogs covered with all kinds of goop.

Irina-As17 has posed:
Irina-AS17 stares at herself for a moment, thoughtfully. "Oh." She sounds fairly nervous as she hadn't quite realized she wasn't doing a great job at behaving appropriately, though at the same time it wasn't even part of her mission. She seems taken by this internal struggle as well, quite prone to anxiety, until the bottle is given to her. She opens it up and gulps on it, tensing up for a bit in surprise. "Oh wow, it's really sweet. It's like drinking a dessert."

Heather Danielson has posed:
"And Coke is one of the -less- sweet sodas out there." responds Heather as she cracks her own one open and gulps down a bit. Then she sets it aside on a bench and reaches for the hot dogs the vendor is holding out. One of them is held towards Irina and she grins. "Here you go. About seven different flavors in one. Go ahead, eat up.. also.. being different is not a bad thing. Everyone needs to stand out in their own way after all. So be yourself. Everyone else is taken." Yes, Heather has dad jokes. What?

Irina-As17 has posed:
Irina-AS17 was practically inhaling the food, she had gotten quite an appetite from her particular mutations, especially for junkfood, sugary things and treats. She smiles softly to Heather and nods. "It's okay, I like being me. Being who I am is important." The first part of the sentence is light hearted, while the second is muc more serious and reflective. "Anyways, how do we get to this place you said?"

Heather Danielson has posed:
"Well, we need to get to the hyperloop train first." offers Heather, "But I just needed some food in my belly first. Once we finish eating, it's about a ten minute walk to the station." she offers.
But then she stuffs her face with a large bite before she smiles and washes it down with a gulp of coke.
"vis vay." she says with a mouthful as she turns and starts walking. Dog in one hand, soda in the other.

Irina-As17 has posed:
Irina-AS17 was chewing very rapidly, like someone eating a carrot, instead it was bread and meat. She rapidly gulfs it down and swallows, letting out a sigh of delight after having eaten only protein bars for days. THis was like a meal from the gods. She walks cheerfully after Heather, forgetting about her mission and that it was technically still active for the time being. "I've never been to that. I just jump around normally."

Heather Danielson has posed:
Shaking her head, Heather laughs and swallows her own bite. High calorie junk food is like -health food- to her. She gulps down another bite and moves with a purpose. It's like she is incapable of walking at a normal pace.
It's only a few blocks to get to the Hyperloop station. "Well, it's difficult to jump a few hundred miles at once. I mean unless you're big and green, or have a cape." she admits.

Irina-As17 has posed:
Irina-AS17 rubs the back of her head, she wasn't really used to moving around and travel, for specific reasons she was always dropped off without having to worry about distance or anything like. "Oh wow, that's really far, I've never gone so far before on my own." She says with a tone of excitement, mostly everything out here was a new experience to her.

"What's this place we're going to like?"

Heather Danielson has posed:
"Well, it's where I live and work. It's a tower full of folks who sacrifice their time and energy to help others." admits Heather. "I am a member of a superhero team named the Titans. The tower is where we live. But I can help you there if you need it." she adds as she turns a corner and approaches the station.

Irina-As17 has posed:
Irina-AS17 rubs her chin thoughtfully, she did have some info on this, they were famous after all. All people she would do good to overcome and beat. More importantly she was interested in this way of becoming stronger that had been offered. She needed to reach maximum performance, she needed to push her limits. As such she smiles wide towards Heather. "That sounds great. Let's hurry at once."

Heather Danielson has posed:
Chuckling, Heather doesn't know all about the internal conflict going on inside Irina. She does believe the smile and happy outlook. She chuckles and strides through the door of the station, her pass being swiped before she swipes a debit card to pay for her guest's ticket.
That done, she leads the way to the train and slips inside. Once there, she sits down and straps in. "I advise you secure yourself. This thing has a lot of acceleration." she suggests.

Irina-As17 has posed:
Irina-AS17 had seen many people swiping cards for access, she assumes Heather is of a reasonabe rank in this 'loop' organization, and gives her an impressed look when they go inside. She does as instructed, strapping herself in without much confusion there. She had travelled in high grade vehicles before and knew the reasons behind security of oneself. "How many people are there are this tower?" She asks through the trip with a soft frown, seeming pensive about something.

Heather Danielson has posed:
With a shrug, Heather shakes her head, "It varies from week to week but maybe a dozen or so at any given time. What with Kian, Supergirl, Wonder Girl, and a few others who are always coming and going. Some don't live there. I do, but others maintain other residences." A pause and she grins, "The only reason I live in the tower is that it's more difficult for paparazzi and other reporters to sneak in and try to get sneaky shots of me for their tabloids."
And then.. the train launches, accelerating pretty stupidly fast to travel from New York to Metropolis in such a quick run that it takes only fifteen-ish minutes to do it.

Irina-As17 has posed:
Irina-AS17 seems very deep in thought for most of the trip, reflecting on what had been said. She didn't know most of what the girl said, but she could understand the annoyance of people trying to sneak into private locations. It happened a lot where she was from and she was always highly warned about it. "I see, I can destroy them if they come, if you like." She wasn't quite sure the implications of being a paparazzi but it did sound highly villanous, and that was what she did.

Heather Danielson has posed:
Laughing, Heather shakes her head. "As tempting as it would be to let you destroy them... what they do is unscrupulous and mean. But it's not illegal and definitely not worth harming them over. They merely need to be dissuaded. Or kept at a distance. We have free press after all." she admits on the way. Once the acceleration is finished that is, and the speed is just maintained.
It is only a few minutes before the train decelerates ... hard.. before coming to a stop in the Metropolis station.

Irina-As17 has posed:
Irina-AS17 squinted lightly at Heather, visibly not quite agreeable to what she was saying. A lot of those things went against what she had been taught in a general sense, though applied to things less trivial normally. She lets out an exasperated sigh and shrugs, getting herself free of the security belts. In her mind it made sense for such a group of heroes to have a grandiose base of operations, based on what she had been taught about their tendency for self gain. But she was now feeling more conflicted after Heather and Peter's behaviour. Perhaps they were exception. "Let us go, then."

Heather Danielson has posed:
"What? You think I should kick their asses?" asks Heather as she unstraps and gets to her feet. She stretches and pops a bit before turning to head for the exit. "Come on." she says with a smile as she turns and walks backwards out of the train and then turns to head for the exit of the station.

Irina-As17 has posed:
Irina-AS17 grunts a bit, following after Heather with a firmer expression. "Evil should be eliminated, that is justice." She replies with an uncomfortable tone. She seems to stick very close to Heather through the station, not quite comfortable walking casually out in the open like this. She usually stuck to less seen routes like buildings and alleyways. "This is a lot of people packed together..."

Heather Danielson has posed:
"It is. But this is normal." offers Heather, weaving through the crowd and smiling to a person here and there. She's not the sort of famous person who avoids people. This leads to lots of photographs people edit to make things look different than they really are.
Speaking of which, cameras flash and such as she leads the way out of the station and lifts her hand to hail a taxi.

Irina-As17 has posed:
Irina-AS17 seems highly nervous whenever someone comes take a photograph or record, hiding behind Heather as much as possible. She was not quite supposed to be well-known until a certain point in her development, which made her deeply and visibly stressed until the finally slipped into the cab. She sits inside with a sigh of relief, crossing her arms. She did not looked pleased at all, she had been taught to hate the glorification that heroes received.

Heather Danielson has posed:
Ironically, Heather's celeb status doesn't come from being a Titan. It comes from her modeling work. They just happen to coincide, and Heather uses it to help folks more often than not.
She chats up the cabbie during the drive, and plays tour guide, pointing out the sights for Irina on the way to the tower. But once there, she jumps out of the cab, pays for it with a hefty tip, and holds the door for her new friend. "Here we are!" she announces.

Irina-As17 has posed:
Irina-AS17 makes a nervous, rumbling chitter as she slides out of the cab, giving the guy a look before they come out. She didn't quite understand why Heather handed a bunch of paper to the man, as she had never once had to pay for anything in her life. She figured it also came as some sort of credential. "Are you certain the others are fine with this?" She questions as they begin their approach.

Heather Danielson has posed:
"Visitors in the lobby are normal. It's not like I was going to take you up to the secured areas. I'd get into trouble for that. But at least you can get inside and get a feel for the place. See if you -want- our help." offers Heather. She's open and friendly and really annoying like that.
She meanders on up to the front door and places her hand on the biometric reader to open the frront door. "After you." she says with a gesture inside.

Irina-As17 has posed:
Irina-AS17 keeps on frowning, this was very strange to her, but she nods half-heartedly. "If you said you can help me find my limits then I will accept the help." She says very firmly, almost as if it was something obvious. To her it as, she saw no reason why she wouldn't want to accept such help when it was the sole purpose of her recent mssions. "Is there a reason I wouldn't want to accept it?" She then asks, a bit taken aback and slightly cautious.

Heather Danielson has posed:
"Sometimes people get cold feet. Second thoughts." offers Heather with a shrug. "So in we go. I can get us to the gym and workout room and there we can see what you can do, eh?" she asks.
But then she follows inside. "Did you want to get straight to work on the limits thing? Or did you want to relax a bit first?" she asks as she heads for a side room and grabs a bottle of water from a fridge.

Irina-As17 has posed:
Irina-AS17 shakes her head, she was out on a mission, therefore there was no relaxation to be had. "No, I'd rather just get to it." She says firmly once more, pondering upon this. "We had exercise gear back- uh, where I'm from. They were used to test me at first. I'm very interested to see if what you guys have is different." She explains, gesturing vaguely. "It was said simple workout was just not pushing me enough."

Heather Danielson has posed:
"Do you know -how- strong you are?" asks Heather as she leads the way to the elevator, using biometrics to open it up. She selects Gymnasium and gestures for Irina to come with. "Let's go." she says. "Our gym has hydraulic weights designed for people like me or even Supergirl to get a workout with." she adds.

Irina-As17 has posed:
Irina-AS17 she nods a few times. "I can lift approximately 180kg. It is in excess of what someone of my build should be capable of." She walks inside, looking about to check the equipment and humming thoughtfully to herself. "As it is understood, my body needs to go through situations of combative stress in order to adapt more and evolve."

Heather Danielson has posed:
"Interesting. You speak like you are just some sort of construct. Some sort of machine. Not a living breathing person." offers Heather as the elevator doors open to the supergym.. the Titans gym. She steps out and says, "If you need, I'd be happy to keep putting you in combat situations. Lord knows -I- could use the practice too. Also... hurting me won't be permanent." she adds, "I heal faster than I can -be- hurt most days."

Irina-As17 has posed:
Irina-AS17 lets out a low squeaky hum as she thinks, a bit hesitant about the whole thing but overall it was more help than she had ever gotten. "It doesn't really matter what I am." She says with a shrug, eyeing the girl up and down. "That sounds like an acceptable arrangement, however, I also want to experience combat encounters with others. It is part of the directives. I must evolve." She repeats herself once more, with a decided nod. "I will agree under those terms."

Heather Danielson has posed:
"I will help you on one condition." offers Heather as she rolls her neck and strides out into the middle of the gym, onto the padded floor mats. "That you only test yourself against others who -agree-... knowing what they are getting into. Or those who are hurting the innocent." she adds as she turns to face Irina and takes a step or two back before going into a defensive stance.
