Date of Scene: 09 February 2021
Location: White Plains, Westchester, NY
Synopsis: Shannon gets captured by some mysterious Mooks.
Cast of Characters: Sebastian Shaw, Shannon Davis

Sebastian Shaw has posed:
The Good Vibe Solar Company of White Plains is run by Mr. Eliot Saul. Mr. Saul is a fine upstanding citizen. Except, for the money laundering and prostitution ring that he lets his company launder money for. Mr. Saul is currently leaving work, locking the door on his building, before he walks over to his car, hops inside, and drives a few blocks away to his favorite massage parlor, for some good afternoon work (and, to pick up a suitcase filled with cash). The man gets to his destination, and then opens the door, and walks around to the back entrance of the place. Best not to be seen walking inside, afterall.

Shannon Davis has posed:
Shannon Davis had been stalking the shittiest places she could find, and waiting for the fancy looking dudes to come in and out during the day/night. This had led her precisely here, there was no way the man was making this much money from a massage parlor, and it's obvious what is happening when a man consistently walks in and then back out with a full heavy suitcase. However, to be entirely sure, she walks towards him on the street. There's a faint wooosh as she charges one of the lead disks in her hoodie pocket, which she then points out and 'accidentally' shoots to break the suitcase open.

Sebastian Shaw has posed:
As the suitcase opens a couple of things happen. First, money goes fluttering to the wind, blown in part by the sudden opening of the case, and in part by the late winter breeze. The second thing that happens is the man -- who didn't QUITE see what is happening, but figures he must have bumped into her, and is now trying to catch the bills that are floating around, yells, "Hey! Watchit lady!"

Money flying around all over the place is not a great thing if you are trying to discretely ferry funds from one point to the other. The man moves to quickly close the briefcase, to keep any more money from spilling out, and then grabs frantically at the cahs swirling around him.

Shannon Davis has posed:
Shannon Davis saw all she needed, her face twists into an animalistic smile, adrenaline rushes through her system almost instantly. She pulls the weight back and swings it around, tapping it with her hand on the way and accelerating it more. It does a full circle and this time, comes flying straight towards the side of the guy's head. Not too hard, so he wouldn't die from it or turn into a vegetable, but just enough to knock him out or dizzy him right up. "Ah yeah, my bad dude." She says sarcastically.

Sebastian Shaw has posed:
The man is not a complete idiot, when Shannon swings, he ducks and holds the case up to block the blow. Which, he does somewhat successfully. The problem is: the weight she uses is heavy, and it imparts its full force against the briefcase, exploding it. Money flies EVERYWHERE. This is not a great thing to have happen, so the man ducks down the alley, running from whoever it is that is assaulting him. His run is followed quickly by some screechig tiers, as a plain white van pulls up behind Shannon. n

Shannon Davis has posed:
Shannon Davis figured it was just someone stopping to record, so she just kept on going after the man. "Come back here, you piece of SHIT!" She exclaims, tugging on the weight again. She accelerates it for a while longer now, making the rope really dig into her hand as she holds it still. Then she swings it sideways while shooting it forwards, trying to entangle his feet and wrap them up like a pair of bolas. She could already see it in the news, aspiring hero brings down local money laundering scheme.

Sebastian Shaw has posed:
It was NOT someone recording. Well, not in the way that one might expect. A pair of men pull out a gun, and one fires it at the woman who is attacking the man. The gun seems to be a tranq gun, and the dart that hits her in the back is full of..well...enough of something that seems to be pretty fast acting. The world starts to become sluggish for the girl.

Shannon Davis has posed:
Shannon Davis blinks and stops on one foot, then keeps on running, he'd see that despite her size there was something, not quite superhuman, but unusually above average. The sheer adrenaline was something that she had in massive amounts since an early age, and slowly made grow and grow much like an alcoholic gets tolerance to their drink. It takes about two more shots to get her down fast instead of slowly waiting for her to run down to a stop, it up was up to them, but at this point the deed was pretty much down. Sooner or later she'd flop down on her face.

Sebastian Shaw has posed:
Tranq guns aren't like automatic weapons. They take a moment to reload. The girl slowing down helps them a bit though, and the Van drives down the alleyway, coming to a stop as one of the guys says to the other, "Woah, woah, I gotta shoot again." And he does. This one strikes her in the butt, pretty squarely. A second dose of tranquilizer enters her bloodstream. The van gets thrown into park as the first guy says, "That'd put down a tiger. Fully grown. C'mon grab her quick." And the pair hop out of the van to quickly grab Shannon.

Shannon Davis has posed:
Shannon Davis was out like a light for the trip, though her body was still twitching around and doing strange movements from the unnaturally strong reactions her brain had to stimulating situations like these, particularly of the fighty nature. It was a big issue in her heroing career. Either way they get her fairly easy, without having to take a lead disk to the face, which they can now see are actually a pair, connected by a rope around her waist which lets her control the length.

Sebastian Shaw has posed:
The two bind her up real good, and take those lead discs away. She is out for...awhile. Maybe not as long a s they might expect, but at least an hour or two. When she wakes, she is in a empty room, chained to a chair that is bolted to the floor. There is nobody around. There IS a camera in one corner of the room, and a single door with a small window across from her.

Shannon Davis has posed:
Shannon Davis looks down, then up, then around, she hmmms deeply. She seems very casual and relaxed for this, it was like a part of her brain that was meant for worry and apprehension was just not developed enough. She gives it a few tugs then wiggles her fingers, moving them around to try and press them against the chair she was sitting on.
