Joan Wright has posed:
It is a rather pleasant day in Metropolis. The sun is shining, the light is bouncing off of the glass of the larger buildings to help illuminate the structures below. Too bad a lot of people have that thing called work keeping them inside. What a bummer.

But for one Joan Wright, she had the fortune of being able to use one of her off days from work for a bit of retail therapy. In another state.

The rather content Damage Control employee is currently enjoying the less than full coffee shop as it allows for her to set her purchase on the booth seat next to her without her having to obtain the label of 'seat hog' to do so. Sure. She could have it sit on the floor but with the time it took to track down the 2017 LEGO Ultimate Collectors Series Millennium Falcon and to find the mom and pop shop it was hiding in. Well. Best be safe. So there she is, sipping away at a very sweet looking iced coffee with a rather large box next to her peeking over at the drink. It is a happy day indeed.

Winslow Schott has posed:
Toyman, aka Winslow Percival Schott walked into the cafe with a heavy sigh. Normally, he would never be foolish enough to interact with Metropolis' citizenry. But, he was making an exception today. As Schott appraoched the counter anyone who cared to look would notice a short, dumpy man with short Brown Hair talking to the clerk. He was currently dressed in a rather colorful Hawaiian Shirt and cargo shorts. As he walked away from the counter, he suddenly stops in front of you and says,

"Is that the Millennium Falcon?"

Joan Wright has posed:
Lips still pursed around the straw, Joan is in mid sip when the question reaches her. Eyes look up quickly as she lowers her cup to the table. The other hand lifts up, holding up her pointer finger begging for a second as she swallows her drink in a manner that will not trigger the winter of the brain. It takes a bit longer than planned so she manages a nod to answer the question.

It takes a moment but the sip is down and she recovers. "Yes. The 2017 version."

Winslow Schott has posed:
Toyman, or Winslow in this case, nods at the young woman and observes the creation with obviously fascination and glee. He remembered loving the Star Wars movies as a young lad in Yorkshire. As he looked over the box containing the pieces of the sculpture, a broad smile on his face as he did. He loved messing with LEGO's in college, and still had a love for the things. He then turned to the woman and said,

"You did a great job young woman. I see you are passionate about LEGO's.

Joan Wright has posed:
As Winslow steps over to look to the box, she slides the drink to the side and lifts up the box onto the table, tugging down the bag so the pictures and written description are easier to read.

As Winslow starts grinning, Joan's grin forms, matching his in understanding. "Oh yes, tracking down an unopened box was pretty hard. I couldn't find a single store in New York or Gotham that had one in stock but there was this family store in this town that apparently just found it in their back room. I got a spot next to the '07 version for when it gets assembled."

Winslow Schott has posed:
Toyman nods as he listens to the woman. He knew exactly where she had purchased that set. He himself had used that family store over the years as well to acquire toys for his collection. Toyman then cleared his throat and said,

"Indeed, it can be quite hard to find of these sets. I've been playing with LEGOs since I was a lad, especially in University. I am still looking for some of those sets to this day."

Joan Wright has posed:
"Oh yes. It takes a lot of time but it makes it all the more enjoyable once you find what you're looking for." Joan replies, "My favorite ones are the sets that are made to look like real life landmarks. The Taj Mahal one? That was even harder to find than this. But I love assembling and reassembling that one. Very good stress relief."

She leaves the Falcon exposed so Winslow can take his time looking at the details of the box. "...I keep a tub of LEGOs at work for days I REALLY need a break." She confesses.

Winslow Schott has posed:
Toyman examines the box very carefully, looking around at all sides as he did, occasionally humming as he did. He seemed very familiar with what to look for when It came to boxes contaning collectable toys. He then gently places the box down and says,

"I can indeed confirm it's the real Mccoy, do take good care of it." When he hears about the bin of LEGOs, his smile grows wider as he adds,

"It's always nice to meet someone who appreciates the art of LEGOs."
