Synopsis: Macks builds a confusing reputation for itself when Kyani delivers Shanna's late order in record time.
Cast of Characters: Shanna, Kyani Kohanna

Shanna has posed:
You'd think civilization would be like riding a bicycle, but despite spending the majority of her life out here, five or six years in the Savage Land has left her slightly rusty with technology.
For example: the humble telephone. They don't even have buttons anymore. So Shanna, a foreigner in her own homeland, speaks a little too loudly into a receiver that she holds to her ear, having ear-dialed twice now, and feeling a bit flustered.
"Yes, we understand. We understand entirely, *you* must understand that our order was made over a week ago and there has been no word. Yes... no... we would- if you *have* it we would like it delivered to us shortly, please. Yes. To the Plunder residence. ... Yes *that* one. No. Thank you, that's all. Thank you, goodbye."
Shanna tries to hang up, and heaves a sigh. Then glances at the phone, makes a face, and presses hangs up properly. Civilization.

Kyani Kohanna has posed:
Kyani was relaxing in the lounge of Macks, he had gone through three large pizzas and three 2liters of Mountain Dew. He had to replenish his energy for all the deliveries he's been doing. He waves to a few of his co-workers who are heading out on their bikes, a couple jokes are passed along and others who are tricking out in front of the building. Still Mack's is a very busy place when they are busy, but today wasn't that busy for a change.

"Kyani, I need you for this one. This package needs to been delivered like last week, but we only was just given it today." Mack says. Kyani gets up from where he was sitting, he sighs a little bit. "Alright, where am I going?" he asks and he looks at the address and raises a brow, "Seriously?" he asks. Mack just nods his head. Shrugging, "Alright. I got this." he says as he takes the package.

It's not even five minutes from the time that Shanna has made her call, that Kyani is pressing the doorbell to her home. Kyani is looking around and he smiles, he likes their place, so far.

Shanna has posed:
Shanna had practically just sat down when the doorbell rang, startling her. She cranes her neck back to look at the door. That's odd! She wasn't expecting any visitors.
A few moments later the door of the luxurious - even if not extravagant - old estate opens, and Shanna, a blonde haired woman appears in the doorway, peering curiously with brown eyes, wearing a simple casual loose fitting yellow dress and slippers. She looks at Kian. She looks at the package. That's physically impossible. So it must be something else.
"Hello? May I... help you?" She asks with some confusion.

Kyani Kohanna has posed:
"Hello Mrs. Plunder." he says as he looks to her, "I'm Kyani, messenger from Mack's Deliveries." he says as he fishes out his iPad for her sign. He looks at her and smiles, "You have a nice place." he says to her as he smiles. He holds out the iPad with the, 'Sign Here' for her to sign, he also hands her a digi-pen.

It's physically impossible for him to be there that fast, though here he is, she will notice that his shoes are slightly smokey. He holds the package in his hands and he waits for Shanna to sign as he stands there. "HOw're you doing?" he asks.

Shanna has posed:
Shanna's face is a portrait of pure bewilderment, blinking once very slowly while raising her eyebrows. "Thhhhh...ank... yoouuuu...?" She draws a bit slowly in confusion as she takes the offered items and signs her name, glancing up at Kyani as she does so. Her manner of speaking is a bit odd; not quite local but lacking any distinctive note of any particular accent you would know of. Just sort of... vaguely exotic.
She reaches out to return the ipad and pen and replies "... I am fine, thank you, I-" she stops suddenly and shakes her head, quickly changing her spoken train of thought to: "-You're here about the call I made?" she asks, trying to puzzle out if this is some kind of amazing coincidence in delivery timing.

Kyani Kohanna has posed:
Kyani looks to Shanna and he sees her expression and he can't help but smile at her. He's seen this before and well it's why he loves his job and why he does what he does. Still as she hands him the pen and iPad back to him. He nods his head, "Yeah about a couple minutes ago." he tells her. "I'm fast, I get the more important deliveries for Mack." he tells her. "I'm used to this." he says to her. "You're welcome." he tells her. "You can ask for specific messengers if you like their service." he explains. He checks the signature and he presses the Done button and sends the signature electronically back to his boss and gets a 'Successful' response. "Did you need anything else delivered?" he asks.

Shanna has posed:
Shanna just regards Kyani very quietly for a long moment before silently taking the package in both hands. "... Not at the moment, no." She says slowly and shakes her head. "Good job. Thank you very much."
She supposes she shouldn't be surprised by this, all things considered.
    Still.
    Civilization.

Kyani Kohanna has posed:
Kyani nods his head and smiles, "Nice to meet you and here is my card." he says as he hands her his card. On the front is Mack's info but on the back is his telephone number and if she or anyone needed things delivered outside of Macks to call him directly. Hey he's got to self promote right?

Shanna has posed:
Shanna takes the card, squinting at it briefly, before offering a little smile. "I see; well I'll..." Shanna shrugs, "... be sure to call on you again. Thank you very much. Goodbye." She says and steps back inside.
    That was spooky.
She'll probably have to call Mack's and praise him, though.
Next time she feels like wrestling with a phone.
