Cast of Characters: Harrison Wells, Bart Allen

Harrison Wells has posed:
Central City. The city of the Flash. Or rather, the city of Speedsters.

It was a normal day, for the most part. Clean, mostly crime free. All normal.

Except it isn't.

However Impulse finds out about it, at exactly 6:05 a silent alarm was tripped at the local Bank of America branch of south Central City.

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen knows a few of the speedsters have been busy and possibly off planet or in another dimension. So even though he lives in Gotham currently at the team headquarters, he will head to Central City, living Wally a message that he has this one. He comes in at full tilt, and as he gets to the area, he will run up the side of the building and stop at the edge for just the micro of micro seconds to see what going on. "Maybe thats why they fight crim at night, hard to be dark and brooding during the day."

Harrison Wells has posed:
Outside is one police car, and the sounds of more sirens coming is evident from the north. Inside... Bart can't really see much inside of it, with the blinds down. Clearly, from the occasional anxiety filled scream, something out of the ordinary is going on.

Inside the bank itself in the security room, a man in a yellow suit watches through the hub of camera feeds. The two security guards knocked out in their chairs, the man watches all the cameras at once. Red glowing eyes looking for a sign...

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen comes running down the side of the building and into the building. He is running at near top speed, as he does a lap of the lobby andthe vault if it is open, looking for how many thugs there are and if they have bombs or anything he needs to know about. He skids to a stop in the middle of the lobby "Ok, who wants the ride to the station first?" He quips.

Harrison Wells has posed:
There are six mercenaries in face masks and wielding sub-machine guns and shotguns. Four in the lobby, two at the vault loading up bags already. None of them see who it is... but that yellow lightning trail? That can only mean one thing; one of the Flashes.

When Impulse stops in the middle of the lobby, the four mercenaries calmly watch him. "Is that the one he wants?" One asked aloud. "I don't know. He's got the trail, doesn't he?" Another replied. "Guess we're about to find out."

The question Impulse asked is entirely ignored... and they don't look afraid at all. What's going on here?

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen 's brow raises a bit hearing them talk. "What the gallery been taking lessons from Gotham and hiring goons?" He says and starts to move towards the guards, moving to get the clips from their guns, planning on leaving them the one bullet each, which he figures even fired in opposite directions he should be able to get them, a stop at one of the front desks, gets him some glue which he squirts down the barrels of the shotguns, leaving the bottles sticking out of them to let the goons know firing them is not a good idea.

Harrison Wells has posed:
Suddenly, every single bit of electronic equipment in the lobby explodes in an electrical storm, almost at random... but they all violently spark.

At the entrance, there's a newcomer. A man in a yellow suit, with red, glowing eyes... and red lightning dancing all over his body as he stands there, staring at Impulse.

"Not quite." The distorted voice of the Reverse-Flash notes, with a bit of amusement behind the distortion. To everyone but Impulse, the Reverse-Flash is vibrating far beyond normal human ranges.

It's the first time anyone has seen the Reverse-Flash since Barry 'disappeared'.... but he looks exactly like the Flash museum exhibit. "Good enough bait, at least. Their part is done."

He smiles... a cruel, pleased smile, as the mercenaries begin to run to head out the back. Impulse is the target of that smile, "A new one." He points a finger of his right hand at Impulse, extending his arm to do so. "I wanted someone who uses the Speed Force... and predictably, some petty crime gets your attention."

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen 's expression at first is of shock and worry perhaps, but at Reverse Flash calls him a new one, there is an odd look of relief passes over his face, as his mom should still be safe, this Eobard does not know who he is, which means the President Thawne is keeping to his word. He will steel his nerves, and looks to the other "Zoom, your going back to jail, here in your own time, but your going back to jail." He puts on the hero voice.

Harrison Wells has posed:
"I don't know what timeline you think you're in, but I've never been in any jail, and never will. I can sense you're time displaced. Alternate timelines don't concern me too much." He starts to walk towards Bart, his pace casual. "Good to know that one of my alternate selves was stupid enough to be caught, though." The Reverse-Flash mocks.

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen looks to the other man, and says "Oh, it seems most of the Speedsters are out of place and out of time at some point or points in their lives." He waits till Zoom is taking a step towards him, and then he is heading towards the man, trying to embody his name. He comes running, but drops down as he plans to try to clothes line the others legs, to take them out from under him.
