Obsession: Part 2 of
Date of Scene: 20 May 2021
Location: Pizza Joint
Synopsis: No description
Cast of Characters: Camellia Lowe, Atrid

Camellia Lowe has posed:
Camellia Lowe rushed into the joint as if she was trying to catch a running train, very swiftly she was up at the counter. She slams 500 dollars down and looks up at the menu. "I want one of each. Smallest size." She says with direct incision, then looks back down at the cashier. "You can keep the change." She figured it would be expensive either way, there tended to be a lot of different flavors.

"You can skip the ones that are redundant. If something has ham AND something else on it, you can skip pure ham." She was trying to make this quick, it wasn't good that she was gaining some notoriety, she was wearing a hoodie with the hood up, hoping to throw off any prying eyes. Though her face hadn't been caught on camera yet. Certainly someone working minimum wage wouldn't bother considering the cash they could make from the leftover money, right?

Atrid has posed:
Atrid ignites his hand and starts the oven putting in a few pizzas before hearing the lady and her order of all the pizzas on the menu. "Might I suggest my specialty pizza one of my own creation. Pepperoni, Triple Bacon, Jalapeno, and black olive?" He says coming from the back a name badge on his chest reads Bjorn. "Anyway Im Bjorn if youd like anything else just let me know Ill be happy to get it goin' fo' ya."

Camellia Lowe has posed:
Camellia Lowe nods in response. "Sure, knock off normal bacon from the list then. Do you guys sell anything else?" She was leaning back and forth anxiously, mostly due to the forces in motion within her. "I want the sweet pizzas too, by the way." She adds after a bit, eyeing the guy up and down. "How long do you think that's going to take? I figure your oven thingie can't actually bake all of them at the same time." She sighs softly, it was painful to wait, but at least she would be getting started on the process once the first batch was out. "You're a very helpful guy. I like that. Have this." She pulls out two packs of the most popular trading card game at the moment, (generic brand pending). "Find someone to play it with. It's nice." She sets them on the counter.

Atrid has posed:
Atrid takes the packs of cards. "Thanks but Im really not that popular dont have no frien's around here. Not yet anyway." He says pocketing them. "Weve got sodas, big cookies and some sweet cinnamon things." He says simply as he heads off to put those first pizzas in. "It should be around an hour or hour in a half given the sheer size of the order. Thankfully we dont have any other orders right now." Bjorn states coming back out after boxing a couple. "If ya want ya can take a seat and wait I got the kitchen staff going on it and Im just about off so I can come and sit with ya keep ya company if ya want me ta."

Camellia Lowe has posed:
Camellia Lowe was off with the ones that were ready so quickly she was practically sprinting to the nearest table. "Sure." She says from the distance, popping open several of the pizzas. She takes a slice, shoves into her mouth up to the crust, then bites it off, chewing on it like a squirrel. It was the fastest way of eating she could figure out, and possibly also the least enjoyable one. In fact it didn't look like she was pleased at all, rather she was eating through with the same expression someone would if they were munching on dry ration crackers in a war. "Sorry but I can't do much talking. You from around here?" She says briefly before continuing with her frenzy.

Atrid has posed:
Atrid shrugs as he moves out again and takes off his apron. "Im off guys keep them pies comin' ya hear me?" He calls as he moves to where Camellia is sitting and grabs his extra large coke sitting he looks at her opening his own pizza and chewing a slice. "Me frome here na no' at all. Well I mean Im from New York, but born and raised in Brooklyn out in the Bay Ridge area." He grins before chewing swallowing and sipping again.

Camellia Lowe has posed:
Camellia Lowe eats through the available pizzas at an astounding speed and continues talking for a bit. "I was born here but I lived most of my life at a catholic school off in a very rural area. Not really used to big cities." Not that it mattered anyways. As the next set of pizzas come in she starts chewing through them as well, swallowing incredibly fast. It didn't seem like the pizzas were going into her stomach, but rather disappearing somewhere after she swallowed them. "The nuns would never let us even near this sort of food. I never knew what it was like to eat like this. We ate a lot of celery." She recalls with a frown. It was mostly due to the fact that now that she could finally eat these things, it had to be in a way that took all the enjoyment out of it. "Sister Marina and her lectures about clogged arteries be damned. It never sounded so stupid than it does now."

Atrid has posed:
Atrid shrugs. "People who put faith in things they cant see or touch confuse me." He says with a shrug eating more of his pizza and drinking down a good amount of coke. "If you cant trust and have faith in the love of your parents why would I believe some God I cant see or nothin' actually cares about me?" Bjorn shrugs a bit here. "Anyway those Nuns were friggin crazy if they, though' pizza on occasion was bad fer ya. I mean it's go' tomata sauce, cheese, carbs, and proteins. Pffftttt in moderation its quite good."

Camellia Lowe has posed:
Camellia Lowe snorts. "That so? I figure the opposite. If more people actually tried to reach out to the divine I think we'd have a lot less bad things happening. You never know when something you can't see or touch will actually show up at your doorstep." She tells him with a smirk before shoving a bunch of pizza into her mouth again. Her mood seems to get a lot more somber from then on, with little chatter coming from her as she seems to be reflecting on something. Only when the last pizza type is brought out and eaten, the crust discarded, does she let out a sigh of relief. "Glad that's over. I think I'll come back here to eat normally sometime. That way I can actually appreciate your triple bacon pizza." She says with a polite smile.

"Thank you for the company." She tells him while cleaning her hands and mouth thoroughly with napkins. She gives him a forwards bow briefly, a reflexive gesture from her times at the school, before turning to leave, she did make a point not to introduce herself back to him. "You know. I've always wondered if there really was just no power in believing in God... Or if I'm just too weak to draw it out." She tells him, stopping before the door. "My suggestion, though, put faith in things that have faith in you as well, if you must." She adds with a smile before leaving.

Atrid has posed:
Atrid grins at her. "I get that some believe in such things however I am the one who believes that those who earn my love trust and respect have my faith as they put theres in me. Anything else well it can burn." He teases back before nodding. "Its a pleasure ta meet ya. Stay safe ou'there will ya." He calls before finishing his own pizza wiping his mouth and tossing it all. "Alright guys Im out see ya guys next shift!"
