Accidental Main Event
Date of Scene: 23 May 2021
Location: Atlantic Ocean Coastline
Synopsis: No description
Cast of Characters: Hyperion, Namor

Hyperion has posed:
And so, when an SOS call comes from a ship at sea, people tend to respond. Most who respond have no idea what total shitburgers the people on board might be. The fact that the ship is full of folks who had captured one of the Atlantean warriors that they were planning to deliver to their boss. Yes, the ship flies a Latverian flag. You know what -that- means.

Sadly, Hyperion, being from an alternate universe, has never dealt with Victor Von Doom, and has no idea what the man might be involved with. Or does have any idea what Latveria might represent. His hyper-sensitive hearing picked up on the SOS call.
Turns out, the Doomy minions had a mechanical issue that blew a hole in the bottom of their ship.

The warrior they captured managed to get a message off to call for aid before he was subdued and placed in the hold of said ship. So here we have it, Hyperion had raced over the ocean at hypersonic speed, and come down to start hefting the stern of the ship so that it doesn't continue to sink.....

Namor has posed:
Namor is the protector of the deep. It is truly no wonder that he too would get word of this ship that seemed to have released an SOS. Having made something of a reputation from helping hapless sailors and the like from drowning in the deep waters of the Atlantic, Namor leaves his throne in Atlantis and goes for the surface! Though Namor can fly through the air, he seems to be even -faster- in the waters, moving at such speeds that some portions of the water seem to nearly evaporate.

But what does Namor see?

He sees a beast of a man apparently trying to start hefting the stern of the ship! Is he the one causing this trouble?! Namor swims and swims...until Hyperion will realize that Namor is about to be right on him! "Release that boat, villain!" He speaks with authority, though he doesn't wait for Hyperion to actually -drop- the ship, since Namor is pretty much going to plow right through it at full speed with such force that he'll probably propel himself into the air.
