Ben Grimm has posed:
The first family of Superheroes. They have been doing this for some time now, and have connections they maybe able to get most things delivered to the tower, but some things you have to go out for. Bean did that earlier, and is coming back to the tower with a large box under one arm, with bags, and steaming bowls showing in it. He comes walking into the living area, heading for the kitchen area, with the smell of really good food starting to flow through the area.

Susan Richards has posed:
Even superheroes need to eat. It's a universal truth. Well, a universal truth unless one is a member of some alien race that doesn't ingest food as most mortal beings would think of it. However, Susan Richards is not one of these alien beings. For all she has the gifts of invisibility and creating forcefields with a mere thought, she is as mortal as anybody else.

And that means lunch time has arrived.

Drawn out into the living area by the aroma, one can almost picture an old-time cartoon, where the protagonist is floating through the air, following their noses to track down the source of some heavenly smell. "Whatever that is smells fantastic!" she calls out, grinning as she peers out into the living area. "I wouldn't be surprised to see that draw the rest of the clan out of hiding."

Ben Grimm has posed:
Ben Grimm grins and says "I want out to little Rosies, and got the works." He tells Susan. One of the smaller delis in New york, but it has been there for years and yeas, and the FF used to eat there when they first started when the current owner's grandmother ran the place. Ben still makes a habit of getting food there at least once every other week or so. He grins over and says "And yea, I made sure to get a cheesecake assortment while I was there Suzie."

Susan Richards has posed:
"I'll have to run an extra mile or three, but it'll be worth it!" Sue grins, ambling on over to where the bags have been set down, and beginning to root through the contents. Steaming bowls and butcher paper-wrapped packages are all laid out in an array of gastronomical delights. At last, she comes up for air, with a plastic tray bearing a clear lid, and its assortment of creamy, sweet wedges of cheesecake within. "I'm surprised you haven't been sainted yet for remembering this!"

Ben Grimm has posed:
Ben Grimm chuckles a bit and says "Yea, I think they aleady have the rock of Gibraltar, and the Blarney Stone, think they may have a shot at it first." He will get his plate one a bit thicker than the others to start working on gathering himself some food. "So, things going ok, the kids, both making sure to remember to let you know they are in this dimension?" He jokes a bit with some of the wild adventures they have had.

Susan Richards has posed:
Sue just chuckles, removing the lid from the assortment of cheesecake slices and taking a whiff of the wedges of divinity. "No question of that there, and I'd like them to stay that way. Valeria's on about the ship she's working on with GIRL. I can't help worrying."

One of the slices of cheesecake, with what looks like a puree of peaches on top, becomes her first vict... err, choice of snacks, which she takes her time to savor. "I know, she's old enough to make those kinds of choices. But I remember what the four of us went through, and how close it came to tearing us apart a few times. It's just nothing I'd ever wish on her, and I hope she doesn't go through."

Ben Grimm has posed:
Ben Grimm looks over and says "Well now it is more make sure they are doing it as safe as they can. Make sure the ship is space worthy has proper shielding, and all the safety stuff. Make sure she aint thinking like her dad and making sure they have power and life support ant worrying about the rest on the fly.

Susan Richards has posed:
Nibbling on her slice of cheesecake, Sue nods, giving this some measure of thought. "If she hasn't already, I should encourage her to talk to Reed, get his notes from that first trip of ours. Maybe she can learn from those." Rolling her eyes, she laughs, shaking her head. "Most mothers have to worry about their teenage daughters going out with the wrong boy. I have to worry about mine getting an overdose of cosmic radiation."
