Jovian Anderson (1433) has posed:
Jovian Anderson is out at night on an unnamed public park in a residential section of New York, a small crystal in hand feeling, frankly, completely ridiculous. He had asked for help and promised to do two things for it, and this was the second. It was LUDICROUS but he was 'measuring ley lines' for the Brotherhood. Apparently that entailed walking slowly down a park with a new age crystal that looked like something you'd order late at night on an informercial.

Saeko has posed:
Saeko was...out and about. Sans her more obvious inhuman features thanks to a simple use of spirit magic, the tenko woman was dressed casually enough to blend in: form-hugging jogging pants and a tank top, her long black hair down. She might look like just another person out to try and improve their fitness with a late-night run...except she wasn't running.

Currently, the woman was instead eating what appeared to be a small box of strawberries, offerings made at a mostly forgotten shrine donated in cultural charity, in exchange for luck.

Had it worked? Well, they seemed like decent berries!

The senses she has would tell her that he is walking almost mythically right along a very powerful ley line and even if he isnt a mage it seems to...respond to him but not as a divine being. But there is also a gaping hole in the universe from him...something like the Old Gods but...weaker...fainter...weaker, like the Abyss that encourages you to stare until it stares back....but he himself seems quite mortal. Either way, he stops at the berries and waves.

He stops and looks curious, "Good berries?" He hadnt expected someone to be out this time of night nomming berries but that of course is her business.

Saeko has posed:
Divine conduit as she is, Saeko herself might seem like a walking ley line, but the 'flavor' of the magic was a little different to those found in such sites. Still, she wasn't blind to it. Perhaps that added to the comfort of walking in such a place while she was away from the Amatsu-Kami.

So of course, something so different was indeed going to be noticed. Faint, like a cold spot or an unexpected scent, but enough to have her pause in stride.

She actually blinks as she's addressed, seeming to have been momentarily distracted by thought before her eyes focus on the man addressing her.

"Very good...someone took the time to gather what they thought were the best they had."

Jovian Anderson is not, by any stretch of the imagination an expert on the occult, but then again he is hardly an idiot so he might assume that someone nomming berries on a 'ley line' might be something other than they seem. He waves, "Name is Jovian, nice to meet you." He considers his respondes and answers, "I'm....doing some...geocaching for some friends. But it is always good to enjoy the efforts of others

Saeko has posed:
"Geocaching?" she repeats, tilting her head to the side. "That is something done with crystals?"

She herself wasn't blind after all!

Crossing her arms at her chest her fingers close the small box of berries lightly, a nod of her head offered. "I am Saeko, it is a pleasure to meet you."

Jovian Anderson says, "Well...." he chuckles, "They're kind of mystical types. I have no idea what it is except that they're having me do it and really care about. I'm kind of a janitor for weirdos in robes. Pleased to meet you as well Saeko. Geocaching is actually a hobby where people hide treasures in weird places, usually messages or harmless toys or kindy and use GPS to find it. But most people never ask more than geocaching so walking along an invisible possibly imaginary line with a shiny rock is usually enough explanation@ he smiles"
