Synopsis: No description
Cast of Characters: Harrison Wells, Bart Allen

Harrison Wells has posed:
It's been years since Central City has had any serious sightings of the Reverse-Flash. No credible accounts of the Speedster have been confirmed until earlier in the year since Barry disappeared... why he's reappearing suddenly is anyones guess but Eobard's.

Now, there's been a sudden headline in a local news agency in Central City. A modulated voice of a man directly addressing the Flashes of the city has declared numerous threats to the city outright... and that without a thorough search, there will be deaths today.

A voice comparison to the Reverse-Flash, if made, confirms it's said Speedster... so the threat is probably genuine.

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen is actually not living in central city these days, but he has friends who have set up alerts for him. Thanks Red Robin. When he gets the alert about something going down in central city he is on the way there, sending word to both Irie, and Wally that he is heading in, if they aren't handling something else they can join but if so he has this. When he hears who the villain is he worries a bit about his mother, but with time travel this could be a Reverse flash before or after the time Impulse knows about. As he gets to the city itself. He starts to search, first heading to the Flash Museum, as it is always a favorite target of anyone who is ticked at the flash. If nothing there he starts a spiral search out from it.

Harrison Wells has posed:
Indeed, there is a small bomb in plain sight right on top of the Barry Allen Flash showcase. Easy enough to grab to toss somewhere safe... and it even comes with a note: "Too obvious, right? The rest aren't so easy to find."

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen actually checks it out a moment before he grabs it, making sure, there is not a pressure plate under it, and any obvious motion sensors. The young man has dealt with a few bombs in his day. If this one is as easy as it seems, he will grab it, and takes with him to find more, before dumping them in some water. "You know we should probably build a bomb bunker for setting off bombs in." He says to himself.

Harrison Wells has posed:
Indeed, there are no sensors or pressure plates. At least none that are obvious. The rest of the bombs? They aren't so easy to find.

One is across town in a lake at Central City Park. Another is on top of the highest building in the city. Yet another is at the airport...

On and on it goes. There are a dozen in all, in the weirdest of places... but with people connected to the Speed Force? Childs play. The river Central City is next to is easy enough to dump them into.

Just as he's finished with the bombs, Bart spots a freighter going slowly... with a number of people hanging from cranes on top of it. The freighter itself seems abandoned of crew, too.

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen will make sure the bombs are going to sink in a specific spot in the river, don't want them floating out and getting in front of the boat or something. He looks over at it and says "Ok Bunus level." And off he goes heading to the boat grabbing an inflatable raft on the way, as he moves to see what he is going to need to get the people free..
