Lara Croft has posed:
Lara is in the WAND meeting room on the first floor of the two story tall WAND offices. She's got a number of items splayed out on the table as she'd given a presentation to some of the other WAND Agents this evening. She's standing up near the front of the table and is leaned over it looking at some of the books and papers on the table's surface while holding her phone to the side of her face.

"Yeah. Michael was here." She says softly in to the phone. "No. He didn't report on that. I asked him to take the files to Mary's office himself. I'm sure he'll do it and Mary will e-mail me her response by morning, I would imagine." She says to whomever else is on the phone with her.

The table is illuminated by a circle of spotlights with soft yellow bulbs from above, while the rest of the meeting room is low lit and quiet in the now.

Lara is wearing a black shirt with the sleeves pushed up to her elbows, a pair of black slacks and simple black shoes. Her hair is tied back in a loose pony and she seems full on business casual this evening.

Hellboy has posed:
The elevator dings and the doors slide open. Hellboy isn't close to maxing out the weight capacity, but the heaviness of the interior of the elevator seems to step out with him. He walks the now-familiar path to the now-familiar cubicle and stands looking over the wall at a lack of Lara. Grumbling out a, "Hmmm," Hellboy looks around. "Hey," he says to someone turning a corner. The short, balding, wormy man yelps and drops his coffee and the papers he's holding. "Where's Croft?" Hellboy asks. The man shakily points a finger toward the meeting rooms. Hellboy turns and looks. He looks back at the man to give a practiced, "Thanks." Making his way to the meeting rooms, he opens the door very carefully and peeks in. She is on the phone, but seems to be alone. He peeks his head in a little farther and looks toward her expectantly, but quietly. She is, after all, on the phone.

Lara Croft has posed:
Lara, still on the phone, looks up when she hears the door open and sees the red face peaking in. She gives Hellboy a quick smile before standing straight up then. Her left arm goes over her stomach while her right elbow rests above that wrist. She keeps talking for a few more moments in to the phone before she finally hangs up.

A heavy sigh escapes the British woman then as she stands in front of the meeting room table covered in books and papers. "Well this has been a productive day." She announces then. Her eyes go back to him as she starts to clean it all up. "How has your day been?" She asks the crimson hued one.

Hellboy has posed:
Hellboy comes in and shrugs. He sits down and flops a dozen roses in front of Lara. "Got you something," he says as if the vending machine gave him two Twix bars and he decided to share. As he leans back, the chair protests. "So, what made today productive?" the demon asks, looking around at the various things around the room.

Lara Croft has posed:
Lara is gathering up the papers and books from the in front of the chairs at the table. She sees the flowers produced and sat down which produces then a smile upon her lips. "That is extremely sweet of you." She tells him as she approaches the flowers and sets the items down beside them. "Nobody has ever gotten me flowers that wasn't on my birthday...." She says then as she brushes a hand over the petals and then smiles at the much taller demon man before her. "Oh. We had a meeting about setup for a magical response team. The key parts of the city we need to have agents at and why they need to be there, incase of large scale magical ... e emergencies...." She says with a sigh following it. "Its challenging considering none of us are actually mages." She tells him then beforesmirking.

Hellboy has posed:
Hellboy's brow furrows. "Hey," he says, "is that a WAND specific thing? I mean...I'm basically set up to punch supernatural stuff. That's why I'm trying to get another Samaritan built. Backup supernatural weapon for supernatural threats."

Lara Croft has posed:
Lara holds her faint smile as she picks up one of the flowers from the vase and lifts it up to her nose to smell the lovely floral scent. "Well." She says as she puts it back with careful hand motions. "Wizardry, Alchemy, and Necromancy..." She replies to him with the WAND meaning. "We cover a wide range of things that are all fairly connected. From picking plants.." She touches the flowers. "To picking fights with the supernatural. So yes." She says back at him. "The things that you get sent out to use those weapons upon... I guess."

Hellboy has posed:
"Right," Hellboy says, his eyes half-lidded. "You take the stuff people see. Downstairs handles horror movie shit." He reaches into his nebulous coat before hesitating. He looks around at the various fire sprinklers on the ceiling and considers before just leaving it and pulling out an empty hand.

Lara Croft has posed:
Lara goes back to picking up the stuff on the meeting table to stack them in to neat piles in her arms. "I don't know." She says quietly back to him. "I've seen kind of a lot of horrific things since joining WAND>" She tells him with a look over her shoulder. "I believe I saw the Headless Horsemen of Sleepy Hallow around this time last year for instance... he was... bheading a grave robber." She shakes her head side to side. "Disturbing. To say the least, but... such are things around here." She mumbles those last words as she carries the stacks of items toward the front of the meeting room table.

Hellboy has posed:
Hellboy swivels his chair to watch Lara as she moves this way and that. He listens to her words, though he's distracted as he watches her. He furrows his brow at the mention of the headless horseman and huffs out a single chuckle as she mentions beheading, though quietly. He nods. "Not a competition," he says, possibly as a reminder to himself. "What's all that stuff?" he asks, gesturing at her collection of visual aids.

Lara Croft has posed:
Lara smiles at his words as she starts to put some of the papers and booklets away. "Pictures on the locations that Agents need to go to, to maximise our readiness. But also common protection spells to help secure those who might be in those areas. Not a lot, common level luck and avoidance charms... anything that could help get us an edge in a pinch." She states as she steps over toward him and offers him one of the small books on beginner level Wizardry written by one of the Agents here. She takes a half-seat on the edge of the table then after offering it to him. "And I'm sure you would win in a competition of the horrors seen that go bump in the night." She states with a smirk again.

Hellboy has posed:
He takes the book on magic and looks at the cover out of politeness, peering down his nose at it and trying to look all intellectual. Thankfully, she acknowledges the half-eaten eldritch horror in the room and his eyes return to her. He puts the book on the conference table and smirks. "Damn skippy," he says. "You're new, anyway." He looks over all the stuff. "I was going to ask if you were busy, but it looks like you got shit to put away."

Lara Croft has posed:
Lara watches him set the book back down on the table before she reaches for the flowers and pulls the vase toward her on the table beside her hip. She is adjusting them a bit before he speaks and observes her situation here. "A bit." She says of needing to put things away. "But I'm off after that. I was going to head back to the city... I'll be at the school tomorrow, rather than here in the offices. But yeah. Always something to do." She says with a soft smile. "Are you going out tonight? Find the supernatural and put it in its place?" She asks next with a quirking brow.

Hellboy has posed:
Hellboy hesitates. "Yeah, actually," he says, almost sheepishly. "Pretty sure none of the guys can take a werewolf man to man." He stands. "You wanna get Chinese when we have a night free? Eat in so nobody stares?"

Lara Croft has posed:
Lara looks up from the flowers then as she stands up again from the table. "I would love to." She tells him. "Whatever is your favorite place. I imagine you've been in this city quite a lot longer than I have, so you must know the best spots." She smiles at him as she goes back to her things to put the rest of it away, stuffing some of the items back in to the leather messenger bag she has on the table. "And I've no care if people stared, but I imagine its different for you. So whatever you're comfortable with." She states then as she looks back up at him.
