Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen is at school today but between classes. Bart could run off and do a half-hundred things before his next class, but he knows sometimes he needs to be seen between classes, so today he is headed towards the student center with a bag of junk food. He will find himself a seat, and set his backpack down next to him. Once he is settled in, he will look around making sure none are looking and he zooms off at speed, grabbing a dozen or so fast food orders to fill his bag when no one is looking. His speed is enough most won't see him, but someone with super kryptonian vision has a decent chance of seeing the blur heading out and back into the student center.

Kara Danvers has posed:
While she's a Metropolis University student, Kara Danvers has made the trip up to ESU to attend a journalism lecture by Ben Urich. And now, she's in the student center to grab some food before heading back home. Dressed in a casual outfit, and wearing her disguise of glassess and a brown wig, Kara's minimized pusture adds to the illusion that this is just a mousey young woman, rather than the Maid of Might, Supergirl...

Peter's busy with a lab experiment, so Kara is planning on dining alone, as she grabs a chicken bowl from the Mexican stand at the center and makes her way, looking for a table to sit at...

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen zooms back to his table, and has one of his bags of food on the table. He knows one bag won't be enough so he makes sure he has enough for himself. He does have a book out on the table but he does not seem to be looking at it much. Instead more people watching. He looks around seeming to be studying this or that person and mutters softly to himself "Ok, notice the details, and figure out from there. That's what Rob says.

Kara Danvers has posed:
Kara definately recognizes the breeze that enters the student center; she's one of the few people on Earth that can track a speedster like Bart. Aside from zipping around too fast for humans to see him, Bart isn't calling attention to himself...but Kara knows that sometimes, he needs a freind watching over him. Not that she doesn't need supervision from time to time as well...

"Ummm...mind if I join you?" she asks Bart when she arrives at his table. She doesn't often wear her disguise in front of the Titans, so she takes off the glasses, and it's Supergirl in civvies with brown hair...

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen blinks a moment, and says "SG." He motions for her to have a seat "I didn't know you went to school here too." He offers her a smile and says "Have a seat, you want a burger or something?" He offers to share his food with her "How you doing?" He will ask, he does look around again to see if there is other titans here he might have missed.

Kara Danvers has posed:
"I don't go to school here," she says with a sile as she takes a seat. "I'm just here for a lecture and wanted to get something to eat before heading back to Metropolis." She takes a moment to stir up the bowls ingredients. "How about you? What classes are you taking here?"

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen will rattle off a few classes, but the majority of them seem to be medical with specializing in animals. "I learned a part of making the snacks, I make for streaky from here and part from the job. Did Mary remember to drop off last week's batch?" He will ask her. I been going here this is the start of my second semester here." He grins and munches some fries as they talk.

Kara Danvers has posed:
"Marry? Forget?" Kara giggles a bit at the notion before starting to eat her lunch. "She didn't. And it's going to be easier for her to deliver treats, since she and I are now roomates. We found a two bedroom apartment together near the Met U campus. The price of a single bedroom was more than either of us could afford, but combining together, we could fit a 2 bedroom into our budgets. And, it helps to have a roomate that already knows the big secret, you know?"

Bart Allen nods his head a bit to that and says "Yea ran into her at the tower, and she mentioned you two were going to be roommates. I thought about being being roomies with your cousin who goes to school here, but he is to used to living alone, luckily I found a place, just a little studio place, but got decent neighbors, and a couple of them are in the know as well."

Kara Danvers has posed:
"Neighbors you can trust?" Kara blinks in surprise. "Wow! That's lucky. But, I'm glad you're taking school seriously, Bart. We're all hoping for you to succeed." She smiles at him and stir her bowl up more. "You've really come a long way from when we first met."

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen chuckles a bit and says "Well, Max, Joan, and Jay all have been good role models, and then Conner going to college, I am trying to make sure I have a normal life as Bart. " He says the last bit quietly so not to go past the table. "I enjoy working with animals, so I think this will be nice, even if class if soooooo slowwwwww." He smirks a bit at this.

Kara Danvers has posed:
Kara smirks and giggle. "Bart...microwave popcorn is too slow for you," she teases. "But yeah. I definately understand the want of a normal life. Or at least...as normal as we can achieve." She takes another bite, then tilts her head curiously. "So...does this normal life of yours include someone special? Because having soeone to share the...the stress of what w deal with. That really helps."

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen shakes his head a bit and says "Na, have tried a couple times, but the last semi successful relationship was when I was still in High school. Mind you when we found out we both had a secret it helped, but we ended up just friends. How about you?"

Kara Danvers has posed:
Kara nods, her happy smile telling Bart all he needs to know. "I've got a guy," she confirms. "And no, I'm not ready for you all to meet him. It's complicated. You know how it goes. He's very protective of his secrets; just as protective as my cousin. So, don't take it personally if it takes a while for him to warm up to everyone. And don't worry, Bart...You're going to find someone. You're too awesome not to have someone special in your life."

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen offers a bit of a smile, that might not quite make it to his eyes and says "Maybe, I don't know for sure, I might be a bit much for most people. " He will eat a bit of his burger, and says "I can understand the secrets Rob is strong on that too." He admits. "So, what classes are you taking?"

Kara Danvers has posed:
"Journalism," Kara answers around a mouthfull of TexMex. "Call it a...family tradition." She smiles, rather impishly, at the inside joke. "I like the idea of fighting for truth and justice, even when I'm not wearing the S. There's a lot of threat that ai can fight as Supergirl. But there's also a lot of secrets I can bring to the light as Kara Danvers. And hiding the truth from the light doesn't benefit anyone except those that are threatened by the truth."

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen nods his head a bit to this and says "I can understand that, I had to think for a while on what I wanted to do, I thought about a job with the police, following in my own family footsteps, but I think I will enjoy this and it is still in the sciences at least."

Kara Danvers has posed:
Kara nods and smirks. "Plus, after you get your degree and license, you can always threaten to 'fix' Gar and Terry if they get out of hand." She giggles,and the sparkle in her blue eyes says that she's just kidding. Probably. "I do promise not to torture you by making you Streaky's official vet. I could never inflict that on my firends..."

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen looks to her, and says "I don't mind, I actually want to help all my friends, heck I even offered to be goliath's official doctor." He admits to her, as he chuckles at the fixed comment "Can;t fix them, till they have their kids, they are important down the road." He tells her.

Kara Danvers has posed:
"Spoilers," Kara warns as she brings up her hands. "No need to bring up the future, future boy. I am perfectly fine with being surprised with what's in store for my life." She smiles brightly and shrugs. "Although I guess it's nice to know I'll be an Auntie to a couple of kids, at least. Auntie Kara...spoiling them at Christmas and birthdays with the best presents..."

Bart Allen opps "Sorry sometimes it is hard to not slip a bit, that stuff, is more stuff I read in history books, than was there for." He admits. "But to be honest, I don't think our future is the future I came from, at least not exactly. I have talked to a few other future folks and seems different futures."

Kara Danvers has posed:
Kara nods atht his, thoughtfully. "Of course," she helpfully adds, "It's entirely possible that with those discussions, we're heading towards a big stw made up fo all the bad futures happening at once." That's certainly a cheery thought. "But I really don't think it matters. Because whatever happens, we're going to have our freinds and family to face it with, and that's why we'll beat anything that gets thrown at us." And Kra smiles confidently, like there's no way they can fail, no obstacle tht can't be overcome.

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen nods, and says "And all the futures, I have heard of aren't bad. Mine for example while there were a bit of ehh time, by the time, I would have been 18 or so my own was in pretty good shape." He munches a bit and says "And we will always do what we think is best, and work together."

Kara Danvers has posed:
Kara nods and picks up her soda, toasting Bart with it. "Titans, Together," she salutes with the, quietly spoken, battlcry.

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen nods, a bit and says "So, you run with Nadia's group?" He asks her "I know a lot of the girls do, Irie, and even a girl I know who is not a titan works with them some."

Kara Danvers has posed:
Kara nods, smiling wide. "Yup. It's hard trying to hold back some of the science I do know and have access to..." And Kara sighs a bit. "But Nadia and the other members of G.I.R.L. are doing just fine in advancing technology on their own. They don't need any nudges or pushes from me."

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen nods, and says "Trust me I know what ya mean. We encountered some on a mission Nadia joined my other group with and it was something she found advanced, and it was common place when I was being taught stuff in my tube.

Kara Danvers has posed:
"I mean...she made a working star drive," Kara says in a hushed, excited, and proud tone. "And she didn't even ask to look at notes from my dad and my uncle! As much as I admire Tony Stark and Reed Richards...Nadia is right there on the cutting edge of human science. She's going to change the world in ways we can't imagine."

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen nods, and says "And she is gather at least half the brightest and bravest to help her in it. " He admits "It is good to see it, but then again, I think most of our friends are some of the best at what ever they do." He admits.

Kara Danvers has posed:
Kara nods, finishing another bite of her food, and gives Bart an encouraging smile. "You know that includes you too, right Bart? The brightest and the bravest. You're only going to become a greater hero than you already are. No doubt about it."

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen shrugs a bit and says "One day I will be a Flash I am sure, but I don't know about the bravest, I got some really big and fast shoes to follow." He smirks a bit and says "And to be honest, I am not sure how long I will be a Flash, I know Irie will deserve her shot as well."

Kara Danvers has posed:
Kaara nods and reaches over to pat Bart on the shoulder. "Nothing says you have to be *The* Flash, Bart. You've got a huge egacy, and lts of others that can carry on the name if you find happiness in a normal life. Me, well..." Kara smiles and shrugs. "Kind of limited for options when it comes to more people wearing the S. Even fewer when it comes to the 'girl' part."

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen shrugs a bit and says "Well you got Conner and Jon, and who knows Jon may end up with a little sister or something, and no I aint saying yea or nay any future stuff.

Kara Danvers has posed:
"Connor doesn't have the legs and body shape to pull off my costume," Kara teases. "But, it would be nice if Kal had another child. especially if it was a girl." Kara sits there, pondeirng a thought that had never crossed her mind before. "Huh. Guess I never thought about that. Who would I pass the Supergirl name on to..."

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen looks to her, and says "Conner may not have the hips, but he may have a daughter, or you may have one one day, you never know." He offers with a smile and says "I don't see the S going away anytime soon."

Kara Danvers has posed:
"Oh, we're not going to run out of S folks, I know that," Kara replies to Bart with a smile. "I just...never thought of passing the mantle on. I never really thought about having a family myself one day, either." She laughs and shakes her head with amusement. "Talk about a disater in waiting. Can you see me with Kids? Super Soccer-Mom?"

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen looks over to her, and says "Driving the super mini van." He jokes a bit and says "Well from what I know about Kryptonians you have a long time to decide ont hat."

Kara Danvers has posed:
"Ugh..." Kara says, rolling her eyes. "Thanks for reminding my that I'm pretty much going to outlive anyne that I do marry by a few centuries or more..."She sits thre for a while, dealing with the ramifications. "Sorry, bart. I know you're trying to help." And she manages a smile for the speedster.

Bart Allen has posed:
Bart Allen looks to her, and says "Ok, Kara, I want you to remember something, my grandfather was born in the 1980s and I was born in 3001." He looks to her and says "We live in a world where mankind's lifespan is extending, and thats your average man, but run with normal people, mutants, aliens, and sentient AI, you do not know what life span the person you will end up with. So there is no reason to worry about it now.

Kara Danvers has posed:
Kara considers this. Then smiles. She stands up, then leans over to give Bart a sisterlykiss on the forehead. "You really do deserve someone special in your life, Bart," she tells him with a smile. She cleans up her tray, and says, "Catch you later at the aTower, okay? And thanks." After dumping the waste and putting the tray on top of the can, Kara gives Bart a wave, then heads out of the Student Center.
