BEHOLD! MADAME MACHINA. A generation's worth of robotics research and a lifetime's worth of mental detritus are locked in her brain, and the only way it's getting out is through VILLAINY! Machina has the wits and know-how to make robots and widgets and whizbangs out of just about anything and let them loose on the world. In her heart of hearts, she's just trying to fix the world and make people's lives easier through robotics, but a lifetime spent isolated and crazy with Too Many Thoughts makes her a prickly foe.

Personality

Do Not Kill:
That's a sticking point for Alicia ever since the first death she feels she was responsible for: when a malfunctioning piece of equipment disrupted a Speedster's powers enough that he vaporized himself against a wall. Also, killing people reduces the number of people who can Be Saved By Science. She can break property and steal secrets and valuables, but you can't replace people once they're gone.

Introvert:
Alicia's time after The Incident left her isolated and alone, cut off from her family and her friends, ostracized by the death of the AI Program. She's spent years cooped up with her own thoughts and her lines of code and little robots and big robots and drones. Talking With People is a thing she's working on.

Mad Genius:
Alicia is Smarter than You, probably. At least when it comes to robots and hard sciences. It's just that it doesn't always come out when she wants it to, or when it should, or when it's appropriate.

Meticulous:
Madame Machina is Crazy. She is not going to deny that, but she hones that madness into her craft, her malfunctioning brain 12 steps ahead of herself in her creations of her robots and her plans. Everything's got to be Just Right before a Job

Character Sheet

Powers

Ah Ha!:
Machina's brain can, will and often does shove a solution to a problem right into the front of her brain, if only she can grasp it. Sometimes that's hard. Sometimes it just blasts out of her mouth in front of others, giving everything away.

The Spark:
The accident that created Machina also left a lasting impression on her soul and her psyche. Machina's brain whizzes with plans and schemes even when she's not trying to think of them, her analytical mind driving her to spot opportunities and weaknesses.

Skills

Gadgets:
If it bleeps and bloops and simulates thinking, Machina's got a handle on it. Given time, tools, and enough tech scrap, she can craft robots and widgets to fit her needs and keep them running on chewing gum and paper clips.

Robotics:
Machina's standard load out of robots comes as a line of combat droids and giant protector bots, but she has been known to field kaiju sized robo-monsters and specialized anti-hero units if the need arises, and she's prepared before hand.

Resources

Edc:
Machina's Everyday Carry includes a personal force field device, an anti-grav belt to get around places (slowly in flight), and augmentations for her robots to give them barrier fields and defenses.

Robots:
When it's game time and a Plan is Being Enacted, Machina typically rolls with several combat ready robots and several informational drones. These come equipped with Less Than Lethal incapacitation devices of many sorts, some powerful enough to bust through even Super and Mutant defenses.

Secret Lair:
Okay so her Secret Lair moves a whole bunch. It sort of has to when you're a Bad Guy. But typically, she'll be found in industrial parks or secret labs, often repurposed from other, larger villains or from other high tech firms. Why build your own, when you can use someone elses?

Weaknesses

Mad Science:
Years of having to deal with Too Many Thoughts in her head and Too Few Friends burned a hole in Machina's brain, and she's got a literal compulsion to Be Bad. She sticks to property and intellectual crimes, though, for the safety of herself and others. She's just got to Be Bad, and the longer she goes without Being Bad, the more likely it is she'll suffer mentally, through shutdowns, isolation or even fugue states when her Mad Science takes over.

Thou Shall Not:
Machina goes out of her way to create robots that use less than lethal methods, and she tries to carefully craft her plots and schemes and heists to not only keep herself from killing people, but also plans escapes and secondary plans to minimize casualties. If a plan goes south and it looks like people are actually going to die, she has been known to break off the plan and even rescue people from her own villainy.

Traditions:
In the event that Machina finds herself up against a proper rival, someone she finds worthy, or even sometimes mild opposition, she will find it EXTREMELY HARD to resist grandstanding for the enemy, allowing transformation sequences to take place, super forms to be activated, or other sorts of Heroic Posturing to occur. There are RULES, man. You don't break tradition.
