Dark Elves

Dark Elves are cousins to the Tuatha de Danaan and related most closely to Light Elves. They are descendants of the original Unseelie Court. Dark Elves were ousted from Alfheim after Ragnarok. They took up residence in the Dwarven lands of Nidavellir, clinging to the lightless underside of Asgard itself. They now live in compulsory service under the Dwarves, operating the forges that arm the armies of Asgard.

Dark Elves are formidable warriors, faster than Aesir and nearly as strong. They make frequent and ready use of Fae magics, and slip in and out of the Fae Realms quite easily. Remnant forces remain scattered across the Fae Realms, laying in wait for Ragnarok to return so they can take the fight to Asgard again.
