Elemental Parliament

The Elemental Parliament are potent and powerful elemental ideologues. They are ancient as the first life forms.

There are a total of eight Elemental Parliaments. Each is independent of one another and advances the harmony of their element accordingly.

Each appoints emissaries to advance their harmony. These emissaries are empowered with potent abilities for their service to the Elements.
