Evangeline is a mutant lawyer... that turns into a massive red scaled dragon. She works almost exclusively with Mutant Rights advocates now that she's been outted.

Timeline

Timeline:
*Born in 1991 to a middle-class family in Yonkers, New York.

*2013: Graduates college with honors, and continues onto law school. She goes on to become top of her class and well known for her academic excellence.

2015: Evangeline is hired on as prosecutor for the homicide bureau in NYC, meets her former fiance, and is engaged by the end of the year. She quickly rises to become known as the best of the best in her field.

*2020: She is outed as a mutant, Evangeline loses her job, her fiance abandons her, she is kicked out from her high-class apartment, and her parents disown her.

Personality

Honest:
Honesty isn't something that most people think of when it comes to lawyers, but Evangeline takes it seriously none the less. She will tell people the honest truth in the plainest of terms when she can. If it's a bad case, she'll tell her cilents as much, even as she defends them to the fullest.

Logical:
Evangeline tries not to let her emotions control, trying her best to remain on the side of logic and reason. She spent years in the best institutions of learning, and academia. She will always try to figure out the logical explanation for things. This only lends to her investigative skills, after all, everything happens for a reason.. and she'll figure out what that reason is.

Optimistic:
Sure, she might have lost her fiance, her job, and her family--but Evangeline never gives up on striving to make the world a better place. She doesn't believe in giving up trying to help people, even if it seems the world is against her. She'll always try her best to look on the bright side of things. (Even if it's a very, very, slim bright side.)

Haemo-Dracomorph:
Evangeline turns into a massive red dragon when she comes in direct contact with blood (not her own). She draws on extra-dimensional mass which allows her to dramatically increase in size, weight, and density. With her transformation come all the powers associated with a massive dragon: Her dragon form can fly, as she has wings. She can breathe fire, and smoke. Her scales are supernaturally strong, and thick, protecting her from most damage. She is also super strong in this form. She can partially transform parts of her body when she's in full control of the transformation.

Investigation:
Evangeline not only gets the truth out of her clients and those in the courtroom, but is excellent in searching for the truth on her own. She isn't above chasing down leads and information herself, and typically finds it.

Legal Skills:
Evangeline didn't graduate top of her class for nothing. Her skills in the courtroom are top of the line, and she has never lost a case.

Evangeline's life might have fallen apart, but she was careful in saving when she could. Given that, she has a healthy amount of savings to fall back on.

Xavier's School:
Everyone needs a lawyer, including the Xavier Institute. While the bulk of her cases come from being a Mutant Rights Advocate, she has also started a relationship as an ally to the school.

Blood:
Evangeline will automatically transform into her dragon form whenever she comes into contact with anyone else's blood beyond her own. This is immensely confusing to her, and disorienting; as a result, she cannot immediately revert to her human form until she calms down and figures out what is going on. This can cause massive destruction and damage as a massive dragon rampages.
