Profile
Felicity Felix is the epicenter of a disastrous Luck Plague. Everything else about her, from her friendly personality to her determined and driven work ethic, is overshadowed by the constant cloud of doom that follows in her wake. As much a victim of the luck plague as its carrier, Felicity isn't a villain so much as someone desperately out of options.
Timeline
Timeline:
*May, 1996: Born in Albany, New York to Frederick Felix and Lucy le Chance during an unexpected blizzard.
May, 2014: Graduated high school, despite the crash of a Boeing 747 into the rest of the school during the ceremony.
August, 2014: Began attending classes at the University of New York amid historic flooding.
December, 2016: Won the Regional Young Inventor's Exposition with an drone-mounted taser when every other entry suffered a serious malfunction, fell apart, or exploded. Lost the National Expo to a lemon-potato fuel cell.
May, 2018: Graduated with a BS in Engineering. Started work with Wayne Enterprises R&D as an engineer.
February, 2020: Presented a luxury car and flowers by Wayne Enterprises, along with best wishes in her future endeavours after her position was unexpectedly downsized after the meteorite incident. Her particular position. Specifically, just her. But she wasn't fired, since she had an exemplary record, fantastic productivity, and never broke any rules. Just downsized. With gifts. And the understanding that they aren't hiring at this time--at least whenever she asks.

Personality
Extrovert-Introvert:
Felicity enjoys company, but also enjoys being by herself as well. She's as comfortable at a party as she is reading a book or playing Animal Crossing at home.
Focused:
Felicity is an extremely focused and driven individual. She will pursue a task to completion if able, and is flexible enough to plot a new course to a goal if impeded.
Friendly:
Felicity is happy to talk, and doesn't see herself as a menace. She may be a little blind to the raw havoc her presence causes, and she tends to assume everyone is always surrounded by a cloud of unfortunate events, which should be taken in stride with a smile.
Organized:
With files for everything and an excellent memory, Felicity is able to juggle a very large number of tasks with high efficiently. So long as her notes don't catch fire.

Luck Plague:
Felicity's mere presence has a disastrous and devastating effect on the inherent luck of anyone unfortunate enough to be around her. While this field passively only affects individuals within about 15 meters of her, the range extends up to 100 meters for people directly interacting with her in some fashion, even if it is only one-way surveillance. The source of the misfortune, however, seems to have a nearly unlimited range, given the recent meteor strike on Wayne Industries' R&D server room. While the misfortune also strikes Felicity herself, it never seems to cause her lasting physical harm.

Athletics:
Felicity goes to the gym and can jog several miles at a decent speed.
Engineering:
Felicity is a trained mechanical and electrical engineer. She has a degree and everything.
Etiquette:
Felicity can talk shop with a wide-range of people, quickly makes friends, and carries herself with confidence when she is being relied upon to do so in a formal capacity.
Management:
Felicity is a skilled organizer, and good at making sure tasks proceed in a timely, efficient manner. At least until a critical component explodes.
Marksmanship:
Felicity is a good shot with most forms of projectile weaponry, with a special affinity for weapons with unusual ballistic characteristics. This includes ray guns, launchers, splat guns, and particle projectors.

Luck Plague:
Felicity's disastrous luck affects her as well. This means she is far more likely to suffer misfires, be in a freak accident, trip over her own shoes, or lock her keys in her car, than the average individual.

The Flicker persona is not yet paired to Felicity Felix.
Unhireable:
Under normal circumstances, Felicity would be a jewel of a hire. She is smart, competent, organized, and dependable. She can manage huge tasks. She's personable and friendly. But something always happens to sabotage her chances, whether it's a better candidate mysteriously applying just before her, or the interviewer being hit by a bus. Through the wall. On the second floor of the building.
