One of the world's most dangerous criminals, Baron Zemo has made a reputation for himself eliminating symbols of what he thinks are 'false idols'. Specifically the Avengers, HYDRA, and super soldiers.

Timeline:
*1986:Helmut Zemo born the 13th Baron of Sokovia to Heinrich Zemo.
*2006:Enlists in Sokovian Army, after passing basic training, given aptitudes, was chosen for Special Forces training.
*2007:Following a successful tour of duty, promoted to Colonel for his service to Sokovia.
*2010: Baron Heinrich passes away due to complications from cancer, thrusting Helmut into the title.
*2018: The Sentinel Uprising claims Sokovia as principal victim, razing Zemo's country, killing his wife and son in the process. Sokovia as a nation has yet to recover to this day.
*2019: Helmut resolves to get revenge on supers in general. Using James Barnes as his puppet, and the Winter Soldier handbook.
*2020: After being thwarted, Baron Zemo was sent to a high security prison in Germany for his crimes.

Calculating:
Zemo often thinks five moves ahead, very much embodying the 'snake in the grass'.

Manipulative:
Once Zemo knows what gets a person motivated, Zemo has no qualm in exploiting those sticking points to get what he wants.

Sophisticated:
Zemo's upbringing propagated a love for fine arts, being exposed to fine works of the world as a Royal. He has a taste for the finer things in life.

Engineering:
Zemo is able to put together electronics and components to become bombs and the like, in order to accomplish his goals. While he couldn't build a nuclear device without considerable assistance, explosives and EMPs are in his wheelhouse.

Hacking:
Zemo has been able to hack HYDRA's files on the Winter Soldier Program. In order to track down the eponymous soldier and control him.

Multilingual:
A native Sokovian speaker, Zemo has also fluency in Russian, German, and English. Able to even rid himself of his Sokovian accent to sound American if need be.

Sokovian Training:
Formerly a Colonel in the Sokovian EKO Scorpion squad, the Baron along with the swath squad were the first line of offense for Sokovia. He led multiple missions to dispatch enemies of Sokovia and their allies.

Tactics:
Being in charge of a death squad, Zemo can put a battle plan together, with varying degrees of complexity, in order for a mission to succeed.

Thievery:
As a result of recon training, Zemo is able to pickpocket with relative ease when given the chance, even to those with heightened senses.

Weapons Training:
Zemo has experience with small arms, including assault rifles, marksman rifles, sidearms, and knives.
