Profile
On the surface, the Red Hood seems like nothing more than a criminal, though his means of targetting other criminals might find him a different branding. Outspoken and fierce, the Red Hood seems intent on taking Gotham as his own empire, though where he comes from and why are unknown. Under the Red Hood is Jason Todd, a former Robin partner to Batman who was killed by the Joker years ago. Revived through the mysterious powers of the Lazarus Pit, Jason returned to life and travelled the world, learning to shoot guns, train his body, and fight the most well-trained warriors in the world. From an orphan to Robin, from death to the Red Hood, Jason Todd has one thing on his mind and one man in his sights: revenge on his former mentor.
Timeline
Timeline:
Aug 1999: Born to Willis Todd and Sheila Haywood after a brief affair. Sheila leaves town and leaves Jason with his Willis Todd and his wife Catherine.
2008: Willis Todd is arrested for theft. Jason begins working on the streets of the Narrows to support them, doing petty crimes and acting as a runner for drug dealers.
2010: Catherine Todd dies of a drug overdose, leaving Jason an orphan. He escapes social services during the tidal wave and starts living in No Man's Land with other orphans.
2012: Willis Todd is released from prison and briefly reunites with Jason before taking work with Two Face and being killed after he tries to steal money from his new employer. Jason returns to the streets.
June 2013: Jason, supporting himself on stolen car parts, attempts to steal the wheels off of the Batmobile. This encounter leads to Jason's adoption by Bruce Wayne and his training to become the next Robin.
Dec 2013: Jason graduates his training as Robin and begins working as Batman's partner.
March 2015: Felipe Garzonas is chased by Robin and falls to his death, due to questions about the accident Jason is benched.
April 27th 2015: Lured by the promise of finding his real mother Jason falls into a trap set by the Joker who beats him with a crowbar before killing him with explosives that bring down the warehouse that Joker left him in. He is buried in Gotham cemetery and his death is explained as being in the wrong place at the wrong time dying from smoke asphyxiation after the warehouse explosion.
May 2015: Jason's body is stolen by Talia al Ghul and put in a Lazarus Pit, restoring him to life. The pit twists his mind and Talia and her people try to restore his sanity. After some months he is able to function normally but he develops murderous obsession with Batman and the Joker.
Jan 2016: Jason escapes League custody and flies to Gotham in an attempt to kill Batman and Joker at range with explosives, he aborts his plot before detonation, deciding he wants them to know it's him that killed them both. He returns to the League and in order to buy time to let Jason recover Talia tries to focus his efforts on training to be able to one day face Batman and the Joker face to face. In reality she hopes he will break free of his obsession and be able to be returned to Bruce as a show of her love and affection.
2018: Realizing Talia's game, Jason uses the Battle of New York to stage his escape from League observation by faking his death. Free of his League minders, Jason uses stolen League resources to make his final preparations to take on Batman and the Joker.
April 27th 2019: Jason returns to Gotham taking on Joker's old alias of the Red Hood in an attempt to take over the Gotham underworld and draw Batman and the Joker into a trap of his own design where he plans to force Batman to avenge him by killing the Joker.
Aug 2019: Jason springs his trap but fails to get Batman to kill the Joker and instead Joker turns the tables on both Batman and Red Hood, detonating the explosives Jason had set up. Nearly dying in the explosion, Jason is saved by Batman. In a coma after his injuries, Batman arranges for him to be cared for under an assumed name.
Jan 2020: Jason wakes and escapes from the hospital and attempts to restart his war on Batman and the Joker by building the Red Hood gang in the Narrows. His progress is slow due to a fading desire to face Batman again.
April 27th 2020:After receiving Bat Family help with a mutagenic virus that infected him, Jason and the Bat Family come to a detente in which Jason swears off killing and agrees to work with the Bat Family when needed.

Personality
Angry:
Having grown up with a criminal father, a drug-abusing mother, then as an orphan on the streets of Gotham, Jason learned early on that his rage was a powerful lever for survival. His time as Robin tempered this rage into a powerful weapon, and his time training has only made it less of a roaring inferno and more of a hotly-glowing blade honed to an edge. His impulses are more often than not driven by anger, causing him to charge into situations guns blazing and only sorting things out once he's had time to cool himself down.
Cunning:
Even before studying under Batman, Jason had to use his guile and street smarts to survive the harsh streets of Gotham, especially during the dark period after the tidal wave cut them off from the rest of the world. He's cunning to a fault, able to adapt to most situations without missing a beat, and he's able to either think, fight, or talk his way out of most situations he finds himself in. Mostly.
Distrustful:
In Jason's eyes, he was abandoned and forgotten by Batman, a man he looked up to and fought alongside, almost as though he were the boy's own father. This percieved betrayal has led to Jason not being able to trust anyone for any real period of time, making him a lone wolf in a sea of super teams. Which, he figures, is just fine for a man like him. This also makes it easy for him to lie to get what he wants, telling any sort of falsehood that gets him closer to his goal.
Impulsive:
Far from cool headed and controlled, Jason has a tendency to throw himself at situations without all of the facts. He's not unintelligent by any means, but he tends to act out of emotion rather than rational thought. He's not above a plan, but his plans rarely survive contact with a situation.

Lazarus-Enhanced:
Jason has trained himself to the peak of human limits, but the Lazarus Pit gave his physical traits even more of a bump. Alongside these, however, are the unique Lazarus gifts: he no longer ages physically, and his regenerative abilities are increased to above human levels, allowing him to recover from injuries far faster than normal men.
Skills
Intelligence:
Jason was given the finest academic teachings Bruce could afford, which is to say stellar indeed. Jason is on par with other great minds in academic fields.
Intimidation:
Owing to his powerful will and aggressive nature, Jason is a master of intimidation, using threats of violence and shows of force to bend others to his will. His chosen costume, the Red Hood, adds mystery to his intimidating demeanor as well, since no one is really sure of what lies under the mask.
Marksmanship:
Jason can pick up any firearm (or Batarang) and fire/throw it with deadly precision. His gift with guns is on par with the greatest of marksman, and he rarely has been seen to miss a target. While he favors small arms (pistols) he is deadly with any number of munitions.
Martial Arts:
Jason learned not only from Batman but from any master who would take him under their wing around the world. As such, he has mastered a great multitude of martial arts, though he tends to favor those that support his aggressive, brawler style of fighting.
Stealth and Escape:
Combining his training with Batman and further training after his ressurection, Jason is expert in moving unseen and unheard. He's skilled in infiltration and espionage when it suits him, and is greatly adept at escaping bonds.
Tactician:
Jason is quite adept at finding out a person's strengths, weaknesses, and how he might best exploit his way into using both to his advantage. He has a knack for forming plans and can even execute on them quite successfully, but only a majority of the time.
Unbreakable Will:
Jason, in his tutelage from Batman and various masters around the world, has made his will unshakeable. Almost. He can endure great levels of physical and psychological damage, enough to see any task through to completion. However, he has his soft spots... And these can crack the unshakeable resolve.

Pistols:
Jason is rarely seen without his twin pistols, modified Jericho 941s, and is a master in their use.
Red Hood:
The Red Hood itself is a metallic mask, fitted with a radio and night vision. His jacket is lined with various throwing weapons as well, should his pistols be unable to get the job done or he needs a more silent option. The mask serves to guard his identity, and morphs his voice a bit due to the material it is constructed from.
Weaknesses
Angry:
Jason has a lot of anger issues, which he then inflicts on his victims. While his temper makes him stronger and more dangerous since he won't restrain himself, it makes it easy to find and push his buttons to send him into a rage, which can cloud his intelligent mind to a point where subduing him is made that much easier.
Brash:
Jason is quick-tempered and quicker to the trigger, which makes him a liability to anyone who decides to show him a modicum of trust. He also has a tendency to not fully stick to his plans, which is enough to leave him high and dry if someone else throws a wrench into the works that he wasn't able to account for.
Bruce Wayne:
His former mentor and father figure is a sticking point in the young man's mind. He wants to visit vengeance upon him, certainly, as well as the one who actually killed him, but some part of him has a soft spot for Bruce, and that sore spot is easy to exploit, even if not learn about.
Loner:
Jason Todd doesn't trust people. Anyone looking to get into his head has a long road ahead, and if they think they're making headway, it might just be he needed something from them. He feels a deep betrayal from Batman, feeling as though he was merely forgotten by Bruce who moved on with his life after Jason's death. This makes him somewhat paranoid of others, even if he can hide some of it outwardly thanks to the Red Hood. It also means he has no one really willing or able to watch his back, making him have to keep his guard up at all times.
