One of the first X-Men recruited, and actually one of the first students period at the Institute, Jean Grey has been with the X-Men for a decade now. She's a former host of the Phoenix Force, and currently acts as a teacher at Xavier's.

Timeline:
* 1995: Born the second daughter of John and Elaine Grey.
* 2005: Mutant powers emerged at age 10 with trauma of witnessing the death of her friend Annie Richardson.
* 2006: Brought to Charles Xavier to seek treatment and training for her abilities.
* 2009: Joins Charles Xavier for training fulltime at his home. Construction begins converting it to a school.
* 2011: Became a member of Xavier's First Class.
* 2012: Aliens invade. A fight with them results in attracting the attention of the cosmic entity known as the Phoenix Force.
* 2015: Brood invasion. The Phoenix Force makes Jean its host, and she unleashes its powers in an extreme fashion, cleaning many of the Brood.
* 2017: Days of Future Past - Having struggled with her powers ever since, Charles helps Jean assert control. She manages to expel the Phoenix entity, but the violent separation leaves fragments behind. One such 'ember' notices Rachel in the future, and helps bring her into the present. The other is drawn to Jean's yet unknown clone.
* 2018: Jean graduates from college and resumes helping Professor Xavier at the school, while preparing for post-graduate work.
* 2021: The Phoenix Force is regained due to actions of the Shi'ar emperor trying to use Jean to control the M'kraan Crystal.

Compassionate:
Thanks to her empathy and telepathy, Jean is a very caring individual, and doesn't hold a grudge. Well, she can, but it would have to be something truly wrenching for her to do so. Most of the time, she's very content to forgive, though by the same token she's not one to forget, either.

Determination:
Jean Grey is a very determined young woman. She grew out of her wallflower stage with the help of Professor Xavier, and has been a X-Man since she was a teenager. As such, she's exceptionally confident in her abilities and what she's able to do. Perhaps a bit TOO confident, but there's been few times where that has come back to bite her.

Phoenix Force:
Jean is one of the hosts for the universal life-entity known as the Phoenix Force and the first on Earth to manifest it in the current era. After her recent death and resurrection via its power, she is more closely bonded to the entity than ever. In general, this greatly enhances the effectiveness of her psychic and telekinetic abilities and allows manifestations beyond their normal limitations (particularly the scale, both down to the atomic or upward to the planetary) as well as powers unique to the Phoenix like unbounded interstellar travel, energy absorbtion, cosmic fire and energy constructs, and life force manipulation. While she can potentially access these powers freely, there is risk inherent to their use and limitations reflected by her Phoenix 'status': drawing on too much power or using them frivolously, over-aggressively, or in moments of high emotion threatens emergence of the Dark Phoenix. Conversely, in moments of utmost clarity, selflessness, enlightenment, and one-ness between Host and Entity (and plot need), she may be able to channel the newly-discovered White Phoenix, its purest and most powerful form with broad influence over reality.

Telekinesis:
Jean Grey also has Omega-level telekinesis, which allows her to levitate objects, lift herself and others and move through the air to simulate flight. Her maximum weight limit without the Phoenix Force is fifty tons, though with the cosmic entity backing her it can be considerably higher.
* Force Field Jean can create a telekinetic field to either shield herself and her teammates, or use it to hurl multiple objects at an opponent. She also tends to use it as a personal force field as an unconscious level of protection.
* Force Bolt: Jean can also fire telekinetic bolts of pure force that can inflict massive damage (imagine 50 tons of 'force' coming at you). She can scale these bolts to be far lower damage, of course.

Telepathy:
Jean Grey is an Omega-level mutant in the area of telepathy, and is one of the most powerful telepaths on the planet. However, certain other telepaths might have more skill, but very few have her level of power. She is able to read minds, project and broadcast her own thoughts, form mental 'commlinks' with other minds, and communicate wordlessly directly with humans and other sentient beings, as well as animals with higher orders of intelligence (like dolphins or dogs).
* Telepathic Illusions: Jean can mask her presence and the presence of others with her from other minds, though this can sometimes be detected by other telepaths in the area. She can also alter the apparent physical appearance of herself and her companions, and create realistic mental illusions to cause people to experience events that are not actually occuring. Her main limits are the number of minds she's attempting to influence, as opposed to the number of people she's hiding.
* Psychic Shield: Jean can erect a psychic shield to protect herself and others from mental attacks.
* Telepathic Manipulation: Jean can erase, implant, or restore memories of others, though she is reluctant to do so. She can also induce mental or physical paralysis via her telepathy. Her preference, though, is to use this ability as a 'psychic surgery' to heal trauma that has been done to an individual, easing them through various levels of PTSD.
* Psychic Blast: Jean can unleash a psychic force bolt that has no physical effect, but directly attacks a victim's mind. This can knock someone unconscious or leave them mentally incapacitated.
* Astral Projection: Jean is an expert at projecting her astral form in either the physical or Astral Plane. In the physical plane she can travel in astral form over vast distances at near-instantaneous speeds. On the Astral Plane she can mentally create psionic objects and manipulate her environment, as well as communicate with others through her telepathy.

Martial Arts:
Jean is passable in close-combat, though she's far from an expert in the field. She can hold her own if necessary, but she'd never be a match for Wolverine or Cyclops.

Mental Discipline:
Having trained with Professor Xavier since she was 11 years old, Jean Grey has excellent mental discipline and is very focused. It's exceptionally hard to distract her, and she is exceptionally perceptive, even without her mental abilities.

Pilot:
Jean is a passable airplane pilot, and has spent a lot of time practicing flying the Blackbird and smaller, less intimidating planes.

Psychiatry:
Jean is currently working on her medical degree, and as such has good overall knowledge of first aid as well as human anatomy. Her specialty, though, is in psychiatry, where in combination with her mental powers, makes her very astute in figuring out what makes someone 'tick' and how she can help (or hinder) them psychologically.

Family Ties:
Jean Grey's father is a history professor at Bard College, and her family is very comfortably upper-middle-class as a result. If she did need something from her family, they'd likely be able to provide it. Though most of the time, she tends to provide things for them instead (see weaknesses).

X-Men:
As one of the founding members of the X-Men, Jean has fairly impressive resources available to her. She has access to a lot of high-tech equipment, including Cerebro, and is probably the most adept of anyone outside of Charles Xavier with its use. She has a modest salary as a teacher, and is one of the few people that Professor Xavier trusts with almost everything.

Dark Phoenix:
One of the Phoenix Force's titles is The End of All That Is, reflecting the destructive nature of its place as an avatar of life THROUGH death and rebirth. And these aspects of the Phoenix are forever with its hosts, threatening to overtake their better natures. In moments of negative emotion, intense conflict, or extreme need, this more primal aspect is capable of coming to the fore, driving its host toward increasingly unstable behavior. Human morality becomes inconsequential in the cosmic perspective, and the Phoenix in this form acts only to carry out the most destructive aspects of its nature. Apart from the threat of being consumed by this aspect of the Entity, Jean also faces the associated reputation: once already an alien civilization came to hunt her for the crimes of former Dark Phoenixes, and yet more may come.

Family Ties:
Jean's family is, as far as she knows, completely unpowered, which is why she's made certain to keep her identity as secret as she can. Keeping them from being harmed by her activities as a hero and mutant activist are a priority to her, and she will do her best to keep them safe and out of harm's way.

Your Fate Is Set:
Jean has encountered her child from an alternate timeline. Or at least she... thinks it's an alternate timeline? She hopes it is, because she is haunted by the questions it raises. Does she have choices? Does she even have free will? This can cause her to act out in surprising and somewhat counterproductive ways, and a clever opponent can take advantage of this.

Instead, they find the Savage Land sun cult, who speak of their god imprisoning the Deviant as a 'demon.' Also, one of the priests thinks Lorna is their high priestess. She tries to trick them by playing along, but gets in trouble when the genuine article arrives. They do bear a certain resemblance. What does it mean? Who knows. But at least they finally got Doug to the damn computer. POWER ON!
Brood of the Savage Land: The God Machines, Part III	May 11th, 2023	Shockingly, the creepy secretive scientist turns out to be up to no good. Maybe he's looking for Iara's secret shark juice, or maybe he wants what Jemma figured out is inside Nat. Either way, things go bad, and he loses an eye and an arm for his trouble, while Rogue gains another overdose of ageless understanding, this time in a different part of the Celestial heritage: Homo Descendus. Now, back to meet everyone's favorite green guy in a lab coat.

Brood of the Savage Land: The God Machines, Part II	May 5th, 2023	Unsure how to find the rest of the Celestial computer cores (or what to do with them if they did), the heroes use Lemurian legend and SHIELD intel (courtesy of Lara Croft) to locate a ruin potentially tied to early residents of the Savage Land. En route, they are faced by increasingly more well organized members of the dino-brood Hive, and despite an attempted distraction, suffer injuries - and potential infections - in reaching the ruin. In the last moment, they are aided by an inscrutable and likely inhuman figure. Despite its aloof nature, its promises of aid seem their best chance at saving their friends and dealing with the larger Brood threat!
Brood of the Savage Land: The God Machines, Part I	April 27th, 2023	THE ERRUPTION OF MOUNT DOOM. Heroes return to Sauron's former lair, sneaking past a broodified colossal Quetzalcoatlus, debating King Phangor and his new Sun Priestess advisor, and ultimately destroying the Celestial computer core within. Return to the Savage Land, Part II: The Goddess and the Queen	March 23rd, 2023	The X-Men defeat Arrash, whos is actually Deathbird trolling them (it's Sharra kinda-backwards, she so funny). The prophecy is fulfilled, at least in part (Deathbird IS a Princess). Tanya, the would-be Brood Queen is in custody. And the... new hive continues to grow in the center of the Savage Land, ready to consume all around it, while ironically under the protection of the uncaring Celestial defense systems.
Return to the Savage Land, Part I: the Aerie	March 16th, 2023	The X-Men return to the Savage Land, traveling to the Aerie Shalan, home of the bird-people. On the way, they discover a T-Rex feasting on a dead Triceratops (as one often does, in the Savage Land), save that both seem horribly infected... and display Brood-like features. The creature is destryed without mercy, and soon the team enters the spire. They arrive at a lab full of more alien technology, and discover the missing Doctor Tanya Anderssen in a suspension pod, also showing Brood-like features. As they investigate ways to free or help her, a hologram activates to taunt them in the form of the apparent 'false goddess' of the Aerians, before sealing the POWER-DAMPENED room as it fills with what is almost certainly some very, very bad mist!
Seasons Turning	March 15th, 2023	DRAMATIC TALK BY THE LAKE!
Shi'ar: The War of Queens, Opening Salvos	February 26th, 2023	Zegaria IV is cut off from the Shi'ar hyperspace network, and a fleet scrambles to investigate - flying head first into a terrible trap. They find only a single ship, but are unable to destroy it as a powerful being turns the energy of their weapons against them. Worse, the sector Admiral placed in command uses the opportunity to defect and bring ships over to the usurper cause. Members of the Imperial Guard reserve act quickly to stop his plan, although the odds are all against them. Although they perish in the effort, Lord Samedar goes with them, and a rogue space cop manages to escape the scene to tell the tale.
Savage Land: Epilogue is not Ending	February 15th, 2023	Hailed as heroes, the 'Knights of Xavier' enjoy a Lemurian tourney feast, several prevailing on the dino-jousting lists of honor. Tales are told, songs are sung, and they enjoy their victory... before turning to the task of Sauron. As frustrating as ever in the face of interrogation, answering every question with misdirections, they at last concede to use the best tool at their disposal, and delve into his mind for answers. They get a few, and perhaps a few more questions. As well as the company of one Dr. Karl Lykos.
Lorna arrives with food and hospitality	February 6th, 2023	Lorna invades Xavier's with... hashbrown casserole and is countered with feels.
Savage Land: Sauron, Pt 2: God in the Machine	February 1st, 2023	The battle continues! Sauron grows ever more powerful, as the machine core continues to stop the X-Men from using their full strength. Things get psycho-sexual as Tabitha and Emma conjure an army of illusionary angry girlfriends, Rahne feeds herself to a dinosaur, and Rogue powers-up via makeout. In the end, with Queen Leanne's amulet and some donated cosmic knowledge, Rogue deactivates the machine and Ororo shows Sauron what real power looks like. In the aftermath, Phangor gets elected king of the flying lizards, and the X-men depart with Leanne and the Aerians, with the dread Sauron... now as THEIR prisoner.
Savage Land: Sauron vs the Fellowship!	January 26th, 2023	The Fellowship fights its way into Mordor, aka the mountain domain of the Pterons. After meeting various dino hordes in battle, they discover Sauron in his lab, built around an ancient machine powered off the the heart of a sleeping volcano. The battle is bloody, as the machine seems to intervene at every turn. Eventually, they uncover its secret, that this isn't Sauron's work, but some ancient AI designed to help maintain the artificial biome of the Savage Land. But will this information help them as Sauron feats upon one mutant's life force and looks hungry for more?
Savage Land: Captured!	January 19th, 2023	On that day, after the disagreement on the shore of Gorahn, the battle of loincloths and potatoes, and the reading of the cards, the Fellowship among men, Aerian, and Pteron was forged. Next time: Sauron, for realsies!
Savage Land: On a Boat	January 12th, 2023	The X-Men's Lemurian ship is is beset by Aerian 'pirates,' and many give valiant fight against the bird-people. As Ororo flies to assault their ship, she meets the enemy leader in the air, but cannot quite realize where she's seen her in the heat of battle - perhaps a portrait back and the castle? Protected by an Atlantean artifact, Queen Leanne defeats the weather-Godesss, rallies the Aerians and the X-Men are quickly overwhelmed. Now, they find themselves captives of the very person they were sent to rescue... and seemingly sailing in the wrong direction. Well, it's... progress?!
State of Alarm	January 8th, 2023	A historic moment. The villains plot is almost entirely uncovered and the heroes are ahead of the curve. The POTUS brought together as many of the biggest heroic names he could muster to take on this challenge before HYDRA has a chance to attack.
Savage Land: Hail Lemuria!	January 4th, 2023	Luxury living at a fantasy castle, where the Queen is missing. Surely the literally moustache-twirling Uncle Regent had nothing to do with it. Still, mostly everyone decides to be polite and not try and murder him, and instead take up his polite offer to go fight some flying lizard people on his behalf. Very generous. Well, he does give them a boat! Next time: on a boat.
A TIME TO ... Gain	December 29th, 2022	The X-Men visit Madripoor and find their lost frenemy.
Savage Land: The Plains of Zarhan	December 22nd, 2022	After making friends in the Forest People village, the group sets out, with warnings of the Gods who rule over the Savage Land. A river-ride becomes a tussle with a giant plesiosaur, and the first 'divine law' shows its face as powers seem dampened or misfire. Rahne gets chewed on and goes over but Berto gets her back, Rogue plays grab-tail, and Emma knocks herself out while Tabitha discovers the rocket-boat. After not quite flying it over a waterfall, the team descends onto the plain below, where Rahne ends an encounter with a beast-tribe hunting party via complex animal sexual politics. And getting chewed on some more. She does not join the cat harem. After this, its onward to the fantasy castle, where nothing will go wrong!
Into the Savage Land	December 16th, 2022	The X-Men travel to the Savage Land, landing at the outpost in Ka-Zar's protected valley, but find it attacked by 'bird people.' Rogue and Ororo visit the Lord of the Jungle's house and meet Zabu, his intelligent saber-tooth tiger, as well as a bird person captive, while the others fight off some dinosaurs and reach the village of the Fall People, a tribe of human hunter gatherers who live in the valley and may be able to offer information and aid. And Emma gets her Savage Land alternate outfit.
The McRib is Back	December 15th, 2022	The Xaviers School team is sent on the epic quest of 'Recover the McRib' before it goes extinct again! Which reminds me, have you ever heard the conspiracy theory that the McRib only ever comes back as a distraction from some sort of event happening at the same time? Like 'Oh, just give the fat plebbs their McRib again, that'll shut them up for awhile!'. But yeah, anyway, this was fun and everyone in it is a peach, a damn peach, I say!
A TIME TO ... Lose	December 4th, 2022	The X-Men investigate missing mutants and discover technology and a portal from another time and place!
The Prototype Sentinel	November 30th, 2022	Shaw calls Lex asking why the heck there's a Sentinel at a US Military base. When they go to investigate, Lex makes the decision to have it shut down and shipped to Shaw Industries --- when the thing turns on and attacc. Luckily, the X-Men and allies also came to investigate or else there might not have been any survivors, President Luthor included.
The Hunt for Sauron	November 30th, 2022	The X-Men visit Tierra del Fuego and a research station operated by Tanya Anderssen - the daughter of Karl Lykos' old mentor. Investigating, they find the place mostly empty: Tanya is missing, with some signs of a struggle in her room. The computers and communication equipment at the place have also been tampered with, presumably by whoever attacked her. And while Sauron seems a likely suspect, when he arrives with an army of dinosaurs, he seems to blame the X-Men instead. They fight him off, but not without a few bruises as Rahne risks herself saving a nearby civllian and Rogue attacks her teammates under hypnosis. Worse, the discovery of underground connections between the Savage Land and South America may allow Sauron to lead an invasion beyond the Antarctic... unless they can figure out who took Tanya Anderssen, and deliver them to him!
Xaviers: Thanksgiving	November 24th, 2022	It's another Xaivers School Thanksgiving preparation night! Kicking off the holiday seasonal fun times! There's lots of parents at this one, and interesting alternate Thanksgiving meal options discussed, including X-23's dutch oven, Sam Guthrie's deep fried turkey? And Hank suggests a fish! Are the robbers there to steal some radiation device? Nope, they shot it. But they stole something else from the floor above. A tall guy with a teleporter. XM A Dinner with the Dude	October 24th, 2022	The conversation with Rogue's father is had at dinner at Xaviers School. Much is discussed, Rahne is the winner in the end though.
Shi'ar: Timor Animicida Est	October 21st, 2022	X-folk and friends investigate the Shi'ar assassin, but the answers they find are more disturbing than reassuring. The woman's memories are disjointed, one day a happy young officer, the next day a fanatic murderer. While mind-control is familiar to the X-Men, their telepathy reveals little. Instead, it is strange data in the transporter logs that suggests a more bizarre and terrible possibility, that she might have had her mind scrambled or rewritten by the machine itself, or been whisked to some other dimension, replaced, or reprogrammed. Worse than that: several of the X-Men have used the same transporters, and one of their supposed allies among the Shi'ar seems another possible victim.
Shi'ar: Ex Amicitia Pax	October 12th, 2022	T'Challa lays down the law to the Shi'ar, PG is Very Mad, Diana and Donna try to diplomacize... and Tabitha rocks her spacejail couture. Although some political agreement is reached, it seems unlikely Deathbird will abide them. Emma hatches a plan for telepathic questioning, even as Oracle has already failed at the task. And Commander Shrivan will need a vacation.
Salem Center Oktoberfest	October 4th, 2022	Oktoberfest at Salem Center is full of beer and food, and there's even a fight.
Law & Order: SVU (Shi'ar Victims Unit)	September 29th, 2022	The X-Men return to the orbitting Shi'ar cruiser to answer questions about the Starport assassination. While the information Michael and the team has seems to scrape at an uncomfortable, hidden conspiracy, the lead investigator resists giving Emma a free hand in doing her own investigation. Worse, Tabitha is held for further questioning due to suspicious circumstances at the Starport. Rogue continues to hate space.
LE DIABLE BLANC: Waking Up In Vegas	September 17th, 2022	Rogue, Tabitha, Kitty, Jean, and Remy wake up in a fancy Vegas hotel suite with no memory of the night before. The Hangover ... MARVEL-STYLE.
Shi'ar: SPACE CHASE	September 12th, 2022	The X-men's prototype space Blackbird pursues the assassin's shuttle as it flees the Atlantic Starport. Launching a single but potentially devastating antimatter torpedo as a distraction and calling on another of the mysterious Raptor armors to defend it, the shuttle barely makes it to close Earth orbit before its engines are disabled and crew telepathically bamboozled. Sam stops the torpedo in the nick of time, Michael has a clone fight and dies for a little while, and the big Shi'ar arrive to arrest everyone. Space is fun!

Xavier's Ski trip II: Return of the Hunger of the Night	January 15th, 2022	The X-Men investigate the mysterious cave from their first outing in Killington. The cave, as it turns out, is possibly the butthole of a sleeping primordial ice giant, who draws power from every murder in the local town, which transform people into its Wendigo-like servants. After, er, climbing into the creature, its servant attacks, fought off by Warpath, and the giant itself awakens, forcing the team to scramble to save the town from the ensuing avalance. Defeating the titan itself requires defeatnig the seemingly deathless Wendigo servant - ultimately, Rogue defeats it with her own life-stealing abilities, reclaiming the lifeforce stoeln on the titan's behalf, and sending it back to its slumber. Also: the school cancels all future ski trips and everyone votes for tropical vacations.

The Nightmare Barrier: John Stewart	August 25th, 2021	John faces the strange hallucinations of the Nightmare Barrier: first he believes himself under attack by the Brood, before his ring seems to kill them like the Malthusian tech tried to kill them earlier. A hologram tells him to leave, but Green Lanterns are notoriously stubborn. Ultimately, he flies back toward the light, whatever the cost or danger.
The Nightmare Barrier: Tabitha	August 22nd, 2021	Inside the M'kraan crystal, Tabitha falls victim to the same nightmares that face all her teammates. She's confronted by a false vision of her ancient cosmic benefactor, leads the X-men into a horrible slaughter by the Sentinels, but ultimately makes contact with Xi'an and pushes off the nightmare, choosing her friends over fear.
The Nightmare Barrier: Xi'an	August 22nd, 2021	Xi'an faces the shadows of her past, fear and temptation, to overcome a creature of nightmare blocking the heart of the crystal from her and her allies.
Shi'ar: The White Hot Room	August 20th, 2021	Having overcome the nightmare barrier, the X-men and their Green Lantern ally explore the tower in the center of the crystal's city, encountering the mysterious builder, before facing D'Ken and Davan Shakari. The battle seems to fracture the crystal around then (and perhaps all of reality with it), while the version of Jean they have found appears a corpse. Yet James makes contact with the Phoenix, who sweeps them into the center of its domain. It shows them a multitude of Phoenix hosts across time as they ask for their friend's return. The Phoenix agrees, although the process means they will be bonded again - and it demonstrates anger toward Lilandra for the Shi'ar's meddling. Soon after that, they are all ejected from the crystal, returned to the surface of M'Kraan for Illyana to transport home.
Shi'ar: Into the Crystal	August 15th, 2021	The X-Men break some perfectly good space quarantine gear and finally make contact with the M'kraan crystal, sensing a disturbance caused by D'Ken's meddling. Once inside its impossible space, they feel as though they can almost reach the center of everything, only to be cast into a void filled with the greatest horrors of their own souls.
Shi'ar: Sic Itur Ad Astra	August 8th, 2021	Illyana transports a team of X-Men (and a Green Lantern consultant!) to another Galaxy and the Shi'ar planet M'kraan. There, they find a world under ancient quarantine, a dead city of science, alien signage, Oan mysteries, and at the end of a long trail, a crystal containing incredible energy. Also, apparently, some very hostile quarantine measures.
Shi'ar: Our House	August 8th, 2021	The Justice League fights off the enemy fleet and back onto the Watchtower. While several members drive the cruiser T'Korr from Earth orbit, its sister-ships engage in a destructive battle with Carol Danvers and Maxima, one ending up completely destroyed as the later's own warship rejoins the fight. On the Watchtower, Diana (and Jumpa) fight off several members of the guard and ultimately captures Magique, the illusion-caster who had been giving them so much trouble. And Karen gets her payback against Xenith, leading her away from the moon and closer to the sun, tiring her opponent as she grows stronger herself, until she can deliver a final blow. One by one, the remaining Imperial Guard begin to surrender, only for Ambassador Shakari to deliver a final threat by hologram. Factionalism and fracture seems to split the Shi'ar, as a Galaxy away, another struggle nears its own conclusion.
Shi'ar: Reckoning	August 8th, 2021	Several X-Men and their SHIELD allies follow Jean as she races to save her parents. The Titans arrive to assist. While they're able to defeat the remnants of the Death Commandos and several strange Shi'ar androids, Davan Shakari brings a mysterious young man to the encounter. Jean calls upon unknown aspects of the Phoenix to revive her father, dying from a heart attack from the stress of the attack, but is then seemingly destroyed -- or absorbed -- by the mysterious figure.
Shi'ar: Night of the Raptors I	August 2nd, 2021	Shi'ar troops, led by the elite Death Commandos, attack Xavier's mansion from multiple angles. A defense is raised in the back yard, and the school staff hold the day, if not without several injuries -- and the strange discovery of cloned soldiers tied to James Proudstar. As casualties mount and Jean tries to coordinate the response, a moment of sudden psychic fear reveals another danger -- and another possible target for the Shi'ar.
Shi'ar: Night of the Raptors II	August 2nd, 2021	The Shi'ar attack continues. With the aid of a defecting Shi'ar spy and his SHIELD backup, the school organizes its defense and the evacuation of younger students from danger. With the aid of a strange living gas, the invaders manage to reach the X-Men base, but are defeated, and their leader killed. Yet Jean discovers there are several Death Commandos remaining, sent to her home town with one goal: cleansing the entire Grey blooodline.
Shi'ar: Orders from Above	July 31st, 2021	Long operating in isolation on Earth, Shi'ar agent Cal'hatar -- Michael Erickson to his human friends -- receives a sudden communication from Imperial Military Intelligence, embodied in the hologram of Davan Shakari. His mission, should he choose to accept it: the ruthless elimination of the Grey bloodline and the end of the threat of the Phoenix entity to the Galaxy.
A Spark Fades	July 30th, 2021	Jean meets Rogue, Shan, Noriko, and Gabby at the local hospital where Jean has to identify Jubilation's body and break the news.
Shi'ar: We Come in Peace, Part II	July 28th, 2021	Diplomacy breaks down over the value of life, and the Justicue League comes to blows with the Shi'ar Imperial Guard. The battle sprawls across the moon and space, almost threatening to destroy the former as Kryptonians and Strontians trade mountain-cracking blows. In the end, Superman calls a retreat, and with the aid of the Brotherhood, the Justice League regroups on Asteroid M rather than seeing the Watchtower or the whole moon destroyed. Now both sides lick their wounds, the Leage looking to reclaim their home and drive off these invaders, while the Shi'ar begin their hunt for the Phoenix.
Shi'ar: Heart and Mind	July 26th, 2021	Terry brings Lilandra to Xaviers, where she meets Charles and a number of X-men and students. Lilandra shares her knowledge of the Phoenix, through a psychic vision depicting the X-Men's encounter with the Brood, as well as knowledge of her brother D'Ken's ambitions to somehow control that power for himself, through an ancient crystal artifact on M'Kraan, deep in Shi'ar space. The X-Men are on high alert as they prepare for a long journey, and the Brotherhood is warned of -- and asked for help with -- the Shi'ar fleet in space.

Shi'ar: On the Run from the Law	July 19th, 2021	Picking up her distress signal, the Milano rescues Lilandra from pursuit by the heavy cruiser T'Korr. There's a bit of 'Imperial Diplomacy' with heavy weapons and energy constructs, a zero-G rescue, and Rocket flips off a galaxy-spanning Empire. Typical day for the Guardians of the Galaxy.
Shi'ar: We Come in Peace, Part I	July 19th, 2021	The Shi'ar arrive around Earth, announcing their hunt for the world-destroying Phoenix, and are met by its many heroes, who draw some firm boundaries around their beloved homeworld. Tense diplomacy ensues, while the Guardians of the Galaxy arrive bearing their own Shi'ar refugee, Lilandra. Ultimately, Superman and the Shi'ar ambassador agree to a formal meeting on the moon, while Terry O'Neil communicates with Rocket to teleport his passenger off the Milano and past the Shi'ar blockade to Earth.

Xavier School Ski Weekend: The Hunger of the Night	January 17th, 2021	A group of Xaviers students and residents stumble upon a murder in the ski town, and track the perpetrator into the woods. The creature - a serial killer inhabited by the Wendigo-like Giwakwa - attacks them but is defeated, the evil spirit banished by Illyana's soulsword while the physical shell is blown to bits and smacked around by Talia and Rogue. Afterward, fearing the presence behind the possession nearby cave, Rogue moves to seal the entrance, and Jean (who arrives late to answer a text for help) aids her in sealing the rocks. Surely, its evil will never trouble the town again... or them!

And perhaps an investigation of the local chapter to gain the information they need. Afterward, the remaining victim of the genetics program awakens from his stasis, only to go briefly berserk as he cannot control his 'chimeric' mix of genetically grafted powers. They're able to subdue him, and his last moments are spent peacefully in the med bay. In his last moments, his memories reveal a face, perhaps the engineer of this entire gruesome plot.
