Chivalrous:
La Raton follows a strict code of honor and conduct very strictly. This Code, which is modeled after the Code of Chivalry, compels La Raton to be honorable and gallant while on the job. This code, which Lyle invented to keep himself from turning into a common thief and crook, also provides his moral code, with the mantra "Rob those who rob others and steal that which has already been stolen" being a top priority, along with other virtues like "Do not kill unless absolutley necessary", and "Be polite to all, even your enemies".

As La Raton, Lyle is more confident and charming. Almost every word and action La Raton does is often accompanied by a confident, self-assured smile. In conserversation, ever word ooze with confidence, elegance, and charm, especially to "fair Dames". His debonair attitude also extends to his wardrobe, which is mostly consisted of hight quality replicas of 18th century French Arisrocrat clothing, and elegant looking Domino masks. La Raton's debonair attitude is even starting to effect Lyle, who is starting prefer wearing more "fashionable" clothing while out in public.

Generosity:
Both Lyle and La Raton are very generous individuals. Being forced to spend a good portion of his childhood in poverty, Lyle and La Raton have a great sympathy and empathy for those "less fortunate". As Lyle, he is a known philanthropist, spending a decent amout on his royalties on charity, even, including to rumors, releasing copies of his book for free in Bushwick, earning him the ire of some Anti-Mutant Groups.
As La Raton, Lyle follows the example of his childhood idol, Robin Hood. A lot of his heists are jump started when someones mistreats, or otherwise takes advantage of the poor. La Raton often tries to hand over most of his loot to his victim's victims, giving them a large portion of the laundered money from the heists and returning items stolen from them.

Humble:
Lyle Marston is a very humble man. His fame came as a massive surprise for the normally, quiet, reserved man, and the sudden attention and demands for interviews from the "next-big name" in the writing industry make him incredibly uncomfortable. In conversation with his fans, he is very level-headed and down to Earth, often downplaying his fame, saying their are people much more deserving of fame than him. When talking to those who are not in the know about him, he often avoids bringing up his novel, not wanting to be recognized and mobbed.

Mortal:
There is no denying it, La Raton is still normal. Raton will have a very hard time fighting the likes of Spider-Man, and will lose almost instantly in a fight against someone like Superman. As a result, he will try his hardest to avoid Superheroes and Villains he couldn't possibly fight during heists.

Wanted:
La Raton is officially wanted by the NYPD, and possibly the FBI. While there is no doubt that Raton often robs criminals, the NYPD and other law enforcement still insist that Raton is just as dangerous as the criminals he robs, and are seeking to arrest him and end his "crime spree".
