A young woman whom is questioning her place in the world. A repressed young woman on the cusp of adulthood having a few more issues than coming of age after college. She seeks assistance as she begins to wrap her head around the fact that her powers don't seem to be going away. And out of control her powers can cause harm. Can she really be more than just a Business Admin?

Timeline:
* 2002: Born to the couple of Grace Rufina and Tammy Russel.
* 2003-2009: The relationship of Grace and Tammy is turbulent, prone with jealousy, addictions, and unhealthy behaviors. Millennia's early life is filled with stryfe, bad examples and uncertainty.
* 2010: Taken in by granparents on Grace Rufina's side, the birth mother. Her grandparents opinon of Grace and Tammy's relationship was very low from their behaviors as well as having a lesbian relationship. The relationship between parents and grandparents sours and becomes very toxic.
* 2011-2020: Millenia's life becomes generally better, however her grandparents are strict. Disapproving of her mother's relationship is confusing for her, and her relationship with them is toxic. She learns how to do well in school and give her grandparents what they want. Her parents continue their toxic spiral and animosity between parents and grandparents deepen. Millennia learned basic first aid through a class offered in high school, she also dook some self defense classes. She learned basic self defense techniques.
* 2021-2024:College Life - Millennia attended a local community college in NYC. She found she had a talent for business administration and graduated with a Business Administration 2 year degree. She went to work for a fashion office, working with fashion designers. Showing a talent, she learned how to stich, create patterns and designs from designers with a moderate degree of aptitude. She became an admin in the office and often travels between offices in New York and Gotham.
* 2021-2024: Mutancy Manifestation - Millennia begins to develop mutant powers during this time, not long after graduation from high school. She begins be her finger starting on fire spontaneously. She begins to have great bursts of sustained energy and a brighter mood in the day, and dreads the night. She keeps things hidden from her parents and grandparents but no matter how hard she tries - her powers only continue to grow. She finds she can burst into flames, and control flames. It's difficult to find places to try to experiment in the large cities. But it's also becoming more difficult to keep under wraps as well.

Personality

Cautious:
Milly does not think of herself as a heroine. She thinks of herself as a normal person. She wants to learn more ability to control her own powers, but they are dangerous. And if she's honest, kind of fun and addictive to use. They must be used with caution and care.

Fashion:
Being in the fashion field she knows something about beauty and fashion. How to dres ssomeone up, give them a makeover, and while she isn't quite to the standards of a professional she is around those that are constantly and knows current looks and trends. She tends to style herself, apply makeup, and be rather well put together most times.

Firebug:
Milly likes fire, is drawn to it. From the way the flames dance, to feeling compelled to being around fire and flame. She enjoys open flames like bonfires, and would be more than happy to put plenty of logs on the flame to watch the flame build and grow.

Mundane:
She may be a mutant and have fantastical powers, however she was raised by a middle class family, and she herself is middle class. She went to college, graduated, and has a job in her field. It isn't particularly unfulfilling. But it isn't exactly thrilling either. She's not sure what to think of all these superheros, from capes to tights to spandex to leather and more. She has difficulty thinking of herself as some heroic role. She's really just an average person right?

Poor_Relationships:
Milly has had some awful parental examples. Her mothers had many faults and were poor examples of parents. Her grandparents are anti-alternative lifestyle being very conservative so even before her birth there was stryfe and animosity between parents and grandparents. Cracks in her parents relationship lead to different issues of jealousy, control, manipulation and different abuses of one another. In the end Milly was used by the ones whom were supposed to love her the most to hurt one another. One mother against the other. Grandparents against the mother.

Milly sees nothing wrong with being gay - she is bisexual herself. However she has learned to hide this - and repress her own feelings and desires as giving anyone amunition will only lead to her family taking shots at one another. Appearances and neutrality are important to Milly. If the people who raised her think being bisexual is horrible and she is terrified to have them find out her secret then being a mutant must be even worse! Even if the people around her are the worst behaved, you still want to have a home to go back to if you ever needed to. Don't you?

Solar_Mood:
With ambient sunlight her energy level and mood will rise and fall with how much sunlight is available. SHe's at her best in the day (and near windows or outside). She's at her absolute worst in secluded nightfall.

Cosmic_Flame:
Milly's abilities are a manifestation of solar fire. A mutant manifestation of a solar body such as a sun. Her powers are largely affected by the sun and it's rays. They are fire-based in nature.

Fire_Form:
Become fire - cannot be physically harmed in this form, but cannot physically push/pull/harm others either (beyond fire). Water or an extinguisher will weaken her significanty and put her out if strong enough. Has tendency to start things on fire uncontrolably when coming in close enough contact.

Fire_Generation:
Can start her own body on fire - just a little or the whole thing. Can take existing fire and redirect it in a general direction and increase the intensity.

Fire_Healing:
Will heal many injuries within minutes of being within fire. Grevious injuries take longer.

Fire_Immunity:
Is not affected by fire, flames, or heat. This does not go for clothes or belongings.

Flight:
Can move around in the air when in fire form. At this point she's rather uncoordinated n the air. Can move up to 60mph.

Pyrokinesis:
Control of generated fire through the ground and air. She can control general direction however fine control is difficult at this point.

Fashion:
Milly has a degree in Business Administration, and has been working with fashion designers for several years. She has learned the basics of how to sew, stich, design, and make basic patterns and designs to turn fabrics into functional garments. She knows several models and designers that are not attached to big names. But many of them usually orbit those that do.

First_Aid:
Milly took a course in first aid and has kept up her certification. She knows how to do life-saving measures on a experienced level as a civillian with 10 years of continued cerfication retraining annually. She is nowhere near the level of a professional first-responder.

Middle_Class:
Millennia has the resources of a middle class person. She has managed her debt well and does not have much in loans. She has about 2-3 years behind the latest tech that is available such as consumer electronics, availability of a car through New York or Gotham available from a loaner pool through work. She has a bank account with a several thousand dollars worth of savings and can survive for up to 6 months without a paycheck (living frugally).

Cold:
In cold it's more difficult to start and keep a flame going. Below freezing this has special affect where the ability is cut into a third, dropping as does the temperature.

Extingishers:
Water, fire retardants such as extinguishers will cause Milly's fire form to go out and force her back to her human form, and will cause difficulty with generating fire or controlling it during and after it's use.

Oxygen:
Requires oxygen to function, if the o2 is eaten by fire in an enclosed area she can suffocate from smoke just like anyone else unless she is in her fire form. Fire form requires o2 just like regular flame, and she will fall out of the form if the o2 runs out.

Solar_Powered:
Milly's powers are stronger in sunlight - in bright direct sunlight will full exposure to sun fire can generate at up to 50% more than she intends, be that much hotter and more intense. In low light or dark situations it can be up to 50% weaker than intended. Absolute darkness gives Milly a sense of dread, fear, and anxiety. Her mood will also shift with being full of energy, enthusiasm, and positivity with the more sunlight she's exposed to. In darker areas she will be more withdrawn, lower energy with being practically disoriented in no-light situations.
