Profile
Space Trader who has taken an interest in Earth. A young adult Shi'ar from the planet Chandilar, she has taken long-term orbit around the planet in the ship Far Horizon, learning about Earth with the ostensible goal of finding opportunities for intergalactic trade. But really she just likes the place.

Personality
Bubbly:
Noa is young, optimistic, and tries to be pleasant about life. She's not one to be needlessly sarcastic, or bitter, or vent and complain needlessly. She'd rather laugh than yell, rather be supportive than criticize, and rather compromise than fight.
Condescending:
Noa is from the capital and founding planet of a massive intergalactic empire, with technology that is wondrous by the standards of everyday life on Earth. She genuinely likes the planet and its people, but if sometimes it soundsl ike she's treating the human race like a bunch of lost puppies, well... that's because she kind of is. They're CUTE and she wants to HELP.
Industrious:
Noa would not have gotten where she is without being industrious. She is willing to work, and spend many hours, days, and weeks on projects. That is how she managed to do well in school, learn the skills she has, acquire a ship, and travel alone into deep space. And it's how she manages to function on and around Earth: force of will to keep working at it.

Engineer:
Noa is also a skilled engineer and repair person. She has the ability to keep her spaceship and other key Shi'ar technology running without taking it to someone for further repairs and maintenance. Now, she might need specialized materials sometimes, but she can keep herself going as an independent deep space operator.
Pilot:
Noa is a skilled space pilot and navigator. She is able to fly Shi'ar ships in particular, around the universe, safely and effectively. She's no hotshot expert, but she's not going to get lost or accidentally crash into a planet.
Resources
Ai Companion:
Xara is an Artifical Intelligence companion that travels with Noa. Manifesting as a projected Hologram, Xara has no form, but acts as an extension of Far Horizon's systems, serving as a resource and a remote control for the ship.
Ship:
the Far Horizon is a decommissioned scout ship of the Shi'ar Imperial Fleet. The ship has no weapons, but it does have a Jump Engine, Cloaking, Force Fields, Teleporters, and a self-healing nanotechnological hull.
Suit:
Noa does wear a high-tech space suit on her regular travels. It provides life support when needed, and serves as mild body armor against mundane attacks and difficulties. But it would never do anything against the supernatural or very strong.
Weaknesses
Alien:
Noa is an alien. From Chandilar, she's not been on Earth very long, and had not heard of the planet before coming across it. She knows only so much about Earth cultures, customs, and languages. She's prone to not knowing things, or making mistakes.
Hollow Bones:
One weird trait about Noa is, as a Shi'ar, she is descended from birds. As a result, her bones are hollow, making her much lighter than a human would think looking at her!
Inexperienced:
Noa is in some ways defined by what she isn't. She isn't a member of the Imperial Guard, nor the Imperial Navy. She has no experience in capital ships. She's never fought planet-devouring menaces. She was recently a good student, and now she's off in space. There are things she knows she doesn't know, and there are things she doesn't know she doesn't know, too.
