Personality

Dry:
This woman is a fan of The Office. The original. She's got a very dry sense of humor, and her subbordinates know this as well. She's not dense like season 1 Michael Scott, but she's blunt and loves the absurdness of life. She's a woman who carries a wand instead of a gun, why shouldn't she drink out of a pink unicorn mug and be a hard ass. It's hilarious and she'll laugh about it later.

Help:
Pandora more than anything else, cares. She's firm about it, she wants the best situation to come true in most every situtation, and she'll do what she can to ensure such an outcome is capable of coming to frutition, and sometimes, that's sending those below her to missions she could handle better herself, and yet, that's not the bigger picture she's coming to learn about and try to perceive. She wants to help, even if that's encouraging or equiping others.

Judge:
Pandora isn't just an Agent. She isn't just and Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. She isn't just an Agent of W.A.N.D. She is a senior agent of W.A.N.D. She's seen and experienced a hell of a lot, and much of that is beyond mortal comprehensions and she's mastered how to put it down in paperwork form for the bureaucrats to be able to understand. She's jaded about many things, but she's used to knowing things. More than most, and she can come off a bit pretentious about it.

Powers

Magic:
Mystic arts. Pandora is a witch, with access to the power of magic. She's no natural like Strange, and she doesn't have the experience like the likes of Mordo or even Constantine, but what she does have is support of the W.A.N.D. organization behind her. She is a decent caster with an emphasis on simpler spells and defensive counter-spells. She rarely goes on the offense, with lethal spells. She's more about seeing the recent past, find paths hidden and following clues to find her man. Pandora knows many shielding and protective spells, and yet these are dangerous as artifacts are best for these sort of spells and rituals. Tracering spells, and cryptographs, cartography and resource gathering spells are really her specialities.

Skills

Investigator:
Read between the lines, and the dimensions. Pandora has had to learn how to observe the world around her, and the non-worlds surrounding everyone. It's not easy opening your third eye, it's harder still to train that eye to see the way a detective might see a crime scene, this is a talent she has to actively keep in practice, to be able to do her job to the best of her abilities.

Managment:
Not on top of the totem pole at W.A.N.D. Pandora isn't on the bottom either, she has men and women beneath her that she's responsible for, good and bad and inbetween. Logistics, equipments, and who's the best beneath her to send to a specific job, it's up to her, and when they mess up, it's on her. She's been at this some time, but mistakes still happen and she's learning how to minimize them as best as she can.

Martial Arts:
As an officer, Pandora learned some hand to hand combat, as a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent, she was expected to know more. As a W.A.N.D. agent, she needed to master her body in order to even begin truly learning how to use magics. There are no accidents. She's not a power house fighter like many specialists, but she's trained in many grapling arts, and striking arts, thought the skills did dimenish slightly as she's grown more and more proficient with magic.

Resources

Magic Wand:
Pandora carries a wand made of ceiba driftwood that washed up on a Louisiana shore, a mystically reinforced piece of wood that is used as a powerful focus specifically for Pandora, as she returned to her home in Louisiana and sought out her attacker there and discovered a piece of wood that had crossed the same ocean as she. A connection was formed and she carries a piece to this day.

Shield & Wand:
Pandora is an agent of W.A.N.D. a subsidary of S.H.I.E.L.D. though much lesser know and much less talked about because, magic. She has a huge resource in being able to obtain materials, use agents as alies and even friends, they have facilities and vehicles at nearly a moment's notice and W.A.N.D. has a vast library, vault, archives, and armories, not as great as Asgard, or Strange and the Sanctum, but the manpower and the access is incredible.

Tattoos:
Along with her wand is the slightly more permanant ink under her skin. Pandora has Nordic runes, Egyptian heiroglyphs, Eastern Mandalas, Western matrices. Pandora is a canvas of artwork that looks eccentric to those that don't know and a powerhouse of will to etch the very spells into her body. She's no joking around.

Weaknesses

Coffee:
Pandora has a rather under diagnosed caffeine addiction. She's usually carrying a cup of joe, or a soda or some tea. Pandora isn't even an afficionado, though she might claim to be, she really can't taste or tell the difference, as she always does two creamer and two sugar. Not as much of a hard ass as she seems to protray herself as.

Human:
She's a human after all. Pandora isn't some great magical being, she's not a mutant or a metahuman, she's a basic every day run of the mill fleshbag and as such she's susceptable to colds and flus, bullets still hurt and kill, a knife can snuff her out. She's not super fast, she's not super durable, and neither are most of her crew. Yeah this is kind of a given, but it needs to be stated.

Open Trauma:
The man who nearly sacrificed her all those years ago has continued to ellude Pandora's searches, police, S.H.E.I.L.D. and W.A.N.D. alike. The woman has lost track of him years ago somewhere in the Baltimore area and the file for her case remains open in a few departments and yet there is a copy in her office, usually on her desk near the top of the pile, especially at the end of the day. She's still scared and vulnerable to this man, and yet she'll do her damndest to prevent others from knowing.

Outsider:
While she's still human, she is awfully secluded from the everyman as she's dealing with mystical threats, and magical crimes. She's often living out of her office or in a converted room to allow her to get some sleep when she's able to. Pandora doesn't have the best time going out as she's usually a desk jokey when she's not on a mission.
