Altruistic:
A desire to work for the greater good motivated her joining the police force. It helps her balance the great power the Witchblade brings and not tip over into its darker aspects.

Ambitious:
Sara is never satisfied with the status quo. She's already the youngest the youngest detective on the force.

Determined:
Tenacious, might be another way of framing this quality in her. Once on the trail of a clue or a criminal, she doesn't let go to the detriment of sleep, food and good sense, at times.

Unafraid of making decisions on her own, Sara is willing to strike out on the less taken path.

Adaptive Armor Generation:
The Witchblade's most recognizable powers is its ability to cover its host in protective armor, that adapts depending on how much damage the user is receiving. Because of the sharp surface of the armor, it always shreds the wielders clothes. The armor itself is incredibly strong and is impervious to all manner of firearms, explosives and even energy blasts and can also form wings allowing flight.

Endurance:
The Witchblade channels energy to its wielder giving her superhuman endurance.

Healing:
The Gauntlet protects its host from death, healing fatal wounds. It also confers the ability to heal the wounds and illnesses of other beings through touch.

Superhuman Strength:
The Gauntlet confers enough strength on the wielder to overpower humans as well as supernatural creatures.

Weapon Generation:
In its resting state, the Witchblade assumes the shape of a silver bracelet set with a red stone. Deployed, it forms a gauntlet of sharp blades set with blue and red gems across the back of the hand. It can summon knives, blades, swords, whips, spears, powerful weapons, and generate a blast of fire from its palm.

Acquired through kendo and judo classes as well as skills taught at the police academy, she is a capable street fighter.

Marksmanship:
Police academy training polished off her already competent skills with a gun. Her father started her on the firing range at sixteen.
