Zulu Gods
The Zulu demesne is ruled by Unkulunkulu. It is one of the pantheon of African gods that is signatory to The Compact of Alkebulan.
Other gods that make up this pantheon are:
- Nomkhubulwane, Queen of the Zulu pantheon and has the ability to shift into an animal goddess of the rainbow, fertility, agriculture or good harvest, beer and rain.
- Usondo, god of the thunder and earthquake.
- Nomhoy, goddess of rivers.
- iNyanga, goddess of the moon.
- Sonzwaphi, god of healing.
- Nkosazana. Goddess-Princess of heaven and abundance who comes from the seas, and the patron of young girls.
Other inhabitants: Uhlakanyana is an evil dwarf-like being/ Unwabu, the chameleon who failed in his task to grant immortality to humanity due to his lack of speed, and Itulao, the lizard who taught humanity mortality. The Tokoloshe is a small mischievous creature that occasionally appears on the Earth plane to fights people that don't place their beds on bricks. He usually kills them; if he loses, he will teach the human magic and healing.
Venerated Ancestors or Amadlozi have great power in this demesne. They can control the different forces of nature when requested by their worshippers. A power they keep when they return to their demesne.
