Sarah Rainmaker It's late at night over in Central Park, in the zoo. The animals are mostly asleep or being tended to. The park is still open, it's not normally. But it's not particularly crowded at this time of eve. A group of drunken revelers that had been attempting to get into one of the lion cages singing horribly off key songs from the Lion King were being pulled away by zookeepers
Amy Sue Allen Lt. Amy Allen is in New York, the project had sent a delivery by Jet to the city. Amy does not know what was in it, but she was sent at pilot and to guard the crate. It was delivered safely and she is on leave intil they head back tomorrow.

Not having been in New York before, she decided to check out Central Park. She is out of uniform, but is pretty sure she can handle herself.
Sarah Rainmaker New York, New York, it's a Hell of a Town. As the group of inebriated spring breakers were being lead away singing 'The Lion Sleeps Tonight', the lion that ha din fact been roused by it's sleep by them would let out a growl, shuffling back into it's enclosure.

The girl that is left to explore the area in turn gets a good view of them
Amy Sue Allen Amy is not drunk, though she is tempted to join the singers. She is about equally tempted to hush them and tell them to let sleeping lions lie. She shakes her head and decides to let the staff handle things, it is not her place.
Sarah Rainmaker There's someone then going tos tagger over towards Amy. Someone that looked like they were a bit soused themself but going over in her direction
Amy Sue Allen Amy keeps an eye on the drunk, ready to either avoid them ir grab them and put them in an arm-lock if needed. She is very good at fighting unarmed.
Sarah Rainmaker The man is going over towards Amy.. And then he's moving to try and go to get ahold of her! Moving to go for a quick nab at her shoulder.. Which would be interrupted by her arm-lock that would flip him around!
Amy Sue Allen Amy says, "Listen buddy, never put your hands on a girl unlessshe says so...or you might just find out when feeding time is for the Lions, capiche?" She gives him a push as she releases him so he pumps into the bars of the nearest cage.
Sarah Rainmaker The man goes to grunt over as he would be slammed into the cage, bouncing off it. "B*tch!" He would move to swing around, then trying to hit her over with a switchblade!
Adam Brashear Passing through the park is Adam Breashear. Currently wearing normal clothing and actually on foot, the anti-matter man is out for a late night stroll to unwind a bit. You can't spend all your time working in the lab. His footsteps seem louder in the seemingly empty park. Though before too long he hears signs it's not empty at all. He hears a slamming sound in the distance and a muffled, angry voice. Frowning slightly, he increases his pace and heads in that direction.
Amy Sue Allen Amy may be in civvies, but has a decently solid pair of hiking boots on. She kicks at the hand holding the blade and says, "Frankly, you are less threatening than my first drill sergant."
Sarah Rainmaker the man goes to try and lash over at Amy Sue, right over as he would be kicked back by her! The blow hitting him on the wrist and sending him flying with a -pop- of his fist as he would drop the weapon!
Adam Brashear Adam arrives just in time to see a woman kicking a knife out of a mans hand. The likewise former soldier stops at the sight. She doesn't seem to be in any immediete danger. He just observes the conflict between them, arms crossing over his chest. It's not really hard to guess what the situation is. It IS Central Park in the middle of the night after all.
Amy Sue Allen Amy growls, "I am not the law, and I do not want to get in trouble with my superiors, so if you leave now, you get out of her with nothing but bruises. Keep this up, and I move up to breaking things. Your choice."
Sarah Rainmaker The man would hiss at her, then he would grunt and move to try an get up to scramble away. Wrist hanging limp, blade drpped over, and moving to flee along.. Right past Adam
Adam Brashear When the man rushes past him, Adam reaches out a hand to grab him by the shirt. "Hold on." He looks from him to the woman not far away. "What exactly is happening here?" He doesn't seem as willing as her to just let the situation go.
Amy Sue Allen Amy flips a thumb at the person Adam is holding, "This clown seems to think that because he is in a zoo, he gets to act like an animal. I guess he does not know caveman does not go over well with modern women."
Sarah Rainmaker The man would let out a yelp over as he would dangle over, "Nothin! Nothin at all! Just had a bit too much to drink!" He's trying to slur his words (and failing) and a bit scared
Adam Brashear Adam frowns deeper than before, looking from Amy to the man then back again. "So you're saying he tried to assault you. Why are you just letting him leave?" The words from the man get a hard stare. "That wouldn't make a difference even if it were true, boy."
Amy Sue Allen Amy replies wearily, "I have been in touble a time or two for fighting, I would prefer this not reach the ears of my superior offices." Particularly her father, but that she does not say aloud.
Sarah Rainmaker The man would go to struggle over then before falling limp, apparently getting hte point that attempting to escape from this would end badly
Adam Brashear Adam lets out a long, slow sigh. Then he turns back to the man beside him. "Fine. But don't ever do this again." He leans in closer to him, and his eyes suddenly glow blue. "I'll be watching." Then he releases him, and lets him scurry off.
Amy Sue Allen Amy says, "Thank you for the help. It was not really required, but it is noce to know there are still getlemen around."
Sarah Rainmaker The man woudl be dropped and then go to run off at full speed. Seemingly with enough self preservation to not threaten or swear as he would flee!
Adam Brashear Adam Brashear says to Amy, "You seem perfectly capable of handling yourself. I just don't want him pulling the same trick with somebody less able to defend themself." He frowns after the departing criminal.
Amy Sue Allen Amy sighs, "While there is that, I get the feeling he is going to think twice about trying that after being beaten up by a girl. Still, sometimes, the hassle is not worth the results." It is a tough question, was letting him go the right call here?
