Thomas Blake Word was the Dark Market was moving. Thomas explained that this was a good time to hit it. Everything was on sale. As for Mike's villain status or lack thereof, Catman had a plan. A plan in a very large shopping bag. That plan had better be good because, on giving the passwords, signs, countersigns, and entering a wall of villains formed around them. Some looked like longshoremen, some like bookworms (not the Bookworm) and none were smiling as they peered at the musician and muttered dubious remarks doubting his villainy.
Michael Hannigan There is likely some doubt to Mike's villainy status. It is a well founded doubt being that most of Mike's exposure to villainy is from having beers with they. And sometimes without knowing who the hell they are.

He also plays one on TV under his rockstar stage name of Nick Drago. But that's a mute point as he finds himself alongside Thomas with a mass of villains looking back to them.

Beyond the password process, the entry is quiet. Nick's posture upright. Not slouched at all. And his expression, unapologetic for being here. He gives a momentary glance to Thomas who he came in with before skimming the expressions of those looking to him. To one who is staring harder than most, he brings his glance back. The person is studied before there's a quiet uptilt of the chin acknowledging the one staring at him.

This is going well...
Crystal Frost Crystal wasn't exactly a 'gadgets and gizmos' sort, nor did she tend to go for body armor or weapons if that costume was anything to go by. She was here to fence some loot and now? Her bank account was looking a little nicer. A spa day was in the cards for the future.

For now? The ice-haired woman was making her way through, taking some time to take in the surroundings and the crowd alike.
Thomas Blake No one noticed Mike with Thomas the other night because they were on their way out. Also Mike was a bird. But now... he reeked of good citizenship. Thomas holds up a finger, asking for a moment. Then he slowly reaches into the bag and pulls out a truly gawdawful hat that looks like something a Ren-Faire Pympe might wear and plops it on his friend's head. "He's a villain. Theme of the Crime? Music Master? Shit, does he need the mask?"

There are a couple of 'ahs' from the crowd. A couple hunhs. One voice of reason says, "Show business is sorta villainey." The crowd pats. "I told you it'd be all right."
Michael Hannigan It probably didn't hurt that Phantasms didn't give off any scent so there wasn't much reeking of anything last time. When the time to come to jog memories comes up and Nick feels the hat hit the top of his head. He hears Thomas's explanation. And with the general pause at mentioning the mask, he instead just does one of the facial expressions he's had to do on the regular while playing the character.

Well, it's sort of a mask.

Once the crowd seems to put two and two together, his expression resets to a more neutral one. He does give a nod to the comment about show business. Well, acting IS a career founded in deceit and a lot of backroom deals. He glances over to Thomas. Heck. Look at who produces the show. "Probably doesn't hurt you brought swag."

As some of the crowd disperses, Nick lifts his hand up to remove the hat, handing it back to Thomas due to the no costumes rule.

And it's a really ugly hat. Most promotional trips, he skips using the hat.
