Irie West	At one point in time, Bart told Iris that he had an idea that might help with her aging problem. She had been busy with Wonderland and smoothing things over for her best friend Madison with her mom for a bit, but now that she has some free time, she invited Bart down to the Training Room to see what he's got.     "All right," she says. "What's your idea?"
Bart Allen	Bart Allen comes walking into the room, and waves a bit he shakes his head a bit still not used to the older version of his younger/older cousin. He walks over and says "How you doing ?" He will step in offering her a hug.
Irie West	Iris returns the hug with a squeeze at the end. "I'm doing as well as could be expected," she says, with a small, wry chuckle. "I mean... being in my thirties now is okay, I guess."
Bart Allen	Bart Allen smiles and says "Well, I would say you at least don't have a curfew, but I wager Donna said she is still older and ya got to listen to her." He offers her a smile, and says "Ok, so what all have people tried to help with the aging?"
Irie West	"We're still in the brainstorming phase," Iris says. "I've got GIRL on the case so we've got plenty of theories running around. We got a strange reaction when the Speed Force interacted with the Pym Drive so Nadia is looking into that."
Bart Allen	Bart Allen nods his head a bit and says "Well we can try what your dad did to stop my accelerated aging but it might stick you at your current age. I mean Wally did it for me when I was an early teen and I stayed that age." He hmmms and says "He ran through me using his speed force to align mine.
Irie West	Iris thinks about this. She'd stop aging, but she'd have lost 20 years of her life. "I think it's worth it," she says. "At the rate I'm aging, I'll be dead in a year or two."
Bart Allen	Bart Allen nods and says "Ok, you stand in the middle of the room, and I will do a few dozen laps around the room, and when I get to speed, I will run through you and we can see if you feel any different." He offers her his plan.
Irie West	"Okay," Iris says. "Let's hope this works and doesn't just... age me any further." She makes her way out into the middle of the room and stands there, closing her eyes. Her hands bunch into nervous fists and she mutters to herself, "Please let this work, please let this work."
Bart Allen	Bart Allen looks to her, and says "It should not cause you to age any faster, at the worse should maybe put you into a stasis or something and I would say the chances of that are really really low." He starts to go around the room and to most it would seem just a blur, but to Iris she can see him in normal time, a good twenty laps, and then he is cutting into the middle of the room, headed straight for Iris.
Irie West	Iris nods, her eyes still closed and gives Bart a thumbs up. She grits her teeth, and when Bart runs right /through/ her she lets out a gasp and is knocked on her butt.     "Ow," she says, opening her eyes and rubbing a temple with the heel of a hand. "It feels like you punched all my molecules." She takes a moment to assess herself as the pain starts to receded. "I don't... I don't really feel any different?" She looks over at Bart, "What am I supposed to be feeling?"
Bart Allen	Bart Allen hmms and says "Well, when he did it to me, it was like everything came into focus for a moment, but then pretty much felt the same way I had always felt. I mean we may only know if it stopped if you don't age jump again. I aint really sure,"
Irie West	Iris nods, as she gets to her feet with a groan. "Well," she says, "at least it didn't make me any older and it didn't put me in a Speed Force coma." She shakes her head. "We'll see if it worked and if it didn't..." she shrugs. "Thank you for trying." She walks up to Bart to give him a big ole hug. "I owe you some Big Belly Burger."
Bart Allen	Bart Allen hugs her back and says "Sure, and come see the animals at the zoo... ohhh." He pulls out his phone and shows her some pictures of him and Emiko exploring the savage land "Look at the dinos."
Irie West	Iris crowds around Bart as she looks at the pictures. "Ohmygosh! Dinos! I'm so jealous!" She looks up at her cousin, "How did you manage to get out there?"
Bart Allen	Bart Allen looks to her, and says "Got the location from some scientific journals, and some databases, and then I ran us up there for the weekend. We made a tree house we are hoping we can go back to sometime, maybe you can come with us. We did it as a bit of a get away spend time together for the first time.
Irie West	"Ohmygosh /yes!/" Iris all but squeals, sounding like the 16 year old that she was. "I'm gonna have to bring Maddie along or else she'll absolutely /kill/ me. I mean... /dinosaurs./"
Bart Allen	Bart Allen nods a bit and grins at her, as she proves she is still the Irie he is used to. "Yea, I have started studying them, trying to get some records and such in case we encounter them elsewhere. Speaking of which I need to talk to Crush and see if her belt is actually alive."
Irie West	"Neat! You should bring one back for the Tower," Iris suggests with a huge grin. "Like one of those little chompy ones. It would be great!"     When the discussion moves on to Crush's belt she looks thoughtful. "Hmm. Maybe? When Crush was kidnapped, it certainly acted like it was alive."
Bart Allen	Bart Allen nods, and says "We had an encounter with a couple super strong dumb dumbs, and her belt seemed it to. I have worked out some info in Silky and will want to her belt as well. I am trying to make sure I know how to help them. Oh and if ya want to volunteer Emiko and I are working on a animal rescue upstate.
Irie West	"Ooh!" Irie says excitedly. "What kind of animals are you rescuing? I'd love to come and help!"
Bart Allen	Bart Allen says, "Well we are starting with the older and disabled ones, the ones that will not get adopted from pounds and such, but we are working on doing more, rescuing exotic animals and maybe even ones that have been taken by supervillians and such but thats more long term."
Irie West	"Sweet. Count me in," Iris says. "I'm not supposed to use my powers until we can find a fix for my aging problem, so at least this way I can do something good without using them."
Bart Allen	Bart Allen nods his head a bit to this and says "I think you will like it. Oh also so you know I moved in with Emiko, and let my old apartment go.
Irie West	"Really?" Iris asks in surprise. "You two are getting really serious, then. C'mon. You can tell me about it at BBB. You go on ahead. I'll have to catch up with you since I have to take an uber." With that said, she and Bart head out.
