Owner Pose
Riley Black     Riley leads Tomie down through the back, to where that pristine battleship grey fox body sits. The late eighties Mustang has been fully dechromed and decluttered of course, and well Riley pops open the passenger door to reveal the interior is pretty spartan as well. She's put down sandpaper on the floor boards but otherwise the carpet is gone entirely, as is even most of the dash board. There is however a racing seat, and a pair of tablets on flexible mounts hovering over the center dash. "Seat belts aren't optional, neither are the other rules. No smoking, no food, and no drinks in the car ever."

Riley flicks her cigarette aside, peering back towards the surface street. "Do you know what car this tool bag is driving, what color at least?"
Tomie Kawakami "Reiko! Reiko, why are you getting in that car and not mine?"

The driver has already found her, before she even has the chance to get in. His eyes are hooded. He's sweating like a junkie who needs a fix. "Come back to my car! I'll take you anywhere you want!"

He's getting way too close to her, way too fast.

Reiko is backing up fast.
Riley Black     "Hell of a curse you got lady."Riley offers casually, dipping one hand into her jacket pocket as she steps in between the two. "Please get into the car miss, we don't need you attracting any more attention."A last glance after Reiko, before Riley simply lets her disguise drop completely.

Skin as white as mortuary ash, fingers tipped in inky black. Hair as dark as a raven at midnight, horns curling back delicately above black but tipped with caps made of gold. Then there's those eyes, those big inhuman eyes like a god damned rattle snake. Fixed with supernatural clarity on this one jack ass, burning like headlights as her hand comes from her jacket pocket with a fist full of brass knuckles. It's a cheap shot, which is the way she wants it of course. An inhumanely fast, inhumanely strong right hook sent hurtling like a meteor right after the asshole's jaw.
Tomie Kawakami He doesn't have time to even react. His eyes go wide and then he's out like a light. Traumatic brain injury like that, he may hopefully forget all about everyone.

Reiko squeaks, of course, but then she's in the car. Time to go.

So fine with goijng.
Riley Black     watches the punk fall and stands over him for a moment to make sure he stays down, before casually tucking those brass knucks away. A glance around, then it's disguise back up as she slips back towards the Mustang. "Where do we need to go?"She offers as she slips the pistol out of the small of her back and locks it into the holster under the dash. Then she cranks that nasty 302 over with a rip-snarl, watching the gauges come to life followed by one of her tablets erupting with some sort of engine control software.

"I'm going to assume this sort've thing is pretty regular for you?"Into first, and out into traffic just as smooth and gentle as can be. Once the car's rolling even that nasty V-8 upfront quiets down, and well eyes seem to slide off the dull grey Mustang as it slips through traffic.
Tomie Kawakami A street name is given. A high rise apartment building. Expensive. Very.

She doesn't answer the question, but it's hard to imagine from her response and mien that it isn't. She is quite lovely. Disturbingly so.

She slinks down in the back seat.
Riley Black     "For what I expect are now abundantly clear reasons, I'm quite familiar with Succubi who have a different but similiar problem at times."She taps the address into the other tablet without so much as glancing, and well she's off. There's no speeding here, and lets be honest the ride is rough but the window tint is -dark- and the A/C cool. Still Riley does infact know what she's doing, and well she does more than simply make good time she makes -great- time.

"Is there anything else I need to know about you to make sure this goes smoothly, no vulnerability to sunlight or silver? We have anything more than random mouth breathers interested in getting at you, cops or the feds, cult or whatever?"Asked casually, as if she was curious about favored Pizza toppings.
Tomie Kawakami "Hmph," says Tomie, clearly not enjoying the comparison.

"Just don't let me get hurt."

That is the only thing she's going to say on the matter. She stares at the back of Riley's head in the mean time.
Riley Black     "Alright.."She offers as she swings into a parking space, climbing out and peering about before circling around to the passenger side door and popping it open. She does thankfully remember to produce a business card which she offers over. "Call me when you need me, otherwise keep it loose and keep safe. You can't pay me if you get busted up off my clock, you feel me?"
Tomie Kawakami "Would you like to accompany me up?" she asks, politely.
Riley Black     "I'll walk you to the door, but for future reference? Be -very- careful with inviting anything supernatural in."Theres a sage nod there, before she offers a hand for Tomie to climb out. "Another time perhaps, we can break bread."
Tomie Kawakami "I have questions," she informs her.

She accepts her hand and climbs out. She is studying her intently. VERY intently.
Riley Black     Theres a slow inhale at that, before well she shuts the car off and snags her pistol. "Fine, lead the way but this is no social call."Tucking that pistol back into the small of her back, and pulling that ballcap down oncemore.
Tomie Kawakami "It isn't? So disappointed," remarks Reiko. In they go, throuigh the foyer. Key cards. Layers of security. She lives behind walls, for sure, and intends to keep it that way. There's a securit guard at the front desk, who's armed. That kind of deal. He's too bored to look at her. Into the elevator.
Riley Black     Riley slips into the elevator with a slouch, tucking herself back into the corner. Theres an absent glance at her phone on the ride up, and well Riley fades into her comfortable casual disinterest like her favorite hoodie.
Tomie Kawakami The elevator door rings open and she makes her way to her suite. It's, yeah ... this is a spendy place. It's why she can afford Riley's service. She reaches the door and arches an eyebrow at her.
Riley Black     "You had questions?"She offers as she casually strolls up behind, taking her sweet ass time clearly and well she clearly hasn't been paid to be in a hurry so why rush?
Tomie Kawakami "I do."

She opens the door with her keyvard and slips in. The door is heavy and her place is dark. "We are going to ensure you are compensated for your time first, however. A drink?"
Riley Black     "No thanks, mind if I smoke?"She gives the hallway one final glance, before stepping inside. "You really do need to be careful with invitations, Plenty of dangerous types can't simply tresspass. I may not be one of those things, but it's generally not good practice to invite demons home."
Tomie Kawakami "You're not going to hurt me," she replies, thoughtfully, before pouring herself a drink. Expensive stuff, it looks like. "Go ahead," she adds of the cigarette. The darkened interior gives the impression of luxury. Everything in hhere is spendy and comfortable. Sip.

"So, a demon of some kind, then?"

The look of her sort of gave that away, but verbal assurance is sought.
Riley Black     "Lowercase D, but yeah. As to be expected with folks who run around with the actual fucking Prince of Hell."Letting that disguise fall oncemore as she plucks her shades away. She pauses a moment to light up a cigarette with a slow exhale, eyes bright enough to visibly add a bit of glow to that smoke. "The Ars Goetia and shit will try to cut everything up like there are castes or like all this complicated seperation of who is what. It's really quite simple. You've got Royalty, Succubi and then blue collar hellions like me."
Tomie Kawakami "Hm," she says.

She doesn't look startled this time, at least. She squeaked earlier. Not this time. She was more ready for it.

"I search for peculiar things sometimes. I might extend the range of my plans of employment for you." She leans a hand back against the counter.
Riley Black     "I'm not interested in anything but driving, maybe a little body guarding too and from the car."Inhaling slowly. "I've been at this for a -very- long time, and I'm at the point where I don't generally take any work beyond that which I actually enjoy. So you want me to drive you around and keep you safe in transit, that's no problem. You want a hitman, buy a hitman. You want muscle, hire muscle. I've already got two fuckin bosses, I'm not looking for a third you feel me?"
Tomie Kawakami "I suppose," she says, disappointed.

"That other fellow -- he was a prince of hell?" she queries.

"...but he was so ... so ... kind of boring?"
Riley Black     "He's an actual bonafide High crowned Prince of hell, son of Satan morning star and everything. The absolute bona-fide article, though he's recently back from being exploded and drunk as hell. So no, not at the top of his game."Theres a shrug there as she takes another slow draw. "As we're bound by contract, I'm obliged to inform you he is dramatically more dangerous than he lets on. There is no fighting him, there is no running either. If you have become aware of his animosity it's because he deems it advantageous for whatever elaborate plan he's worked up to insure maximum psychological damage, makes it easier to -destroy- the soul after it's extracted. "
Tomie Kawakami "Oh, I had no interest in fighting him. I don't fight. But if he is what you say, I think I'd best avoid him." Though it's clear that's no the only thoght she's had about it. She has another sip of her drink.

"Exploded. Huh."
Riley Black     "Happens to the best of us, his ex what-the-fuck-ever is looking into it for who the fuck knows why."And a roll of those big golden yeller peepers at that one. "Don't ask me why it had to be her, I wasn't exactly consulted on the matter. It might be some elaborate plan, it might just be an excuse to see his crush. I'm really unclear, and it's none of my business anyway."There's a little shrug at that.

"The last thing I want to do is get involved in his social life, or anyone elses honestly. I haven't had time for any of that nonsense since before we had electricity, all that nonsense is just fuckin bullshit."And another slow drag. "And what the fuck are you? You can be human shaped all you fuckin want, but you're as human as I am."
Tomie Kawakami "I seem pretty human to *me*," she scoffs. "But I don't exactly have a social life either. And what makes you think I'm *not*, anyway?" She seems grievously wounded by the accusation. Normal people get attacked by random uber driers all the time!
Riley Black     "There's love at first sight, and there is lust. Then there is whatever the fuck effect you had on that driver, and half the fucking club."She shrugs a little "Make no mistake I'm not impeaching your personhood, but you're not fucking human. You're like some sort of haunt left over from old times, before man had the written word. You look human, you sound human but you don't move like a human."there's a little shrug there. "A snake knows a snake."
Tomie Kawakami "I feel impeached," she remarks. "I'm perfectly human. You're welcome to check. I just happen to be perfect in every way. People notice someone as beautiful as I am." When in doubt, revert to a kind of type, right?
Riley Black     "Ok keep your secrets, but don't come crying to me if you end up getting fucked up because I didn't know we couldn't drive over salt or some shit."She gives a roll of the eyes, lifting that ballcap up and replacing it as her disguise is restored. "Call me when you need me, otherwise you're making me miss my soaps. You can cash me up next time we meet, I'm confident you're good for it. If you're not, well I know where to find you don't I?"
